Real bummer. This was my first time here, and initially was excited. Great atmosphere, tons of TVs, great menu. Then unfortunately it went downhill due to service. Our server had 0 table vision, almost always had to flag her down. No water refills. We ordered an app, a beer and a Bloody Mary to start. Expo/other server brings out my beer and a Long Island. I let her know it was supposed to be a Bloody Mary. 20 minutes goes by (I know from text time stamps) our server finally comes by again, we let her know we need the Bloody Mary and we order some wings, she apologizes and says it'll be right up (simple mistake, must've rang it in wrong). Another 25 minutes go by, she comes back to check on us to order meals. I bring up the Bloody Mary again. At this point we decide we just want to cash out. 10 minutes to get tab while she's laughing with friends, tab has side sauce charge that we didn't get. We decide screw it we still want to order meals to go because we didn't want to stop on the way home. We order a salad, meatball app, and bowl of chili. Should've known to check given service but the bag was taped so we decided to trust. We get home and the salad is correct, but she instead rang in a meatball sub. Also, my bowl of chili was more like 1/2 a cup. Super disappointed. May eventually give this place one more chance and chalk this up to bad service, but it was a terrible experience. It was somewhat busy for a Saturday night, but we waited less than 3 minutes for a table. Service was prompt at first but got slower and slower throughout the evening. The restaurant did not appear any busier but we waited 15 minutes after finishing the meal before I could ask for the bill. It took about 10 minutes to bring the bill. Food was good. I had a burger and fries and they were delicious. The queso appetizer with chips was a bit spicy but good as well. Just a warning to those who don't like spicy food. The beer selection looked good, but they were out of a few items on their menu. I was told my first choice had been out of stock for over a month. Why is it still on the menu? They need to update their list or at least mark or tell me which items are currently out prior to me ordering. read more

What a fun time! My twin brother was in town from California, so he took me to Twin Peaks to catch up on Tuesday. He's in the Marine Corps and he just got back to the US from a tour, so it was great to see him. We had a blast reminiscing and having drinks at the bar and the staff was awesome. The bartenders and waitresses were kind, warm, friendly, outgoing, and attentive. It was refreshing to have some sense of normalcy with all the craziness going on in the world. I gave it three stars because it's a good spot to watch UFC and drink SUPER COLD beer. Which is nice if you are a beer drinker! You are not here for wine! I didn't love the wings but they seemed to be of fresher quality meat then BW3. Just the sauces were not that great. I also thought the service was okay for a place like this. The ladies keep it moving busting their behinds! Always on the go! I think our server was just exhausted and a little resentful of working so hard! Yesterday was my first time going to twin peaks and honestly, I'd probably not go back. I'll stick to Hooters. There was no variety in the girls. All the same skinny body type. I expected more. I came in for the house margarita which my waitress told me I could only have Don Julio and i would still have to pay an up charge for the top shelf tequila or vodka in my margarita because they were out of all tequila because of fight night. First of all, how is a margarita made with vodka? Second, i found a manager and asked him about the tequila situation and he told me that the only thing they are out of is patron.. like.... I'm glad I didn't order Don Julio because i would've been played taking my waitresses word. I finally got my house margarita and she put salt on my rim without asking me salt or sugar therefore my margarita was disgusting anyways. So all of that for it to end up nasty anyway. I'm not a shy person. I'll go to an establishment that has a gimmick. I've been to Hooters a few times. I can't remember anything else about the place besides that obvious attention-grabbing uniforms. The food was not memorable and neither was the service. Twin Peaks is a tad different from Hooters. Sure, the servers there also wear memorable uniforms. The biggest difference is the food. I've had some pretty delicious dishes here at the 'ole Peaks. One of my favorite starters is the Mozzarella Cheese Bites. This consists of large hand-cut chunks of mozzarella, breaded and fried, served with marinara and ranch. You get a pretty heaping helping too. The Turkey Avocado Smash sandwich is a very good choice off of the main menu. This sandy has sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, house made avocado smash, arugula, tomato, red onions and sun dried tomato mayo on delicious potato bread. It's also served with sweet potato fries. I have to say that the turkey is sliced thick and is tender and juicy. It's a really good sandwich. Their beers are all icy cold. Apparently the folks over at the Peaks pride themselves on super cold brews. I had a delightful Twin Peaks Drop Dead Redhead IPA that was served in a frosty mug. The beer was quite tasty and refreshing without being too fruity and hoppy. I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was that of an up north cabin. There are plenty of TVs here if you wanna catch a game. It's very gimmick-y so be prepared. The servers are all very nice. It's also very clean. I haven't had bad service at this location. The Peaks offers a large selection of beers as well as good food. I went here yesterday with family and it was pretty nice. It wasn't super packed and the restaurant itself is large in size. For appetizers we had the loaded brisket chili fries and the peaks sampler- the fries were good but I was expecting actual pulled brisket on the top and it was more like hamburger meat but still good, and the peaks sampler was really tasty. For my entree I had the avocado smash burger with fries which was great but it was not hot it was more luke warm and so were the fries. My family members all said their food was really good. The only problem I would say I had was that even though the restaurant wasn't busy the waiter was not super attentive but she was still nice. I would go back to try something new. read more

