Just horrible.......as a New Yorker, now living in SW Florida, I learned fast how the South just can't get it right. The establishment was empty, the first thing I should have picked up on. Very hungry so I gave it ago. The slices were horrible, the place run by non-Italians, perhaps Arab from what I could assume. Regardless, $20 bucks on two slices and a fountain coke I lost.....I am just hoping I don't get sick. read more

I decided to stop in for lunch because the sign said "pizza by the slice" or something mentioning giant slice pizza. When I arrived I wasn't greeted but fine I didnt plan on staying just wanted a pizza slice. I ordered by giant slice and added pepperoni (my fav). My total was $6...something. I was okay but was disappointed that no one informed me of the current lunch special that was written in chalk on the wall. Once I receive my pizza O had to take a bite. It was delish. Very fresh and crunchy crust. I would suggest anyone to stop in and try a slice. My expectations for suggestions and friendliness would be out the window. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sub and a slice of meat lovers. The food was ok. If you've had Sam's Club pizza , it's a little better than that. The pizza crust was good. Crispy. The sub was ok. This used to be one of my favorite pizza spots, not too sure why I haven't come in here years or reviewed it. I finally went here again yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. I love their large one slice deals. Their veggie pizza and cheese pizza are so good. If you're up for a challenge - you can buy the extra large pizza and share with a friend or two or more... All in all, their pizza is a 5/5. Service was good. They said it would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes and it was. What brought the rating down is their poor Covid precautions. I would give it a 0/5. Even though they have a sign up about the mask mandate (I know this isn't the case starting March 10), they served 3 customers before me who were not wearing masks, didn't have masks remotely on them, were not eating, and had just ordered to-go. Not too sure I would come back here for some time because of that. I hope they become more stringent with their rules even if masks aren't mandated. My wife and I was seeking some good pizza after a day at MD ANDERSON in Houston, Tx. We Googled BEST PIZZA NEAR ME and was directed to TWO GUYS PIZZA. We found a clean restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Being 90+ degrees out, we decided to order in. They had a full menu of pizza and sandwich options. We ordered the 12" Supreme pizza and a couple sodas. The prizes were reasonable, server was polite and patient. We had our pizza in a reasonable time. Came to try the giant slices of pizza. Wow are they giant! I called to order over the phone and the guy on the phone took my order of two large pizza slices to go for carry out quickly and said 15 min for it to be ready for pick up. They were very nice when I came to pay and get my carry out order. The slices are large and the crust is the best I've tasted in a while. The actual taste of the pizza wasn't my favorite something tasted off but with the great customer service and crust that tasted great they got a 4 star for my first time experience! I would give them a try again but a different type of pizza to maybe off set the weird taste of the pepperoni. read more

My original review on Two Guys was as good as it gets. So okay... today I decided to leave the gym after an awful workout and go eat pizza with my unmotivated workout partner. I don't know if the workers at the pizzeria was tired or what, but the place has like maybe 8 tables in the dining area, not counting the outside area. 2 of the tables were taken and 3 of them weren't clean. Now I'm a former waiter, so I know in restaurants we get busy and don't have time to pay attention to detail at times. But yall this place had 2 tables and she was not doing anything during her dead time. When we ordered our food it took her 15 min to bring a salad (this is before the pizza). She wasn't rude or anything, just not as helpful or shall I say happy to be at work as she should. I'm still a fan of the restaurant and they have AMAZING pizza, but like I said maybe today she had to catch her breath after a busy lunch rush or something.. The pizza was pretty good. The service was extremely welcoming and they even offered a free drink while I waited for my order. I wish I lived closer so I could order everyday. I love this place. I don't know why it took me so long to try this place! Pros - the slices of pizza are SO BIG and satisfying - they have a lunch deal for $5.95 (pizza slice and salad) - fast and efficient service - they offer party sized pizza....probably the biggest I've ever seen in my life! - crispy crust - you pay first so you don't have to worry about getting the bill after you eat if you're in a rush - they deliver the pizza slice to your table Cons - super small and cramped place - tables are very close together so it gets loud quite quickly I would totally come here again, but would most likely take it to go. We "were" fans and will try one more time by we got our "usual" : lasagna on Sunday night about 7: total disaster - if could go wrong; it did. Ordered on line and waited the 30 mins it told us to and was still 20 min wait - so 50 mins? wife thinks they forgot to put in oven. Then they rushed it - yuk #1 First, my wife reports the place had a slight " locker room" smell and then the guy handling the counter didn't have a mask on and didn't try to keep social distancing at all (yuk -#2). And when we got home: we got four "leftovers" courners - looks like they ran out and went back to old pans to make an order ( we have had 10+ from them so know what should have looked like) - yuk#3 then the bottom two layers of pasta burned to bottom of pan and center was cool - we had to microwave when got home - yuk #4 So my suggestion is don't order on Sunday night ; 100% third string working. Horrible service and ordering experience. They don't answer their phone, took a dozen phone calls and 15 min to make an order, then told it's a 20 min wait. When showed up to pick up, they don't have the order or have given to another party. Had to resubmit order and wait another 20 min. NO lunch specials are available today because they don't have salad. Seems dismissive of the issue and blamed it on lack of staff (although ironically they do have 2 guys working). read more

