When I want a thicker pizza I go here! (Usually a in slice NY style pizza guy) Pizza is consistent and yummy, we always get a double mushroom and cheese pizza here. Order ahead is the best way to go for fast friendly service and you are in and out! It's a hole in the wall pizza place but it's pretty easy to get in and out. Grab and go situation. Wings are pretty good as well dripping with flavor but not if you want crispy wings. So be mindful if you like a good crunch. Friday night I ordered a large cheese pizza. It was the worst pizza I had ever from Twin trees in E Syracuse. The pizza was not fresh it had to been sitting there all day. The crust was tough. I legit had to bite down and pull in order to get a bite. The pizza tasted as if it was 3 days old sitting in the refrigerator. So disappointed. read more

I finally tried Twin Trees! After living here for a few years it was about time to give it a go. I was happily surprised when I learned that they offer daily deals on pizza and wings. That's what I ordered and for roughly $30 it was a great deal! The wings were meaty and coated with enough sauce. When I come to visit Syracuse a trip to Twin Trees is a must! This is the best pizza around, no doubt. I love to get pepperoni and bacon and I destroy it! They cut their slices in thin rectangles and it makes it easy to eat a lot if you aren't careful. When you order delivery, it can take a while so I highly suggest ordering ahead of time. I like to pick up our order and bring it home and I get it much quicker. The last time I came for a visit they were expanding into the business next door to allow for a sit down restaurant and I know that is going to be awesome because the other twin trees have a great expanded menu. read more

For all of the pizza joints I have tried in the Syracuse area, I have sought a true New York city style pizza and used that as my standard to judge the local pizza scene. When I ordered a pizza from Twin Trees and opened the box once I got back to my hotel, was I ever surprised. Firstly, I called in my order and was told my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and had a short 5 minute wait for a fresh from the oven, piping hot pizza. After a quick ride back to my hotel, the precious pizza arrived still fresh and hot. I did notice that it felt rather heavy in the box. Upon opening the delectable pizza box, I was perplexed with a "what the heck" moment. Sure, I saw a very nicely prepared pizza with generous cheese, sauce and an intoxicating aroma. What made me scratch my head was where were the slices? They cut the *&^$%^ pizza in strips ! Where were my triangular shaped slices??? I did not ponder this for very long and just dove in to the pizza. The edges of the crust were well formed and the crust bottom was crisp with a medium thick crust. The cheese was generous and flavorful. It was tasty, crispy, and chewy and nothing like NYC pizza but, I loved it !!! I can't categorize this pie as NYC, deep dish or any other commonly used categories. It is unique and delicious. Online menu doesn't seem to be up to date directly. Ordered mild wings and "2 Cheese or 1 Topping Slices & 16 oz Fountain Drink" directly through their website. Only received the wings when delivered. Called the restuarant and the woman was not much help at all. Tried to tell me I "must've of placed my order and tried to go back and add something" when in fact I did not and I advised her what my email shows I purchased. No apology for the error or out dated online menu. She said they don't even offer a slice of pizza and fountain drink. I asked of she has a phone number the order service they use she said yes. I asked what it was she said she cant give it to me.. The wings were not very tasteful. The ranch is the only thing that helped with that. 95% of the sauce was at the bottom of the to-go container vs on the wing itself. I'm surprised to see no one has reviewed this Twin Trees location. We ordered pizza for the family on Thanksgiving Eve and it was great! We've been disappointed by our usual "go to" places recently and I remembered that we could now get Twin Trees without having to drive to the west side so we ordered up a couple pies plus wings. Both were as good as what you can get at the original Twin Trees or Twin Trees Two. The only downside was that it was a 45 minute wait for pickup and an hour and a half for delivery but given it was the night before Thanksgiving I can forgive them for that. We've been long time fans of Twin Trees. Have used all of the locations. We ordered from Twin Trees East as it's closest to our house and since we're having a birthday celebration we decided to have it delivered. We also had houseguests that have considered Twin Trees a real treat when they're in town. The delivery was 35 minutes late, the pizza was terrible. Looked like it had been sitting out for hours; dry and not very flavorful. We were worried about the wings too as they also looked dry, not much sauce on them, but they were good; pretty meaty. This is why I'm giving this a 2 star review rather than 1 Star. My daughter in law wanted a small personal specialty pizza so we got that from Wegmans; it was delicious and we wished we ordered all of our pizza from there. I was excited to have the pizza for the birthday party; at first it was just going to be pizza and wings, but luckily we had several delicious appetizers and desserts that hopefully made up for it. I called to order an antipasto salad about 9 at night I thought it was funny she said it was already done but thought okay. Sent my husband to pick it up one the meat smelled bad for what was in it which was barely none at all and lettuce at bottom was bad. I called at 945 she said they were closed I told her about my salad she said well we are told to count that many pieces so about 8 pieces of meat 4 pieces of cheese. Oh man. Absolutely terrible pizza. The whole thing was overcooked/burnt. The olive slices tasted like plastic. I couldn't even finish one bite. The woman at the counter was pretty rude as well. None of the employees were wearing gloves or masks which is pretty standard for businesses/any human in public right now during COVID-19. Only person I saw wearing gloves was the delivery guy. Twin trees in Fayetteville is not so bad as we've frequented a few of them a lot. I've only had delivery fro Fayetteville location. Food is good but is usually not hot because it takes an hour or more to receive your order. Overall I will order again and again. Food is adequate. read more

