First, trying to order from the app was so difficult. It would not let me complete my order so that all I have to do is pick it up, so I was forced to go in and fall in the long line that I anticipated. When I got to the register I inquired if the cinnamon sugar was eligible he said no, only the original. I was ok with that. I asked if I can get one with no salt because I have to cut back on my sodium intake. The guy said, no it's only good on the salted one because that's all we have. He was definitely not accommodating nor friendly about it. It was like it's free, get what you get. The other issue I had with the employee is he was handing me the one pretzel in the paper pretzel wrapper and I asked for a bag, again I got the feeling of I was asking for too much and then, he hands me the bag and makes me have to place it in the bag myself.
