It's a cute shop with lots of sweet options. It wasn't busy when we went, but it was about an hour before closing. Service was fine, polite, all that jazz. Good vibes & there's a cute spot at the entrance for good photo ops. There were a lot of cookie options. We got a 6 pack so we can be big backs. 1 plain peanut butter, 1 pb with Nutella, 1 pb with Reese's pb cups on it, 1 sugar with pink frosting, 1 sugar with salted caramel, 1 sugar with "cookies and cream" frosting. So, we cut some up bc even though I love sweets, I can't eat them like I used to.

The sugar cookie based options are very very sweet. I ate 1/8 of the pink sugar frosted cookie, and it was so so so sweet. Literally sweeter than the 1/4 I had of the peanut butter with chocolate frosting and Reese's on top....

but mostly tasted like a frosted sugar cookie 6/10 Peanut butter cookie- this is a 9/10. It's a very good peanut butter cookie. Definitely a good choice, it's not too sweet. Nutella peanut butter - super tasty, but the Nutella flavor was a bit "muted". Still 8/10 Overall, this is definitely a spot where you can crush your sugar cravings. I haven't tried the drinks yet, but I'll have to try them next time.

We just had the WORST experience at this location. Last week my husband and I walked in for a cookie and soda. We decided to order 3 dozen cookies for our daughter's soccer team and scheduled to pick them up a few days later on Friday. My husband went around 3:00 to pick up the order and it was wrong. They made 3 dozen small cookies. Not what we ordered. Because it was a "custom order" they would not refund our money nor would they bake the proper order. There was ZERO apology. ZERO care. Nada. Over $50 lost! With the economy being what it is I believe that good customer service is a big deal and will help businesses survive these difficult times. Accidents happen, I completely understand the mistake. But how they handled the situation was terrible.

I'm not a big fan of The ambiance here because it seems to be a spot for loud teenagers watching videos and this place is small so it gets loud and it's awkward when waiting for the cookies. The the cookies are delicious. They are soft and great. They are very fulfilling, but also very expensive. The service is fast and friendly.

We love Twisted Sugar! Be it ordering off DoorDash or popping by the store, Twisted Sugar never disappoints. Their cookie variety is par none. They are a bit smaller than their pink-boxed competitor, but, at least in my opinion, Twisted Sugar has a better variety and a better flavor. They also have flavors of the month, so you have the chance to try your newfound favorites a few times before they rotate out. I also like the soda options that Twisted Sugar offers. It's reminiscent of the soda huts that are speckled around Utah. They also have a wide variety of sugar free flavors, which my dentist and I appreciate. Whenever I'm in the area, I simply must stop here. Give it a try and you'll be on the same boat!

Twisted sugar has the most delectable cookies out there. By far better than any other cookie place in the valley! I haven't had one cookie I didn't like. Highly recommend

I stopped by to get some cookies for my husband. This was my first time and the lady behind the counter was super sweet and nice and actually took time to explain what the cookies were like. She gave me some recommendations. She was super patient with me. The service itself was 10 out of 10. The cookies themselves were amazing, especially the lemon tart. I definitely will be back.

Cookies and soda?! BRILLIANT! Popped into Twisted Sugar to grab a cookie and sodas and found these adorable Love Bundles! One of our favorite things about Twisted Sugar is the seasonality in their cookie assortment and sodas! They had drinks called The Kelce, The Taylor and The Mahomes to play off the Super Bowl. Love the cleverness. We ordered The Blush & a red velvet cookie for an impromptu and budget friendly day date. Their cookies are sweet, pretty and fun - and their drink menu is IMPRESSIVE! Any fellow soda fiends? This is the spot!

My first time trying the chocolate chip cookies and the lemon cookie. Review is based solely on that. The chocolate chip cookies tasted more like butter. I am not sure if they are undercooked or what, but they have a small mound (see photo). The lemon cookie with lemon frosting didn't have a strong lemon flavor, it took a bit to taste the lemon, but some don't like strong lemon so it's all about what you prefer. The first interaction ordering the cookies was pleasant. The girl handing the cookies to you appeared to be unhappy at work. She didn't smile or say thank you, I said thank you, she said nothing. I am all about excellent service and expect quality. The ambiance was fun. It's is a small area so not much room to sit and eat your cookie or drink your drink, but still fun. If you are a cookie connoisseur, give it a try as your experience may be different then mine. I always say try everything once.

