She was not very welcoming, maybe she was just having a bad day. Our waitress was better. She was more enthusiastic about being present and took our order graciously. The food was prepared as ordered. On Mondays, they run a Prime Rib special $29.95. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal. It came exactly how I ordered it, Medium. We came to have an early Mother's Day dinner with our family of 9. We were able to be seated in the room off to the side over looking the pool. Our server Chris was the BEST! He was so nice, attentive, and personable. The food was fantastic! We started with the spinach artichoke dip and potato skins. There was not a crumb left. For dinner we had chicken tenders, baked rigatoni, mini sliders, Caesar salad, and the pastrami burger. We devoured everything! The drinks were top tier too. He habanero minchelda and the black berry old fashioned. Both delicious! We also had the best bloody marry we've had out dining. It was perfect for our family. We came here bc the M gave us free food credit. They were fairly busy for a Sunday which was crazy. The restaurant is very themed out for the Raiders and even features a store to buy merch. I am personally not a raiders fan but I still enjoyed coming here. We got the wings in two flavors Buffalo and lemon pepper. Lemon pepper was my favorite!! The wings are crispy on the outside and moist inside. The sandwich was enormous!! I could only eat half. Please note French fries are sold separately but honestly I was full off the sandwich and apps alone. The beef sliders are delicious, I just wish it came as 4 and not three bc it's a battle over the last one lol my bf got the shrimp linguini and when they say jumbo shrimp they weren't kidding. Diane and I came here for lunch while staying at "M". Reservations are advisable--even for lunch--because the first time we showed up without reservations, and were told our wait would be one hour. So, instead of waiting, we made a lunch reservation for the next day, and walked over to the Vig Deli. When we returned a day later for our 1:00 p.m. lunch reservation, we were immediately led to our seats. Clam Chowder filled with clams was again superb. And Diane liked her Fried Shrimp & Fries. But, made Tempura style, I thought the shrimp was slightly underdone, and no Tempura Sauce, Sweet & Spicy Sauce, or Sweet & Sour Sauce were offered. My Asian Chicken Salad consisted mostly of Iceberg Lettuce, Red Cabbage, peanuts and cubes of white meat chicken . Some carrot shavings were also present. Soy Ginger Dressing held all components together. But some crispy noodles or Chow Mein Noodles would have added some desirable missing crunch to the dish. On an earlier occasion we enjoyed great Potato Skins with real bacon, and a Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich was a little dry at first, but fine after adding some mayonnaise. We arrived on a Friday night and wanted a little something before crashing for the night after traveling all day. Raider's fit the bill. This is a large restaurant, so we had no problem getting a table. We shared the pastrami sliders and an order of fries. Both were very good. The fries were nice and crispy and not greasy at all. Sliders came with a side of a ranch dressing that we kicked up with a little tabasco and used to dip the fries. DJ was our server and he was excellent. Best part of the meal. I only follow my team so when our friend offered to take us I was worried it might be packed bc of the time of year. Then I realized the raiders are 2-14! It was dead and easy to get a table. I loved our seat in fact. Out of the way with a view. We did the taquitos, and wet lemon pepper wings to start. Our friend had tried most of the things on the menu. He said he usually gets the dry LP wings and was excited to try them. He did make a point to tell us that things aren't always consistent. Depends on who's in the kitchen. Well they were sweet. I asked for a cup of the dry rub. It added the tang that's more consistent with lemon pepper wings. They liked the taquitos. Our friend said he'd order them again. I wasn't super impressed. The guac was brown and not fab, and the salsa was flavorless. Entrees, I did the mvp burger med rare w garlic fries, woman did a club and our bud did the salmon. The first bite of the burger had me debating if I wanted to send it back. It was just flat. The fries were good. They mix in some kind of cheese. I dipped them in the lemon pepper rub and they really livened up. The salmon was pretty tasty and I thought they did a good job with it. The sandwich was just big. They don't have mocktails so I did a sparkling water. So many are taking breaks from alcohol, it was kinda wild to think they didn't cater to that market but I digress. I tried another bite of the burger. I could tolerate it but it needed something. Home it goes for some doctoring