I stayed at the M for a staycation. We dined at Raiders Tavern on our first night. Casey was our server. She was attentive and friendly. She let us know about their wing Wednesday special of BOGO wings. There was only two of us Zak we didn't take advantage of the special but it's good to know for future visits. It was a busy night and the noise level was loud but service and food were delivered quickly. We split potato skins for an appetizer and shared the shrimp linguine pasta for our entree. Both dishes were delicious and I was surprised at the portion of the shrimp linguine. It was plenty of food to share and the shrimp were huge. Raiders Tavern is a good spot at the M hotel. Thanking a contractor for his helpful work in drying out and protecting our Laughlin home after the flooding that occurred inside from a pressurized toilet supply line that broke in the middle of the night, Diane and I joined him for lunch here. Once again we ordered Loaded Potato Skins, and they looked great to me. But Diane sent them back because they had unwanted greens on top after she had asked for none to be present on this dish. The replacement skins were very cheesy and topped with generous amounts of bacon. Clam Chowder was once again thick with clams, and delicious. Our guest ordered Nachos for his meal, and seemed pleased enough with them. Diane liked her golden-hued Fish & Chips. And my California Club Sandwich was so packed with meats and cheese inside Ciabatta Bread that after finishing half of it, I elected to take the other half home to serve as the next day's lunch. Crab Legs Tuesday is very popular at the Raiders Tavern, served from 5-10 PM. It's recommended to make a reservation. If you arrive without one, you will be put on a waiting list. Once the waiting list reaches its capacity, no more are taken for the evening. I must say it was very flavorful and good value. We enjoyed a light dinner here. It's located in the M Resort. We weren't that hungry so my BF and I decided to split something at the bar while enjoying a couple of beers. There were two female employees bartending and serving food. Both were very nice and good with checking in on us and the other customers. It's a vibrant scene with the TV's on and general upbeat bar noise. We decided to order the Nachos (added beef) to share. We weren't huge fans of the Nachos, they were ok but not great in our opinion. There was an over abundance of guacamole on the nachos. I like guacamole, but these were not great. They have salsa on the Nachos and that was just meh also. Again, they were just ok at best. There is a Raiders Store with merch next to the bar. The dining area looked pretty busy. Raiders Tavern & Grill has become one of our go-to spots every time we're in Vegas--and not just because my other half is a die-hard Raiders fan. Although if you're part of Raider Nation, this place is basically heaven! The restaurant is packed with Raiders memorabilia, creating the perfect atmosphere to catch a game. We were in town for NBA Summer League and stopped in for brunch to watch the FIFA Championship match before hitting the road, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The service is always friendly and on point, and the food never disappoints. If you're debating what to order, do yourself a favor and get the shrimp and grits. I don't frequent the M Resort just because how far it is from me, but I just so happened to be there for a girlfriend's birthday pool party. After hours of being in the sun and swimming, going to the Raiders Tavern was a nice reprieve. It's definitely one of the nicer bars in town, you can either have a sit down table or sit at the bar. There was six of us and it was 11p, so we sat at the bar. The two bartenders give the best customer service hands-down. They were funny, indulged our chattiness, and were attentive. now let's get to the good stuff, the shrimp and grits, my gawd is all I will say. I will be driving out to The M just for this savory and flavorful meal. It's super filling, I actually took half home, and heating up the next day with a little bit of water was perfect. read more

