Worst service I have ever received. Waitress was rude when she did bother to come to our table. Our appetizer took 10 min and was cold. Our food took over 45 min. Three out of four meals were wrong. I asked for a manager and when he finally came out I politely explained or concerns and let him know it was or first and last time we would be there. He asked if he could change our minds of coming back and I said no. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. It is no wonder the staff is as rude as they are when the management is like him. The front door hostess manager on 12/30/2024 was rude and on a power trip. My party had not completely arrived and to prove a point, seated another party at the table. In response to he/she/they (Emma) sitting another party at the table I was seated at, because my party had not arrived, at my protest, threatened to have me and my party removed. I had as many as six arriving. The party he/she/they (Emma) sat at the same table because all my party was not at the restaurant at that moment also had six. When everyone showed up, there were 10 people at an 8 top. One fella from the other party sat at another table! I asked the waitress 4 x for a manager above the hostess manager and no managers ever came by to address the situation. For the record, I and my family frequent Twin Peaks, 2-4 x/month and spend 100.00+ on average. I am very disappointed at the staff and management at this establishment. read more

Went for the trout and it was a hassle to get it. Ok cool, the girls are showing off their assets, but I didn't get service. I remember when this place opened a few years ago and I swore I'd make it in here a lot sooner than I did. Finally came in here last night and had a decent meal after a long day of being outside in the sunshine. I know what this place is about (hooters like) but that stuff doesn't phase me. Walking in, Twin Peaks definitely has a "lodge" type feel with lots of cool and fun decor. I think their primary items that are popular here is definitely beer, wings and burgers. As a woman, I felt comfortable dining here and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I reviewed the menu and enjoyed the selection of food to choose from. They even have the impossible burger here! woot woot! I considered ordering it, but there were to many other things on the menu to choose from. I ended up getting the cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. My waitress was awesome, and really took care of me while I was there. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time and I gobbled the whole thing up. Presentation was attractive and everything was on point with that. While I was there, a manager even circled the restaurant and checked in on a variety of different tables including mine. We struck up a nice conversation and I told her that I really enjoyed dining here. She was super nice! I will say this place attracts a weird crowd. I don't know if it's because of the current circumstance, it being a holiday weekend or the construction but the people here were something else. Maybe I caught the locals on an off day? LOL. For example, There were 2 men and a woman sitting at the bar (mind you, it's 6:30 on a Friday evening) who were HAMMERED and being super loud. I'm not against drinking, but they were clearly making other patrons uncomfortable with their loud and obnoxious behavior. I mentioned it to my waitress and said that they had been drinking here all day since they opened at 11 AM. That's over 6 straight hours of drinking? HOW? Its not Twin Peaks fault, but dang. Eventually, the bartender cut them off and they left shortly there after. I assume they drove? I can't say for sure, but most of us seemed to be relieved they finally took their party elsewhere. The staff seemed to handle it professionally overall. Overall, I didn't mind eating and drinking here. Place is legit and while it's not my "go to" watering hole, definitely a decent place to hang, have a drink and enjoy yourself after work, or on a hot afternoon like I did. Sat at the bar during happy hour and got a ice cold beer. I do appreciate that they serve their beer below 32 degrees and serve in a frosted mug, especially on a scorching hot day the cold beers are really refreshing. This was my worst visit here to date. There were a couple of positives - the beer was cold and my meal was free (birthday meal). Our waitress left shortly after we sat down and we had a new waitress within a few minutes. The food took more than 45 minutes to come to the table, causing us to miss part of the movie down the road. The portion sizes have been reduced drastically. The fish and chips (got broccoli instead of fries - an up charge that I wasn't told about). The 4 pieces of fish were the smallest pieces of fish I have ever been served at a restaurant. They could almost be called fish sticks. They tasted awful too - hard on the outside and mushy on the inside. My buddy and I decided to come here to eat after going to the DJI store, which is right down the street from here. Someone once told me, and I don't know if this is true or not that one of the founders for Hooters started this place. I have never been a big fan of hooters. This is a much better place than Hooters. All the screens they have here, no matter where you are sitting, you are going to be able to see multiple games showing. Worst experience ever, first off I was out on the waiting list for a table and waited 30 mins just to check and be told they don't know how my name was took off the list. They then sat me outside where their heat wasn't properly distributed through the patio. The waitress then complained about a $5 tip after I ordered TAKE OUT due to it being too cold. She said " your only tipping me $5". I then got home just to find hair in my bbq sauce! Only giving this place a 3 star because the service was amazing. The place is like a sports bar with televisions to watch games. They have a long list of draft beers that are served in cold glasses. The food is alright....nothing to brag about. We had the chicken wings and they were nothing to praise about. The tater tots were alright. My fiancé however ordered one of their signature burgers. Ok dozen wings, two sauces, BBQ and that Spicy Ghost Chili, the baddest flavor in the restaurant. Bbq wings were "aight" and their Spiciest sauce had great flavor, but the heat was hella tolerable. My fiancé was able to finish a drumette. The avocado Smash sort of lacked inspiration. We were trying to find the wow factor and it was just non existent. The dessert was good! It definitely is a shiny new toy. Probably great for the ALL AMERICAN taste buds. There are about 12 draft beers, about 10 are better quality, but they are all served very cold even when the style isn't served well very cold. The prices are about 25% higher than they would be elsewhere for both food and beer, which I assume is for the waitstaff employment issues. Honestly, nothing really special here. It was date night so I didn't take many pictures because hubby & I were enjoying each other sans phones. We had buffalo chicken tacos and chargrilled salmon with chipotle butter. Both dishes were insanely good! My meal originally came with sweet potato hash but I opted to get mashed potatoes and broccoli instead. So I have ordered Carrie out a handful of times. I don't really like how they usually have at least three people standing at the hostess stand, but you still have to go to the end of the bar that is overly crowded 90% of the time and wait for one or two bartenders to be available to handle your takeout order. I feel like the carry out process could be better now when they do handle you good customer service although they've always been really busy and I have not gotten my drink any of the times that I have ordered food. Just kinda moving fast, trying to get all the customers handled and getting me checked out. The food is pretty bad. One time I ordered chicken tacos, and they were very dry and overly black peppered. Like really really peppery. The tortillas were subpar. They only have spicy salsa. And the lime that they gave me literally only had air in it. No juice came out at all when I squeezed it. Another time I ordered chicken, fried chicken and it was pretty terrible. They spread it really thin and it was mostly breading with light chicken scattered in it like the fried chicken was the size of the box. On top of the mashed potatoes, I ordered my gravy on the side. I ordered brown gravy. They gave me one brown gravy and one jalapeño gravy. I specifically requested not to get jalapeño gravy. The chicken /breading was literally mush on the bottom. It was really gross. After the two times I ate here recently I will not be back, which is unfortunate. Hva eaten here a couple times and of the three times I have been here had good service. When my brother was in town from Las Vegas he described it to me as a hooters with good food. First time there had the cheesesteak sandwich, very good sandwich! Next couple times went with my girl to get food and I could watch sports.