up. Our friend was raving about a gelato so we went there for dessert. Woman wanted a brownie which they had here so we came back to the bar to order. Also, props to the girls that check you in. They were super sweet and helpful. We placed the order with Shawn, paid and tipped. He started out friendly, but when he brought it out he was too consumed w his conversation to even look at me, let alone say a word. Just put the bag in front of me. The worst kind of service. At home I made some Beelers bacon and put some pesto mayo on the burger and it was good enough. We ordered the club sandwich, onion rings and a chef salad. First off, I want to say that the vibe in here is really cute. Lots of TVs. Perfect place to watch a game. But let me talk about the club sandwich. That bread is phenomenal. It is so tasty. A lot of times I try to just get to the middle parts and leave some of the bread behind but I just can't on this sandwich. Because it's just that good. And I really like the chef salad. Lots of chunky pieces in it. Served in a large bowl. Absolutely delicious. And the onion rings were just as good as well. The service was friendly with a splash of sense of humor. We had a reservation at Raiders Tavern and Grill and went for the Monday prime rib special. Our waiter was super kind and took our order right away. We did have to wait a while for the food to come out, but he let us know they were a little backed up in the kitchen, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but the prime rib slices were huge, and it is a great deal since it comes with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I personally like my prime rib on the rare side, but the medium rare was a little too rare for some people at our table. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was pretty good. I've dined at Raiders Tavern plenty of times during staycations and for lunch or dinner with family. The menu is full of options and cocktails to choose from. There's something for everyone so you're for sure going to find something. On this specific night, I came in for the prime rib special on a Monday. For $24.99, you get a 12 oz prime rib, mashed potatoes, and garlic green beans. We also ordered the chicken fingers appetizer which is one of my favorite appetizers here. The prime rib was a huge, thick cut slice cooked to a perfect medium temperature. The garlic green beans were super tasty and the mashed potatoes were fluffy. Alejandro was our server. He provided excellent service and hospitality and no doubt is one of the best servers I've had at any dining outlet at the M resort. We were in Vegas visiting my dad who loves Vegas and the Raiders so there was one place we definitely had to go - the M. He had told us that we were going somewhere cool to eat. He was not kidding. The Raiders Tavern & Grill was a very elegant spot to have lunch. There were Raiders touches everywhere and it was a fantastic atmosphere to relax and talk. I had the H.O.F. Bison Burger, and it was beyond amazing. It was a 1/2 lb. bison patty, sharp white cheddar, onion rings, jalapeño and bacon jam, Woodson Whiskey infused BBQ sauce, and apparently the favorite of former player Charles Woodson. So delicious - the best burger I had in all of 2025. I had fries with it, and they were great as well. My wife had a salad, and my dad had a burger with sweet potato fries. The ketchup and other sauces we were given were terrific. We all agreed that we will have to return on a future trip to my dad's from Arizona. read more

Came in for Mother's Day, since we didn't realize you needed a reservation for the buffet at the steakhouse. No biggie! It's been a minute since I've dined here, so we ended up here for Mother's Day with a big group of us. The restaurant was pretty quiet, but ended up picking up as the day went on. Something was going on with the bar, too, and it took a while to get my cocktail. I ordered their espresso martini. Appetizers and things came out before it, which was a little odd. Also, I looked over at the bar and everyone was on their phones with no drinks in front of them... just a weird sight haah. But, I really think it was because of the day. I think they thought they weren't going to get a lot of people coming in for Mother's Day, but didn't anticipate that they'd get overflow of people not wanting to wait other places. Anyway, the spinach artichoke dip is really good, so are the pretzel bites and loaded potatoes. Those come with about 5, so it was the perfect amount for the table. But we happened to be exploring the M on a random Tuesday afternoon and of the dining options available, this menu was the most appealing. