This is definitely a family favorite anytime of the year, but especially during those guilt ridden, indulgence days leading up to Christmas Eve. When passing through Delaware, swing by this place for a few slices and a side of garlic knots to go. There are usually a couple different pies to choose from ready to slice making service fast when on-the-go.

Two Cousins Hockessin DE. Cute little cheese steak. They make their own roll. It appears they make it out of their pizza dough. It was a good little roll. I don't know but I would think that if you are going to make the rolls out of your own pizza dough you should you have something special about your pizza dough. Overall it was a good little Cheesesteak. Nothing really popped out about it. Everything was good. $8.50 very good but even at $8.50 I thought there should have been a little bit more.

I was helped very kindly here. The employees have some of the best manners I have ever seen for kids their age, and their good manners back up their good food. I highly recommend coming here, especially for this one employee in particular who helped me very much.

Try the broccoli/feta white pizza... super yummy! Amazing pizza... they serve thin & thick crust and these scrumptious little garlic knots. Super casual place & they also serve alcohol. Friendly service & reasonably priced. So glad I had a chance to try their pizza & I can't wait to try some of their other varieties next time I'm in the area. Based on the other reviews, I know I won't be disappointed.

Their subs are on great rolls which is what really makes an awesome sub anyway.

Disappointing Upside-Down Pizza…read more I ordered a plain upside-down pizza last night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I was expecting an upside-down pizza with a generous layer of tomato sauce that would add moisture and flavor to each slice. Instead, the sauce was extremely thin and appeared to have been spread over the cheese in little more than a dried-out smear. There simply wasn't enough sauce to provide the flavor or moisture I was expecting. The crust was another major issue. It was hard and dry throughout, and when I bit into it, it literally crumbled into pieces. The combination of the dry crust and lack of sauce made the entire pizza feel unusually dry. Based solely on the pizza I received, I would have to rate it as one of the worst pizzas I've had in quite some time. That said, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. It may have been a one-time occurrence or simply an off night in the kitchen. However, if this is representative of their typical upside-down pizza, I would strongly recommend taking another look at the recipe and preparation. I certainly hope this was an exception, because when done properly, an upside-down pizza can be excellent.

A Very Disappointed Customer After More Than 20 Years of Loyalty…read more I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza on Limestone Road, Pike Creek, DE. I have been a loyal Anthony's customer since 2003, beginning in Fort Lauderdale, and over the years I have referred numerous friends and business associates because I genuinely believed in the quality of the food especially the pizza and, most importantly, the Eggplant Marino, which has always been one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately, this particular location has been inconsistent, particularly with its sauce. I have visited four times, and on two occasions the flavor was noticeably different. Consistency is critical for a restaurant brand that has earned a loyal following over many years. What disappointed me even more during my most recent visit was being charged for focaccia bread with the chicken wings, and then being charged an additional fee simply for requesting a reasonable portion of cooked onions. After more than 20 years of supporting the Anthony's brand, I have to ask: When did Anthony's become so focused on nickel-and-diming its customers? It is not the cost of the extras that bothers me as much as what it represents. Anthony's (Mr. Bruno) built its reputation on great food, generous portions, and a quality dining experience. Small additional charges for basic accompaniments can leave a very different impression. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. This review comes from a very loyal customer who wants to see Anthony's maintain the standards that made me a customer in the first place. Respectfully, Oscar Molina Very sad customer after 20+ years of loyalty
