This machine is the RMI Coffee house brand. It is just as good if not better than a Jura. The staff is friendly and amazing. It does not matter whom you walk by, any staff member from the owner down to the techs are super friendly and happy to assist. They gave me a huge free bag of coffee with my purchase. As far as I know, this is the only store like this, in the Dallas/FW area. Trust me these machines, are highly complex. Do no buy on online.