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was kind, attentive and polite. We ordered the potato skins to start and then we each ordered a burger and onion rings to share. The food was good, not the best I've ever had but satisfying in both portions and flavor. I felt like our meal was a good value. The restaurant didn't feel busy or overly crowded. My friends and I were guests of the M Resort Spa Casino. During our stay we ate dinner at this restaurant -- on two consecutive nights. While I would have liked to try another restaurant, I can see why my friends found this eatery attractive: @ They liked the Raiders theme. @ There are a lot of TV screens. @ The menu offerings aren't particularly unique; but they are popular food items, prepared well. @ Menu items were reasonably priced; and the service was good, too. Frankly, they enjoyed their first experience; so, they went back for more. Items we ordered included: loaded potato skins; chicken wings; a pizza; the prime rib French dip sandwich; burgers; salad; and the filet mignon entree. Just had lunch here and overall had a great experience. Keanu was a fantastic server, very friendly and attentive. My husband and I split the French dip and bulgogi burger, and ordered garlic fries & onion rings for the table to share. The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious. It was the perfect meal, and definitely filling. The restaurant has a fun vibe, and a great place to enjoy watching sports, as screens are easily seen from any seat. Great spot to grab a bite in the Henderson area. Me being a bay area native I got some love for the raiders but I'm a niner fan for life... Back to the food. Surprisingly the chicken fried steak is on point. Made fresh and the gravy is delicious. The pastrami burger is excellent. Patties are high quality & the pastrami is solid with Gouda. French dip... Absolutely delicious. A lil salty but good French fries need some adjusting. Even tried the garlic Parmesan and no dice. Service is excellent and the few times I've gone,it's pretty busy. We eat here often and let me tell you, most of the stuff is not good. I agree with one of the other comments, this place is very inconsistent. But the quality is what is killing them. I will start by saying we have ordered things where the meat tasted old (the wings (mostly on Wednesdays this happens when it's buy 1 get 1) and the tacos (which had me literally gagging after one bite at the restaurant) or frozen (the burgers). My husband had ordered the fish and chips twice and both times they were disgusting. The fish was over cooked, greasy, rubbery, and the actually fish just looked gross. It's cod I'm guessing which is a cheaper fish so I don't get it. The wings are good when they make them fresh. Last week we went on Wednesday for BOGO and they came out COLD and they tasted like they were cooked the day before. This happens often on Wednesdays. I would say the wings are decent any other time. Basically, this food is not worth the price. Maybe the menu needs to be reduced to focus on quality. And another thing for Raiders Tavern, we can taste when chicken and beef is pre-cooked. It has a taste to it. Just make the wings fresh. They don't take that much time to cook. If fast food places can do it, I know you can. Nothing is more disheartening than waiting on food and it tastes OLD or cold. read more

Everything we ordered lacked flavor and didn't feel worth the high prices. The drinks were another letdown, they barely had any alcohol, which made them taste more like juice than cocktails. Maybe it would've tasted better if it was named after a better football team. Raiders Tavern & Grill is the American / all-purpose full-service restaurant of M Resort, open from lunch 'til late night. I have been using dining credit from the casino to check out their restaurants, and this was simply next on the list. I stopped in for a weekday lunch and was promptly seated. The Bulgogi Burger ($15.00) spoke out to me, mainly because you can sub in an 8 oz bison patty at no additional charge. It might as well have been mystery meat as they apparently were trying to make the playing instrument of some of the other local pro sports teams, a hockey puck. Just to be clear, it wasn't hard, just gray and dry and almost bereft of distinguishing bison flavor. The bulgogi topping on the burger was an interesting idea, but it came off as mostly sweet. The pickles served on the side were pretty bland and didn't really add enough contrasting flavors to the bulgogi. The bun was fine, but overall it was nothing to write home about. I decided to go for a side of beer-battered Onion Rings ($5.00). This was another miss, as the onions were totally sweet, as if they didn't add any salt to the batter or as a finishing seasoning. The side of ranch was probably straight from the container, totally uninspired. A zesty sauce may have saved the rings, and I ended up adding mustard and ketchup to try to concoct something useful. I didn't get the price on the Arnold Palmer which I ordered as it somehow didn't make it to the check, but I'm guessing it wouldn't have broken the bank on my casino promotion. The iced tea was a bit weak, but it was fairly well-proportioned with what I'm sure is a fountain drink lemonade. I was able to get it in a to-go cup, which was great because I couldn't wait to leave. Come to Raiders Tavern & Grill if you don't wanna deal with whatever other boring restaurants are open at the same time at M Resort. Try something other than what I ordered. read more