A pandemic is ongoing and it needs to be taken seriously. Tonight appeared to be a busy time for twin trees, and they had no measures in place to maintain 6 ft between customers picking up at the counter. Approximately 10 people were waiting in the tiny space. Even worse, 1/3 of the visible staff was not wearing a mask. Disgraceful and stupid. This has been reported to the county. read more

I requested the driver take it back and credit my credit card the $30.24 & the driver could keep the tip. The assistant manager would not do it. This is the first negative review I've ever posted . Zero stars. Pizza was cold. Tasteless. Bland. Greasy. Horrible and made me feel like doing the Technicolor yawn. Soda was warm lije it had been sitting in the sun for six weeks strait. Would not recommend even if it was the last food source on the planet earth. Arrived at 4:35, seemed obvious the wings were not down. Waited 15+ mins and returned home. Opened wings - undercooked and 5 min away from even crispy! Called, was told that I had to bring them back. I said that I would and please start the replacement order. Get to the store, 8 people waiting, chaos and of course, the wings had not been put down. Wow, just wow. I ordered a 16" 1topping pizza and a dozen wings to go. The lady on the phone said, for $31 you also get a 2 liter soda. I asked if that was the most exonomical way and she said yes. I go to pick up the order and did the math. I questioned her and another woman about it behind the counter. They fixed it, and I paid less, not much, but I didn't want the soda. So, while she is fixing the bill.you can tell she's annoyed, shaking her head, and making huffing noises. When she was done, I politely said, I was just trying to understand the math, why it was so much, you don't have to get upset. She barks at me. I'm not upset, just fixing the computer.' But she didn't say it nicely. Shes clearly annoyed. So I said "then smile, don't be a bitch" which turned into her calling me a fat ass,(I responded, have you looked in the mirror?) Stopped in on my lunch break picked up one slice of cheese pizza. I have stopped at a fue other places in the Village and around town over the past fue years and twin trees deffently has the best pizza normally when you stop in at any pizza or gas station that serves fast food the carousel has old dry and stale looking food but twin trees had freshly made pizza in their carousel I didn't see the pizza get put in after it was made but it was deffently fresh deffently not a frisbee. The sauce & cheese and dough all tasted fresh at the same time not one part of this slice overpowered the other. Their is a down side the slices are just a bit small for a CNY slice and $2.70 Just a bit high to but it's worth the price for fresh slice I recommend bigger slices I would have given a 5 stare for a bigger slice. I am 10 minutes into the order that was just delivered and I am done! I usually ordered from Twin Trees III, so I may be spoiled. I called to order a salad and chicken wing pizza. I asked for no onions or olives on the salad...sorry, all are pre-made. Fine, order arrives. The salad is previously frozen. Anyone who has seen previously frozen lettuce knows that "see through" look. Now, the pizza, it's do it yourself style. What you get is basically a pizza crust with chicken and cheese. You then get the pleasure of trying to add the hot sauce and blue cheese. Try adding that to cold melted cheese. And then get it warmed up?? Forget it. Ohhhh...it's not really blue cheese. You get two mini tubs of Ken's blue cheese dressing. And that is for a 16" pizza (that was supposed to be 12"). This is probably the single WORST delivery experience I have had in recent memory. Yelp needs to give an option for 0 stars, because this place deserves it. The only saving grace is that I have not gotten sick from the three bites of salad and one slice of pizza. $33...what a bargain! I recently ordered a large pizza and twelve wings for @$25 take out. My wife picked the order up and when we opened the wings we had 11flats and only one drum. I realize there is a certain luck of the draw with wings but seriously? I called and complained and to two managers (the second was Mark) apparently I am the only person in 14 years who thought this was not right. According to Mark I paid for twelve wings and got twelve wings and I didn't like it then take my business elsewhere. REALLY? Is it me?
