The staff was pleasant and the service was fast. We got several pretzels. The cinnamon sugar Pretzel was my son's favorite. It's sweet, crispy and fluffy which reminds him of a cinnamon roll. When I got to the register I inquired if the cinnamon sugar was eligible he said no, only the original. I was ok with that. I asked if I can get one with no salt because I have to cut back on my sodium intake. The guy said, no it's only good on the salted one because that's all we have. We sent the wings and pizza back and waited another 30 minutes. At that point, we were simply exhausted and frustrated. We finally decided to cancel the wings and pizza altogether. After waiting that long, we just wanted to leave. What should have been a relaxing Friday night dinner after a long work week turned into three hours of waiting, cold food, and disappointment.
