The vibe here is everything!!…read more I was 5 min late coming to my first class that I had booked and I found the door locked! I was able to get in through the coffee shop O'vive as they share the space. There was a wonderful and very kind person that worked there named Grey and even though I dropped in on what I believe was his break, he rebooked me for their next class and explained the classes to me. He hooked me up with a mat which is free ( I think for your first time) and a locker key (in exchange for my I.D.) and let me know about the various lockers. Gendered and all inclusive! I was so stressed with being late and his vibe and the vibe of the studio calmed me down. The place was beautiful, squeeky clean and had pretty small light hanging like curtains on the windows that face Grand. There was some relaxing music playing from the cafe and it smelled amazing. It may have been the tea, the food or whatever else they were making there but it had a nice fragrance. I was able to chill on this beautiful blue sofa snd drink tea and write this review while I was waiting for the next class. The lockers and showere were also nice!! Photos included. I did the Power Flow Class with Eila and it was amazing! It was my first time and it was relaxing yet challenging. I didn't know it was more of an advanced class but I was ablebto keep it (mostly) I will definitely be coming back to do more of their class!

The whole studio is very cozy, and the house tea they have on tap is absolutely delicious!

I've been going here for years. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. There are some downsides…read moreto consider though: 1. Parking - Extremely small lot. You can sit and wait for a spot, but otherwise you have to pay for parking on the street which adds to the monthly membership costs quickly. Years ago they had a second lot, but that has since closed and nothing else added. 2. Equipment - There is a fair amount of equipment which is nice, but a lot of it is old and outdated. Only one new piece of equipment has been added recently and it's some weird cycling arm machine I've never seen anyone use. 3. Hours - Open hours have been cut back over the years. If you work out late, probably not the gym for you. Other pros beside the staff: access to pool and sauna, fairly large gym space

Overall, it is not a bad gym. The equipment is solid, and the space itself is a decent size…read more However, there are certain individuals, especially during the 5pm to 8pm rush, who consistently disrupt the environment. This includes constant equipment slamming, taking up machines they are not even using, and excessive grunting. I understand that some noise is normal, but when it happens every set of every exercise, to the point where I can hear it through my headphones, it becomes a real issue. When I bring this to the front desk, they usually just shrug and say they will talk to him, but nothing ever changes. If you are considering joining and plan to work out on weekday evenings, I would look elsewhere. Some people never grow out of high school behavior, and it really shows at this gym.

Micah was very helpful and supportive since this was my first time. I have 0 upper body strength nor can I do a sit up, so while I was laughing at myself, the instructor made sure I had good form and tailored a few of stretches to help me improve my running. I felt great afterwords and can definitely see the benefits of doing pilates regularly.

Well I was in for a treat that I along with one other person were the only two who attended and it was a very one on one kind of session . The space is huge , clean and very calm just what you would expect from a Pilates class and they have a separate space for mat classes as well as the reformer . The instructor was sweet but the only reason I ended up never going back and signing somewhere else was that the instructor felt like she was still learning and I felt very disconnected with her way of teaching . Her emphasis was on getting to convince both of us for private lessons rather than the actual class itself and perhaps that was part of the trial session but it was kind of off-putting for me personally .
