Our family used to go for chiropractic service pre-Covid but stopped coz the chiropractor who turned out to be a predator was basically an 'one-act therapist'. Very basic adjustment only. Then I started trying their massages coz they were aggressively promoting. There were a couple of good and effective masseurs in their Irvine and Costa Mesa office but soon after I discovered the good masseurs they were gone. The current masseurs are all meh and not worth the money spent. With the price they charge there are a lot better massage service elsewhere. Just a word of warning. read more

I am honestly so thankful for this place and the employees. I am currently pregnant and suddenly had the worst sciatic nerve pain yesterday to the point I can barely walk. I needed to be seen asap after work and they got me in! Jackie was so accommodating and understanding of my situation in every way and I truly appreciated that. She definitely deserves to be recognized because I was having a pretty bad day and her kindness made it better. She even looked further into my insurance to figure some stuff out and called me back which is something she didn't have to do. I saw Dr. Mañas whom was also great! I had never been to a chiropractor before so was very nervous but he made me feel comfortable. I was pretty embarrassed I couldn't really move in some of the positions needed for adjustment and he helped me even move around. Dr. Maña really takes care of you and is very thorough. He is a great conversationist with all of her patients and makes your visit a great experience. I visit the office at least once a week for maintenance and I think this treatment is one of the best care you can do for your body. The staff is great and make sure you are cared for. Don't forget to use the massage roller table, which you can do before and/or after your adjustment. Also drinking water and doing some stretches longer go a long way. Wanted a massage but since massage places are currently closed I found a Groupon for a consultation and 50 minute massage here for $29. Appointment was easy to make and I didn't have to wait long when I arrived. My masseuse was nice and did a good job. The only complaint would be that the room was cold so it wasn't as relaxing. I've been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists for a few months and Dr. Lincoln has really helped me through it. He explained everything that was going on and how the nerves running through the spine can affect the wrists. For about a month, I've been coming to the twins practice twice a week and it's really helping the pain and numbness I've been experiencing in my hands from the carpal tunnel. He does a great job of explaining the "why" behind his treatment assessments. The staff is friendly and professional. The wait times are pretty much nonexistent. In the event there's a short wait or I've arrived early, I can utilize their mechanical massage table to loosen up before the adjustment.
