I needed help with a microwave that stopped working...its attached to my oven so it's not easy to just replace. They had me take pics & I was very happy to find out that they were able to get me a new one. When they arrived they said that they got the wrong size. They said that they would order the right one. Never heard from them until I called them and they suggested I replace my built in microwave with a counter one. Did not feel this was safe so I declined and they said they would get back to me. I knew what that meant. I know they tried & they are nice people but unfortunately they wasted my time & their help was mediocre at best. Disappointed. read more

I highly recommend this place to everyone! Bought a used washer machine from them. They came and installed it in a timely fashion and were courteous and professional the whole entire time. The motor went out and the warranty was up on the washing machine, and they still took care of it came to the house fixed it for free and took care of my grandparents. I called Two Guys Appliance for our fridge when we had some problems with it. They came out the next day to see it. Junior called ahead to let me know he was coming, which I really liked since I have a toddler and didn't want her to be asleep. He fixed our freezer that was leaking in minutes! He had to order the part for our lights that were broken and he called as soon as the parts were in. He was very friendly, professional and quick. My husband recently made an appointment with this company to repair my dryer that stopped heating. It needed a new fuse or thermostat. The repair guy (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was punctual, courteous, and repaired it quickly. I'm sure I probably could have figured out how to change the fuse or thermostat and saved some money, but oh well. My appliances are pretty old, but I don't want to buy any new ones yet, so I'll definitely be calling this company if I need any of them repaired in the future. My fridge was out of service. Called Sears and it would be three days before they can come out. Couldn't wait so I looked up on yelp and found Two Guys in Fontana. Called them up and they were here the next day. Carlos showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He had the the part and repaired it on the spot. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. My washer broke! But, I called the Two Guys again and WOW! got it fixed fast! Repair man came the same day I called and when he said he would have to order a part and that I would have to wait a few days. But if possible, he told me that he might be able to fix it the same day he received the part which was a Saturday. He arrived and fixed the washer on the same day he got the part! Yesterday I went in and bought a refurbished whirlpool washer that was very reasonably priced. They were able to have it delivered to my home the following day . Not only were they here the time they said they would, the gentleman that delivered my washer was kind enough to hook up my washer , make sure it was working properly and also noticed a couple things loose on my dryer and took it upon himself to fix before he left! Excellent service! Will defiantly shop here for all my appliances in the future! read more

I called them to fix my LG washer. Apparently, you are not supposed to wash door mats once they start getting old. The particles from the back of the mat, came off in the washer. They got caught in the drain pump. The machine gave me a code saying faulty water valve. Jr. Was able to tell me (over the phone) that it wasn't the valves, but the drain pump. He ordered the drain pump and came first thing Monday morning to fix it. He was very professional. My door mats cost me $200 to wash them. Lesson learned: buy the door mats that are sewed on both sides. It's cheaper. read more

after being told a solenoid was out by another repairer without opening anything. Carlos opened panel and said nothing needed to be replaced, only a piece inside was off track. I was sold a refrigerator and 3 months later my kitchen had cockroaches. I called an exterminator and after clearing them out he said with certainty that the fridge was the cause. I called hoping to get a refund or to at least get someone to haul the fridge away but the owner had the audacity of not only denying my refund but charging me to haul the fridge away. I realize that this could of been a one time occurrence but the fact that I got zero sympathy from the owner was what was truly disappointing. I will never spend my money here again. read more

I was very pleased with the service provided. I called the day before and scheduled an appt for the following day. I later realized that the time was conflicting with my scheduled and called in the day off my appt and requested an earlier time which they were able to accommodate. Junior was the name of the tech and he was able to fix the issue with my dryer immediately. He fixed it immediately and even noticed an issue with my washer which he took care of as well.
