The biggest disappointment here was the customer service. My friend ordered a milkshake for her two toddlers to share and politely asked if the extra half could be poured into a second cup. The employee had to ask the manager, who immediately said no. My friend explained that other Handel's locations have happily done this before, and even offered to pay for the extra cup. The manager still refused and told her she'd have to purchase two separate milkshakes instead. The request wasn't for extra product--just a second cup for two small children to share. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She came across as rude and dismissive rather than trying to help find a reasonable solution. We understand that every location has its own policies, but customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, between the cramped space and the poor experience with the manager, we won't be returning to this location.

This is not my first review! I love this place! Aside from the ever changing varieties of frozen yogurt (which are delicious) there is a Buffett table filled with all kinds of toppings including, crushed Oreo cookies, Almond Roca, pecan pieces, gummy candies, crushed Twix, Butterfinger pieces etc. But wait! Thats not all! There's a smaller buffett table with fresh fruits, whipped topping & several varieties of sauces including peanut butter, marshmallow sauce & others. On the front counter there are three other sauces including hot fudge. These delicious treats please the taste buds but the environment is so warm & inviting. Sharon, the owner has added her own personal touch of a fresh flower on each table. There are two TV'S & music piped in. The whole place is so clean that you can literally eat off any place on the floor. To top all of this excellence off, expect to be greeted by Sharon & her cute as a button daughter! read more

I'm so impressed with this place! I originally set out for Italian ice, but the shop nearby was closed on Sundays, so I found this spot instead, and I'm so glad I did. I was able to parallel park right out front, and the self-serve setup was incredibly organized, clearly labeled, and spotless. The flavor and topping selection was fantastic. I tried the yellow cake batter gelato and the classic California tart froyo, and both were delicious. The fruit toppings were especially fresh, which made everything even better. I also grabbed one of their cookie sandwiches and a pup cup to go; definitely pup approved and mom approved! The color-changing spoons were such a fun touch too. I could totally see kids loving that little detail. Overall, this place feels thoughtful, clean, and genuinely fun. This place doesn't get any stars !!!!!!!!!! Experienced racism here from the worker and it's not something I will tolerate !!! Worker made me wear gloves and mask which I don't mind at all cause we are in a PANDEMIC. Yet when a group of white people came in, they weren't asked to wear mask or gloves at all ! I Told the worker I didn't feel comfortable with them being around and they did nothing about. Don't recommend this place. read more

Terrible customer service. Girls working were snobby, stuck up little bitches! My family and I went into this location as soon as we walked in no welcome, nothing. The girls at the front looked at us smirked and rolled their eyes. This made us super uncomfortable and quite frankly the only reason I decided to stay was because I promised my 4 year old some frozen yogurt. Will not be returning ever ! read more

Went here and noticed the owner does nothing to prevent white people from wearing masks while touching all the products without gloves that are provided for customers. This place is unprofessional and shows signs of racism when it comes to regulation regarding masks and putting on protective gloves. Do not recommend. read more