One of our repeat visits. Excellent meal and great service from Chris, who was very personable. The atmosphere was great, very festive, and lots of sports going on. Some of the dishes we had were the French Dip (excellent flavor), the California Club (enormous, look at the pictures!) and the Chicken Fried Steak (also huge portion, and delicious). Our appetizers were also very good. The chicken wings were all flats, as requested by one of our party, so that was a nice touch. The potato skins were delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip was fabulous! They also didn't have a corkage fee! Because this was a double birthday celebration, they treated us to some nice strawberry shortcake. Wow, this was one of the best shortcakes we've ever had. We've been here before, and have always had good food, and good service. All in all this was a great celebration experience. read more

We have stopped here a few times for lunch on our way home from Utah. The food is delicious. The Asian chicken salad is a 10/10 for me. My husband loved the country fried steak. We also previously tried the chicken club sandwich which was amazing. There are so many good options. Service is great. No wait to be seated. Everyone was friendly and attentive. CThe bar is super cool especially if you're a raiders fan. We are not fans and still love this place. Everything is clean. Lots of tvs like a sports bar should be. They have a tiny gift shop with raiders merch. It's well lit and feels open and spacious with clean air. I love that it's away from the Vegas strip/crowds, especially because parking is free. My visit to Raiders Tavern yesterday was not good. I go there for dinner at least once a month and have been disappointed with my food only one other time. Yesterday I ordered the chicken tamales , and all I can say is - Don't order them. They should NOT be on the menu. First of all- they don't look like any tamales I have ever eaten. They look like uncooked egg rolls- or blintzes!. Chicken blintzes. The shredded chicken is incredibly salty. The masa is awful. It is thin and has no substance to it - no umami. There's a lot of really good Mexican food in Vegas, so there's no excuse for these "wannabes." I don't know who makes these tamales, but the only proper place for them is the garbage. read more

Came here after my Spa Mio visit and was both pleasantly surprised and disappointed. The menu looks like your standard bar food but upon getting our food, the flavors seem to be pretty unique and turned up a notch. I got the chicken wrap and it was incredibly juicy, tender, and had a different flavor than your run of the mill chicken wrap. While the flavor was their, this tavern gets points knocked off for not including a side with their wraps, sandwiches, and burgers, those are all extra, which is an absolute crime in a tavern and grill. The light beers, beers like Michelob ultra, are also $7 which seems to be quite pricey. This is a Raiders bar, through and through, with cardboard cut outs of the players, signature player's dishes, and some memorabilia. There are two bars, though when I went (Friday afternoon), only one was open. I would come here again when in the M and in need for a quick bite, I now would know to just bring some extra cash if I wanted to experience a full meal. read more

Stopped by here on the way to the Vegas strip, so glad we did. First of all the M Hotel is BEAUTIFUL! (Tavern inside the hotel) The Raiders Tavern has that super cool, sports vibe going on. It definitely calls your attention, even if you're not a Raiders fan. Cool memorabilia and modern look. The Tavern Margarita was delicious and well balanced. We also ordered the chicken wrap that was well stuffed with chicken and a sauce we couldn't stop eating! The CA Club sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. We had the pretzel bites, which were good, but hard to mess up. The Rigatoni was plentiful, but bland, with overcooked noodles. It tasted like a college student took leftover pasta and then baked some cheese on it until it was just barely melted, but still anemic. As a conference hotel/resort they have to have single diners. I could tell they were not used to it and I was treated...oddly? Things like asking me a couple times if I was waiting for anyone although I had said table for 1 a couple times. The food was good and waiter attentive, but put off by being 1 person.
