We did get a peek indoors as we walked through. The space was dimly lit, well-decorated with trendy patterns and furniture, and overall, inviting. The outdoor patio, in contrast, was more well-lit but still comfortable. The cocktail menu was fun to explore and our server did not hesitate to offer suggestions. I ordered the Pandan Killer Milk punch, which is 8yr aged rum, Planteray Cut & dry rum, pandan liquer, clarified coconut, pineapple, vanilla, lime, and nutmeg. I was truly blown away! It's simple presentation was deceitful in the best way possible. All flavors were beautifully captured and left nothing else to be desired. The Pina Colada on the other hand....my friend felt extremely underwhelmed. The other two cocktails we had in the party were the Ultra Violet Seventy Five, which was very gin-forward and the Snoop PPOG, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed. Aside from the Pina Colada, we had a great first experience at Tikehau Lounge! Would visit again and certainly recommend!

We ordered a 50/50 pizza of Chicken Thai-phoon which has a sweet chili sauce, tasty chicken, green papers, pineapple, basil, & cilantro. The kalua pork has bbq sauce, succulent pork, pineapple, & green onions. Both pizzas are unique, mouthwatering deliciousness that combine sweet, a bit o' heat, and lots of savory flavors along with textures. The unique sauces really amp these pizzas up with flavor. However, when we order next time, we'll likely ask for light sauce as even though it's incredibly tasty, it was on a little heavy for our preference. The tiki fries were also delicious! On one of our trips we polished off two baskets full! Savory with umami flavor and crunchiness, it's easy to have two baskets disappear quickly! Service is always friendly! You're sure to be greeted with a smile and good humor. In the afternoons and evenings there's live music sometimes and that just adds to the overall wonderful experience of hanging out here.

We ordered three large pizzas: regular cheese, margherita, and sweet kalua ($75). While we waited, we sat outside on the patio, where there was a live musician who was really good and entertaining. The staff was friendly and checked on us to see if we needed anything while we waited. It also seemed like a chill bar where people could grab drinks and hang out on the patio. We took the pizzas home, and they were delicious. Our favorite was the sweet kalua. It was not overly barbecuey or sweet, but actually pretty savory. The margherita pizza was good too. In general, their pizza stands out because there is not too much crust. It was not crispy, but instead airy and on the doughy side. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because one of our group members found a blonde hair baked into his pizza slice, not just sitting on top. That was disappointing, especially since the pizza itself was actually very good.

I had already eaten one of the three delicious beef sliders. Slider #1 made it safely to my tummy.

The outdoor seating is refreshingly simple, but once you step inside, it's pure vibe. There's a thoughtful design touch to everything--from the mid-century glassware to the way each drink seems to have its own personality. They're not just slinging cocktails here; they're crafting an experience. I ordered the VOG CUTTER--Pisco, watermelon, lemon, absinthe, cubeb bitters--and it came topped with a pickled watermelon garnish. I'm usually not an absinthe fan, but this drink was perfectly balanced, bright and herbal with just enough edge. It landed squarely in the "perfect cocktail" category for me. My partner had the Velvet Elvis and was equally impressed. We both kept commenting on how varied and intentional the drinkware was--punch cups, tea glasses, you name it. It makes everything feel more special. The bartender was sharp, friendly, and clearly knew the menu inside and out--eager to help guide us through the options and talk about the thought behind each drink. At one point, a child wandered in by mistake (Esters is 21+ due to its bar zoning), and the bartender gently asked them to leave--but not before handing over a vanilla wafer as a parting gift. One of my favorite touches? The name. There's actually a thoughtful explanation printed right on the menu: "Esters are natural compounds that are created through chemical reactions during fermentation. Esters give a diverse range of aromas and flavors to rum." It's a subtle homage to the science of spirits--and it fits perfectly with the experience Esters delivers. If you're looking for a cocktail bar that hits on every level--drinks, vibe, service--Esters Fair Prospect is the move.