So Hard to Choose Stop in to pick up a treat but it was so hard to choose a cookie everything looked amazing. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful explaining the cookie options as are so many choices, not only with cookies but for drinks too. My favorites were the lemon raspberry, smores and banana cream. These cookies are very soft, fresh and very flavorable. The menu is loaded with options, there is something to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. In addition to great tasting cookies Twisted Sugar has shakes and flavored sodas. You can make your own fountain drink with flavors you select or choose one from the menu. The fountain drinks are refreshing, and just like the cookies, reasonably priced. Stop in grab a cookie and soda, you won't be disappointed.

Cookies! With such a big selection of flavors, we decided to go with a 6 pack to bring home. I chose 3 and my husband chose 3. They brought the box out and off we went. We took a drive up to Lake Pleasant, then drive back down to Phoenix for dinner before heading home. It wasn't until we got home that we opened the box and looked at the cookies. I knew immediately that it wasn't quite right because the first cookie I ordered was the Crinkle and there was clearly no Crinkle in the box. I was disappointed. And honestly, that's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. So far we've only had one cookie each. I had that.lemon tart sugar which was delicious. The texture of the cookie was perfect - not too hard and not too soft. Hubby had his red velvet, which he really enjoyed. He may have said it's one of the best cookies he's ever had. We'll be back again, and this time I'll make sure we check the box before we leave the shop. Note - they also have a large selection of beverages, but we didn't try any of those.

Love their peanut butter flavor and pink with sprinkles. They remind me of Crumbl but better as you can eat more than one of their cookies and still feel good. They also have an assortment of drinks which is fun. It's very clean inside and the people working the counter are nice.

I've had the orange cream shake a few times and the sugar cookie. To be honest I enjoy the drinks more I think the cookie without frosting was average but I guess it's supposed to taste like that because they put a lot of frosting on the decorated ones. Not a good experience every time you go and they try to find it from excuses what you ask for so they had six cookies for $16 and four cookies for $13 so I go OK I'll take six instead but can you please give me a small empty box to put to of my cookies in a different box but she said no then I'll have to charge you individual for them. The buttered oatmeal is to die for. We got a variety pack and each one was its own kind of delicious. The chocolate chip looks like a scoop of ice cream -I don't know how they do that. It's perfectly balanced not too sweet and very flavorful. The lemon raspberry was tart and sweet and YUM. Like other reviews state, the cookies don't taste right. Very small compared to other "cookie" shops. Seems like they don't have their recipe correct! My husband and I went to Twisted Sugar today to get some cookies. It was very busy, but the capable, friendly staff took our order quickly. You can purchase individual cookies or packages of cookies. We chose the package of 6 cookies. My husband had 3 chocolate based cookies and I had 3 lemon/sugar based cookies. They were amazing! The cookies are quite large with a delicious frosting on top. The lemon actually tasted like lemon, which is hard to find (usually there's barely a hint of lemon). My husband's favorite was the cookies and cream, which was piled high with toppings, though he loved all 3 of his. The cookies were served to us quickly and in a sturdy box to keep the frosting and toppings from getting smushed. We will definitely be back! read more

We've been to Crumbl and Sweeteez expecting this place to have at least a comparable cookie. Yikes, very tasteless, dry and small compared to competition. The kid at register did not want to be there. Super dissatisfied in quality of cookies especially for the price. Our family tried multiple flavors so it wasn't just one bad cookie. Go to Crumbl and taste theirs (size too), step it up or it won't make it. read more

Delicious cookies, great prices, and friendly staff! So glad to have a dessert shop in the area and will definitely be back. One recommendation for Twisted Sugar is that on the busier nights, have a back up cashier ready to hop on. I was second in line on a Friday evening and the person ahead of me was asking a lot of questions (totally understand them wanting to know about the different cookies, ingredients and recommendations) but by the time they were done the line was back to the door. They had a second register but it was not open (I'm assuming not enough folks trained yet). Hopefully in the future they can have people ready to jump on and keep the line moving. read more

Called to preorder cookies and was told to get the app and do it on the Twisted sugar app. But the prices on the app are way more than they're in the store. So I drove to the store to pre order them there instead and let them know the on the app it charges for individual cookies and doesn't give you the deals for a dozen cookies. I got the peanut butter Nutella which was alright and the sugar doodle was okay I don't think I'll spend as much money as I did for the cookies again tho read more

We are on vacation and we're so happy we stumbled upon this place! The cookies are amazing and the owners were wonderful people who we enjoyed meeting. We came in on a Saturday night around 9:30 and the owners and their teenage kids were working which shows how dedicated they are to the success of their business. last night i got a drink and when i was getting in my car the bottom fell off. one of the workers aliviah gave me a water cup and a bunch of paper towels and came out to help me clean my car. they gave me another drink and a voucher for a free cookie. i 10/10 recommend coming here the customer service is amazing and aliviah was so helpful!! read more

The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!
