I went to Twin Peaks today to watch some of the March Madness games. I sat at the bar, and Mia greeted me. She is energetic, with a great smile, and she took excellent care of me, making sure my glass was never empty. If she is the one taking care of you, you're going to have a great experience! Her colleagues behind the bar, Trinity and Madi formed an excellent team that took great care of everyone. They all have great dispositions and will make sure you have a great time watching the game of your choice. On that note, this is a great place to watch sports, TVs everywhere, and they take requests if the game you want to watch isn't where you can see it. It's definitely a fun atmosphere. I had the hangover burger, and Mia did a great job making sure all of my special requests were taken care of, like substituting the side. It was an excellent burger, and I would highly recommend it. I had a great meal here. I'm not usually a pot roast guy, but I decided to give it a try after seeing the person next to me order it--and it smelled incredible. I'm glad I did, because it was amazing. The portion was generous, and I almost couldn't finish it. My servers, Mia, Marce, and Priah, were absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The restaurant was very clean and had a great sports bar atmosphere with plenty of TVs. The white gummy bear shot was delicious and a fun little surprise. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich hit the spot , though the spice level is on the mild side if you're expecting serious heat. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch dessert was tasty but very sweet , which should have been obvious, though it almost crossed the line for me. We lucked out by visiting when it wasn't too crowded , but there is a ton of indoor seating available. If you're into watching sporting events , this place definitely fits the bill. My brother and I pulled into Knoxville very late. And he mentioned that Twin Peaks was still open, we're both from where Twin Peaks was founded in Dallas/ Fort Worth. So we were familiar with how tasty their food was, and my brother really needed a beer after our long drive. So he suggested we should have dinner there. Was a great suggestion. We went in and had a light dinner and he got to have his beer and I had a margarita. Our waitress was amazing such a sweet and nice lady checked on us frequently. We were traveling from Pennsylvania on our way to Florida. We always stop in Knoxville. This was our first time eating at Twin Peaks. Had a great time with my partner. There weren't many people there. Draft beer is ice cold and crisp at around 29 degrees. The place was clean and not too loud. We ordered the new york strip and the trout and they both turned out delicious. There was an issue with my trout but the manager and Bella, our waitress, handled it professionally. My server Spencer was amazing. Very attentive and seems to come by at the right times. I couldn't have asked for better service. The Nashville Chicken Sandwich tho!!!! Appetizers: Flatbread pizza was so good, and flavorful. Jalapeño chicken and cheese pizza. Bar: alcoholic drinks were well mixed and not overpowering. Bar was clean, and well lit. Girls were awesome! Dinning Area: Large size, open concept. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. Double Nashville chicken breast sandwich and fries, drink, and a water $30. With tip. Parking: shared large lot, wrap around just off the main road. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and average size. Atmosphere: During the Saturday night, fight night, pretty busy, but not unmanageable. A little loud but expected. Staff/Attendants: Waitresses were Great and highly motivated, very nice, and attentive. Hot, sweet, southern charm turned up...Seems like a good crew. Awesome experience! Worst experience I've had at a Twin Peaks! My family and I were traveling and decided to eat here. We ordered our appetizer and our meals at the same time. Once we were finished with the appetizer we still had no main course. After 40 minutes had elapsed I asked our waitress where are food was. She advised me that they sent out one of the hamburgers to another customer. My wife's food and my hamburger had been sitting under heat lamps and the made my daughters fresh. They did comp the one burger but the bill was over $70 for some cold food. The manager never approached our table to speak with us. I believed this to be also unprofessional. read more

For appetizers, we ordered Billionaire's Bacon and Spicy Thai Ribs. Wish the bacon was crispy; the flavor was good though. The ribs had great flavor; came with 4 ribs; the cilantro on top was wilted so that tells me it was sitting out all day. I'd order the spicy Thai ribs again though; our group enjoyed it. For entrees, we had Spicy Meatball Parmesan Sandwich w/ fries, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich w/ fries, chicken fried chicken w/ mashed potatoes and green beans. I ordered the 12 count bone-in naked wings; choice of 2 flavors. Had bourbon teriyaki and hot honey; honestly, I didn't know which was which. Drink service was fine. Orders were accurate and right on the money. Food came out quick and hot. I had my drink within seconds and my food in about 10 minutes. The meal was about $10.00-$15.00 and was cooked to order and just as requested. You can watch football, baseball, golf, tennis and more. This review will be based in 3 categories, food, drinks, and atmosphere. I should say first off, I've heard of Twin Peaks, who hasn't? But I never ventured here until a few days ago. Food - I had simple chicken tenders and fries with buffalo sauce. While there's nothing amazing about any of those items, I will say the tenders here had a salty, crispy breading and a buttery heat on the sauce coupled with crispy salty fries. The service was great and came out quickly (total time in store was 28 minutes). Overall, fine out of ten. The bar menu was everything you'd hope for, with a great selection of house brews labeled after female archetypes (blonde, brunette, redhead). I went with the angry redhead, and whatever sparked her rage also increased her brew skills. What made it stand out more was the sign that displayed the temperature at which the beer came out of the tap. Mine was 29.1 degrees Fahrenheit when I received it. Excellent experience. 10/10. The atmosphere was typical sports bar, with that beer temp sign making it stand out. The women and their attire is obviously a draw for this place. Having said that, I was blessed to have Kendyl as my server. Friendly, with a contagious smile and well done tattoos covering her body, Kendyl provided me a great experience and was knowledgeable about the menu. Her body was carved from alabaster, a work of art rendering classic sculptures of Greek and Roman history jealous. Somehow, her friendly nature and welcoming attitude surpassed even her unparalleled beauty and considerable allure. 12/10. The manager also personally greeted me when he heard I was a first time visitor; a classy touch. I will be back. read more

I really hate to do this, but things don't change if they aren't told. My husband and I went here for the first time in a while. We were highly disappointed. Everything we wanted to order, they didn't have, but of course, we weren't told they didn't have it until AFTER we tried to order. There were 16 people total in the whole restaurant, not including the bar. It took 40 minutes to get our food. Once we got it, it had no flavor. We asked for salt and pepper. When the server brought it out, the salt shaker was soaking wet, and all the salt was clumped and wouldn't come out from the water in the container. We spent $50 on food we didn't/couldn't eat. The staff was super friendly, and I know it's not the servers fault for the food, but we will not be back unless some DRASTIC changes are made. Items ordered Fried Pickles- best part of the meal Lobster Roll BLT- Lobster had no seasoning, bun was burned, absolutely gross Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich- so sopping from sauces you couldn't hold it, only seasoning was in the sauce, way too messy to even try to enjoy. read more
