We chose the make-your-own salad from a bar as our side, French fries or onion rings were other options. Anyway, the salad was delish with fresh, cold ingredients. No complaints about the service, and the restaurant was quiet and fairly empty since we ate an early dinner. Forgot to take photos. We were seated quickly but the food took over 30 minutes (my husband was hungry and let me know). It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. My girls liked the bread and butter but they didn't bring that till after the food came. Maybe you need to ask for it if you want it in the beginning? My girls got the pasta and I got the cheese ravioli with Alfredo. It was pretty greasy and buttery so I didn't love it as much as other cheesy Alfredo's and my kids didn't ask for more than the 1 bite which is super rare. Usually they prefer my food and take it all but they liked the bread better. Overall everyone said their food was just okay. This place is more for the convenience of those staying at the hotel. We only came because our friend was staying for the Pistol Ultra marathon. Then we forgot to tell them that and didn't get a discount, whoops. read more

I ate here for breakfast so this is all I can speak on. Please keep in mind I am not a fan of buffets, so with that being said. The food that I tried on the buffet was fairly good. The service was amazing and deserved 5 stars. I was extremely well taken care of. The place is very clean and I will say is a very nice place. Probably one of the nicer hotel restaurants I have been in. If I were in the area for $14 for a buffet breakfast you could do a lot worse, so I would come back. read more

I'm giving this 4 stars based on comparisons with other similar hotel establishments. The service was great. The beer selection is good. I had the French onion soup (excellent) and had half of a buffalo chicken sandwich (above average). All in all, a good meal at a decent price and based on other local restaurants in proximity to the airport, this might be your best bet, particularly if you are staying at the Hilton. I did eat here a year ago during their renovation and it wasn't very good, but they've obviously upgraded. read more

We were at the hotel late and were very tired so we decided to order in. We ordered the Jerk Chicken Wings, Fish & chips, and Chicken Carbonara, all of it was outstanding. My personal favorite was the Jerk Chicken, so spicy and savory! For dessert we ordered the Pecan Pie - excellent! It was all delivered to our room quickly and piping hot. We were pleasantly surprised when we decided to try the restaurant @ the Hilton @ Tyson McGhee airport. The prices were very reasonable and the food was very fresh. We ordered the Thai chicken salad and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken in both dishes was cooked perfectly. The hostess and our waiter were friendly and delivered great service. Well, when the weather prevents their shuttle from running and you are just praying your flight leaves in the morning.. you take advantage of hotel restaurants. And what you get is a staff that is working their butts off, a Chardonnay that is a great serve and tasty and a burger that is really good! Do not overlook the lounge/restaurant at the Hilton! We ate in the lounge area but it's the same kitchen. I can attest to the well run staff, who performed like a team! We will be back next time, and thank you!! read more

After being a faithful Marriott club member, I was so delighted that our military group chose the Hilton to stay at for the week since we were in town for a mission. Me and my buddy decided to eat at Cooper's since the menu looked great and it was located in the lobby. BIG MISTAKE. We waited over an hour for a hamburger and buffalo chicken sandwich. They had 7 people in the restaurant! We counted them. We ordered it to go and the hostess was very sweet but never called our room when our food was finished so we went down to the restaurant to see what was the hold up. This was after waiting 50 minutes. She informs us that they overcooked my burger and had to recook it and then box it to be placed to go as we had ordered it. We waited another 15 minutes. As we were waiting, another guest comes in and you can tell he is very pissed off. I hear him tell the manager that he has been waiting over an hour for a salad! A salad! Get out of here! What is going on. We ended up getting our food and it was cold. The hostess asked if we wanted them to recook it. No thanks, we already waited over an hour and we were starving. Avoid this place, at all costs! Go somewhere else. A few of our friends were about to order and we told them to go drive somewhere to eat unless they wanted to wait an hour for their food which might be correctly cooked or not. Shame on you Hilton for not monitoring your reviews and making sure past reviews were taken care of. I'm being generous by giving it 1 star. The hotel is nice, the restaurant is horrible. Our flight got delayed a whole day. The airline comped us at night at the Hilton. Despite the bad reviews for this place, we gave it a shot. It's just so convenient to not give it a try. Jessica helped us out tonight. She was awesome. We are gluten free. She checked on every menu item for us, provided us a list, and provided wonderful service. I had the burger and a grilled chicken Cesar salad. My wife had the chicken Marsala. Everything was great. The food cook time wasn't long. Give this place a try. The bad reviews are old.