The menu has some really great choices to choose from and the portion sizes were great. They also have food specials for certain days of the week. We came to have an early Mother's Day dinner with our family of 9. We were able to be seated in the room off to the side over looking the pool. Our server Chris was the BEST! He was so nice, attentive, and personable. The food was fantastic! We started with the spinach artichoke dip and potato skins. There was not a crumb left. For dinner we had chicken tenders, baked rigatoni, mini sliders, Caesar salad, and the pastrami burger. We devoured everything! The drinks were top tier too. He habanero minchelda and the black berry old fashioned. Both delicious! We also had the best bloody marry we've had out dining. It was perfect for our family. The restaurant and service were decent. Clean and open floor plan. Overall, the food was really good and everything else we ordered was enjoyable. The only disappointment was the club sandwich. It was stacked so high that it was nearly impossible to eat. The moment I picked it up, it completely fell apart, making it more of a knife-and-fork meal than an actual sandwich. We came here bc the M gave us free food credit. They were fairly busy for a Sunday which was crazy. The restaurant is very themed out for the Raiders and even features a store to buy merch. I am personally not a raiders fan but I still enjoyed coming here. We got the wings in two flavors Buffalo and lemon pepper. Lemon pepper was my favorite!! The wings are crispy on the outside and moist inside. The sandwich was enormous!! I could only eat half. Please note French fries are sold separately but honestly I was full off the sandwich and apps alone. The beef sliders are delicious, I just wish it came as 4 and not three bc it's a battle over the last one lol my bf got the shrimp linguini and when they say jumbo shrimp they weren't kidding. DJ was our server and he was excellent. Best part of the meal. I only follow my team so when our friend offered to take us I was worried it might be packed bc of the time of year. Then I realized the raiders are 2-14! It was dead and easy to get a table. I loved our seat in fact. Out of the way with a view. We did the taquitos, and wet lemon pepper wings to start. Our friend had tried most of the things on the menu. He said he usually gets the dry LP wings and was excited to try them. He did make a point to tell us that things aren't always consistent. Depends on who's in the kitchen. Well they were sweet. I asked for a cup of the dry rub. It added the tang that's more consistent with lemon pepper wings. They liked the taquitos. Our friend said he'd order them again. I wasn't super impressed. The guac was brown and not fab, and the salsa was flavorless. Entrees, I did the mvp burger med rare w garlic fries, woman did a club and our bud did the salmon. The first bite of the burger had me debating if I wanted to send it back. It was just flat. The fries were good. They mix in some kind of cheese. I dipped them in the lemon pepper rub and they really livened up. The salmon was pretty tasty and I thought they did a good job with it. The sandwich was just big. They don't have mocktails so I did a sparkling water. So many are taking breaks from alcohol, it was kinda wild to think they didn't cater to that market but I digress. I tried another bite of the burger. I could tolerate it but it needed something. Home it goes for some doctoring up. Our friend was raving about a gelato so we went there for dessert. Woman wanted a brownie which they had here so we came back to the bar to order. Also, props to the girls that check you in. They were super sweet and helpful. We placed the order with Shawn, paid and tipped. He started out friendly, but when he brought it out he was too consumed w his conversation to even look at me, let alone say a word. Just put the bag in front of me. The worst kind of service. At home I made some Beelers bacon and put some pesto mayo on the burger and it was good enough. I didn't try the brownie, I heard it was ok. The "ice cream" and I use the term loosely, was uck. Would I go back? Nah. Plus I can only sit in a raiders environment for so long. We arrived on a Friday night and wanted a little something before crashing for the night after traveling all day. Raider's fit the bill. This is a large restaurant, so we had no problem getting a table. We shared the pastrami sliders and an order of fries. Both were very good. The fries were nice and crispy and not greasy at all. Sliders came with a side of a ranch dressing that we kicked up with a little tabasco and used to dip the fries. Both of us were needing to hydrate after the traveling and they kept us topped off and even gave us to go cups for the room. Very happy with our experience here. read more

So let's talk about the ambiance the place is a typical Sports Bar layout. However I must have came when they were short-staffed or something there were a lot of dirty tables food left not only on the tables but on seats and Floors. It took us forever to be seated and it seems like it was because of the dirty tables because it was not crowded at all. The waitress that served us have Alicia is trying to do the best that she it could but the minute that a regular our family member came in she immediately diverted all of that energy to the table next to us she even sat down and talked to them for a while. We ordered the club sandwich, onion rings and a chef salad. First off, I want to say that the vibe in here is really cute. Lots of TVs. Perfect place to watch a game. But let me talk about the club sandwich. That bread is phenomenal. It is so tasty. A lot of times I try to just get to the middle parts and leave some of the bread behind but I just can't on this sandwich. Because it's just that good. And I really like the chef salad. Lots of chunky pieces in it. Served in a large bowl. Absolutely delicious. And the onion rings were just as good as well. The service was friendly with a splash of sense of humor. Well. Third time here. Atmosphere is very sports bar ish. Drinks were good. Food was extremely disappointing. Wife ordered the Philly cheesesteak with extra onions and less peppers. She got less everything and no peppers! And came out lukewarm warm at best. Picture provided. I had the pastrami burger. I cut it in half and ate first half wondering why it tasted bland! Wonder why. We had a reservation at Raiders Tavern and Grill and went for the Monday prime rib special. Our waiter was super kind and took our order right away. We did have to wait a while for the food to come out, but he let us know they were a little backed up in the kitchen, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but the prime rib slices were huge, and it is a great deal since it comes with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I personally like my prime rib on the rare side, but the medium rare was a little too rare for some people at our table. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was pretty good. Based on what everyone shared, this is a great spot for bar food, and there is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. read more