I always passed by this place but never stopped by until today (Aug-2021). If you ever lived in or visited NYC, and enjoyed eating at a local pizzeria, this is the spot to visit! I had a "Giant" slice with Pepperoni and ground beef. The pizza bread and crust was thin and perfectly slightly toasted! The pizza is good - when it finally arrives. The ordering system is screwed up for these guys. I submitted my order online. After it failed to arrive and the order status showed to be Submitted for more than an hour - I called them. The person answering the phone stated "the fax did not come through" which I thought was strange. I ended up ordering again over the phone. When the pizza arrived I spoke to the delivery person who admitted that all online orders come through as a fax - it's like 2020 but really 1995. Apparently Twoguys does not have an automated ordering and system. Even though they comped me with desserts I am not sure that I will order again - really can't wait 2 hours to receive an order. Twoguys owners need to invest in customer experience and that starts with coming into the 21st century!!! I would have given them zero stars if the pizza was not good. read more

The pizza was fantastic. The employees were chaotic and didn't seem able to handle the lunch rush. I waited 15 minutes as the woman behind the register paid attention to the phone without even giving me the chance to say I was there to pick up pizzas, not waiting to order. The saving grace was a gentleman that appeared to be the owner coming into action and finally getting things moving for me and the several others waiting. I waited about 15 minutes for pizzas that were ready, but some paramedics that were there before me waited a lot longer for there single slices. The pizza was amazing, my entire crew loved it- so can't deduct more than one star for the service- my guess is they were short staffed and it was a bad day. read more

Stopped in here on my lunch break for a quick slice. They have pizza by the slice.. they are huge! Good crisp and flavor. I only waited about 5 minutes. Staff was very polite. Clean. Family owned. They also have a monster XL which feed 10-15 adults. Good find. Will be back. read more

I was around the Medical Center and passed by this place. I decided to try it. The price is fair for a huge slice of good pizza. But the wings are a little pricey especially for their quality. They were kind of like those frozen traditional buffalo wings you can buy by packs in Walmart. So... DO NOT BUY THE WINGS. The cashier who took my order was kind of rude, but whatever. Very nice service, but the pizza wasn't my favorite. Ordered the University Special which has extra pepperoni and extra mozzarella . We noticed a bit more cheese, but it definitely did not seem to have any sort of extra pepperoni. This was my first time here, but compared to other pizza places, it definitely just seemed like a normal amount. We also kept finding pieces of onion in the pizza. Not sure if it's part of the sauce, but unexpected nonetheless. The pizza was also saltier than I prefer. Overall, the pizza was just ok. I definitely won't go out of my way to go get it. read more

Another great pie - was delivered hot and perfect. Crust had both crisp and some chew. The sauce was on point and the cheese was tasty and had some expected stringiness, just the way I like it. I tried this place for the first time today and it was really good. I did not eat in the restaurant but had their pizza delivered. I got the 28" size pizza and had half canadian bacon and pinapple, and the other half was spinach and mushroom. I didn't get a chance to eat the pizza while it was hot but it was delicious nonetheless. I really the pizza and definitely want to try it again in the restaurant. The only complaint and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was that it was on the pricier side and when i called no one picked up, even after several calls. read more
