My favorite were the pierogi blt tacos. How genius is it to cut open a potato pierogi and stuff it... So. Brilliant. The outside was crispy and the inside was warm and soft. The place was packed, but the bartenders were so nice, even chatting a while about the place. They have seating inside with picnic tables, small tables and chairs, and standing room around the bar and on the back small porch. Just based on our visit for one beer each, I look forward to returning sometime soon!

The brewery is nearby a cool old raising bridge, which is present in their logo. They have a bunch of core styles to choose from. The decor leans heavily into local kitsch, which gives it a casual and colorful vibe. Prices are super reasonable with $9 flights. The beer quality was great as well. A highlight (or nightmare) for us was the fact they had the infamous Malort to try, we all had our first shots and hated every minute! We visited during a weekday, but I can easily see this being a fun and happening weekend night brewery. I'd love to visit again.