The place is so understaffed and inconsistent. We had a group of four and it took 45 minutes to be seated. When we get inside it was HALF EMPTY!! At no point did it ever get full while we were there. The waitress was wonderful (Casey) but the serving staff was horrible. No utensils and very little ice in the beverages. It took 25 minutes for the meal and we were told because the oven was down, half of the items were not available. The TV's had sports but the sound was a rather boring interview that went on forever. We came back the next day and it was even worse. The food which was decent was even worse and the waiter (Ace) should be properly trained or find another profession. Since there are so few dining options on the property, it's almost hard not to return but luckily, there is a Merril's in the far back of the resort that is trying to do a fair job of treating their customers right. read more

We were in Vegas visiting my dad who loves Vegas and the Raiders so there was one place we definitely had to go - the M. He had told us that we were going somewhere cool to eat. He was not kidding. The Raiders Tavern & Grill was a very elegant spot to have lunch. There were Raiders touches everywhere and it was a fantastic atmosphere to relax and talk. I had the H.O.F. Bison Burger, and it was beyond amazing. It was a 1/2 lb. bison patty, sharp white cheddar, onion rings, jalapeño and bacon jam, Woodson Whiskey infused BBQ sauce, and apparently the favorite of former player Charles Woodson. So delicious - the best burger I had in all of 2025. I had fries with it, and they were great as well. My wife had a salad, and my dad had a burger with sweet potato fries. The ketchup and other sauces we were given were terrific. We all agreed that we will have to return on a future trip to my dad's from Arizona. read more

Came in for Mother's Day, since we didn't realize you needed a reservation for the buffet at the steakhouse. No biggie! It's been a minute since I've dined here, so we ended up here for Mother's Day with a big group of us. The restaurant was pretty quiet, but ended up picking up as the day went on. Something was going on with the bar, too, and it took a while to get my cocktail. I ordered their espresso martini. Appetizers and things came out before it, which was a little odd. Also, I looked over at the bar and everyone was on their phones with no drinks in front of them... just a weird sight haah. But, I really think it was because of the day. I think they thought they weren't going to get a lot of people coming in for Mother's Day, but didn't anticipate that they'd get overflow of people not wanting to wait other places. Anyway, the spinach artichoke dip is really good, so are the pretzel bites and loaded potatoes. Those come with about 5, so it was the perfect amount for the table. But we happened to be exploring the M on a random Tuesday afternoon and of the dining options available, this menu was the most appealing. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was kind, attentive and polite. We ordered the potato skins to start and then we each ordered a burger and onion rings to share. The food was good, not the best I've ever had but satisfying in both portions and flavor. I felt like our meal was a good value. The restaurant didn't feel busy or overly crowded. My friends and I were guests of the M Resort Spa Casino. During our stay we ate dinner at this restaurant -- on two consecutive nights. While I would have liked to try another restaurant, I can see why my friends found this eatery attractive: @ They liked the Raiders theme. @ There are a lot of TV screens. @ The menu offerings aren't particularly unique; but they are popular food items, prepared well. @ Menu items were reasonably priced; and the service was good, too. Frankly, they enjoyed their first experience; so, they went back for more. Items we ordered included: loaded potato skins; chicken wings; a pizza; the prime rib French dip sandwich; burgers; salad; and the filet mignon entree. By the way ... one member in our group is gluten sensitive, and they were able to find acceptable food items here (perhaps another consideration). read more

Just had lunch here and overall had a great experience. Keanu was a fantastic server, very friendly and attentive. My husband and I split the French dip and bulgogi burger, and ordered garlic fries & onion rings for the table to share. The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious. It was the perfect meal, and definitely filling. The restaurant has a fun vibe, and a great place to enjoy watching sports, as screens are easily seen from any seat. Great spot to grab a bite in the Henderson area. Me being a bay area native I got some love for the raiders but I'm a niner fan for life... Back to the food. Surprisingly the chicken fried steak is on point. Made fresh and the gravy is delicious. The pastrami burger is excellent. Patties are high quality & the pastrami is solid with Gouda. French dip... Absolutely delicious. A lil salty but good French fries need some adjusting. Even tried the garlic Parmesan and no dice. Service is excellent and the few times I've gone,it's pretty busy.
