The staff members took the time to discuss what they would recommend from the menu. They also recommended different spice levels and or substitutions that they offered. It wasn't overly cooked and the lightly stir fried mixture covering it was super lemongrass flavourful. I appreciate the dip on the side, so that I can gauge how much I can handle, as its on the (delayed) spicy side for me. In addition, also ordered a fried chicken cashew set. The accompanying soup was extraordinarily salty, so I just ate the tofu & wakame.