We had a wonderful dining experience here with all the tasty and mouthwatering food! I was actually very surprised on how well the food tasted and how well it was executed. Husband, myself, and a friend came here on a Saturday several weeks back and we're seated promptly. There was a decent crowd forming because of the Lions game, but despite that, we had no issues with waiting. We ordered three dishes and they were all winners. To start, we got the bacon onion jam sliders. Three gourmet style sliders with a great balance in meats and accoutrements made this a tantalizing appetizer. One order could easily fill one person up if you chose to do so. Husband and I also shared a cup of venison chili (as we LOVE venison in general) and it packs quite the heat!! Don't be mistaken - if you're not into spicy foods, let the staff know, as it's spicy to us. Not sure if they can do anything to tone it down, but it's worth a try to ask. Aside from the spice level, the flavors were balanced and had great acidity from the tomato base with lots and lots of venison. Note that the chili is a chunky in texture. The last dish we ordered was their beer battered fish and chips. We're always fans of fish and chips, but when haddock is involved...oh we're totally game!! Slightly sweet and a great crisp in texture, the shell kept the flakiness of the haddock well intact. The meat itself was moist as well, and great seasoning. Husband and I went away with full bellies, and wanted to have our own portion next time! Service was great, and the atmosphere was fun. They definitely deliver on the cold beer side of things, and clearly the food. Terrible service. Had two groups of 6 in our party. Beers took 20 min to arrive after ordered, and they were all the wrong beer. We had what seemed like 10 different servers for some reason too? The servers don't know the difference between coors light and Oberon or what a whiskey on the rocks means. Waters were ordered and never came. The fish and chips comes with ONE piece of fish and 1000 fries. There was a homeless guy cleaning himself in the bathroom for 45 minutes with the paper towels and no one seemed to care. Nice, large establishment that was very busy on a Friday at 6:30. Servers/bartenders are beautiful ladies & were very attentive. Beer was served in a tall chilled mug that was so cold I would get a tiny bit of ice here or there, it was perfect. We ordered the pork nachos appetizer. Chips were crisp and flavor was good but where's the pork?! The sprinkle of meat thrown on here was surely not enough to be considered a pork nacho. The manager did visit us and kindly offer some free app coupons, and that was before we received our food. I would come back to try some other items off of their menu. I was with my colleagues just landed at Detroit Metro Airport and we were on our way to our hotel in Troy when we were starving and pulled off the highway at this Twin Peaks. The place is pretty standard of this chain. I ordered the salmon with asparagus, which was well cooked if slightly bland. I had to add a bit of salt and pepper from the table myself. But the reason for the 3 star review was mostly for the service. From when we sat down till when we left, we were mostly left alone except quick stops to get drinks and orders. For a restuarant built around attractive females chatting with customers for a bit, there was none of that here. There was also very long waits to get drinks, and then to get food, and then we waited for at least 10 mins to just get our credit cards picked up after she had dropped off checks. This used to be a favorite place of mine but the service has really gone downhill recently. We waited forever for our food and two of our dishes they ran out of our sides and didn't tell us until after we received our dinner. Half of the orders weren't ready for 10 minutes after the rest of us received our food. We had to constantly flag down our waitress for refills because she never came around to ask for them. Met a friend here and I arrived early (11:40 AM). The greeter told me that they weren't seating diners yet and I'd have to wait. I thought that was rude. I used the restroom. Stench! I was obviously the only "customer" in the joint but noticed that more than a dozen vehicles were parked in the spaces located closest to the entrance. Very rainy, unpleasant weather. So, I surmise that the vehicles belonged to the staff(?) I never understood the importance of having very scantily-clad young ladies working in a restaurant. I was pleased to see they were open for indoor Dinning during COVID. Well until I saw they were letting people walk around without mask. Workers are all masked but not customers. Was caught by surprise at the waitress & hostess wearing thongs showing their totally bare asses. The mid riff tops did not shock me but I couldn't get past the glaring naked thonged butts leading us to our table. Very embarrassed to go there and was the only middle aged woman with my husband & son no less! Awesome sports bar and grill. Atmosphere- definitely a guys atmosphere. You have the log cabin interior with tons of TVs, huge bar, dead animal heads on the wall and girls dressed up like a Britney Spears video from the early 2000s. Beer/Alcohol- big selection of beers on tap and they are always served ice cold! And a decent selection of liquor as well. Food- I have tried the Hangover burger, The Billionaire Bacon burger, fried pickles, fries, chicken tenders and their mozzarella bites. Honestly I think the burgers are very good and the chicken tenders and mozzarella bites are the bomb. Not a fried pickles person so I didn't really like them that much. Service- friendly, quick, and the check in often and give tons of refills with asking. Overall it's one of my favorite places around this area. I would recommend trying it out. This is going to be a short review. I don't like writing bad reviews but my visit is worthy of this 1 star. Came in with my co worker for dinner after traveling all day. Hostess sat us, and here is where the bad review comes in. We sat there for 10-15 minutes. Watched servers attend to the table right next to ours twice, and saw at least 10 maybe 15 walking around. There were A LOT of empty tables in this place so it wasn't busy. We got up and walked out and no one even acknowledged us. I have never ever had this horrible service before. It's hooters but up north themed. It's pricey bar food served by barely legal girls in skimpy clothes and pounds of makeup. I always feel the urge to say, "You don't need to be doing this for money....."
