Definitely one of the most carefully crafted yoga studios I have ever been to. You sort of feel like you've been transported to somewhere in Southeast Asia. I love that there are heat lamps, blankets, and other accessories for use during the class. Although, the space is epic I didn't really find enjoyment in the class. It was supposed to be a relaxing low impact yoga class focusing on slow movements but I didn't really feel that at all. The instructor was nice but I found her transitions were confusing and sometimes didn't make sense. She wasn't really saying the name of the poses either. To me the instructions felt like I was taking a Pilates class. We were also holding the poses in my opinion way too long to the point I was actually feeling pain. And some poses were really advanced and didn't make me feel relaxed at all. I personally do not like it when there are lyrics in the music when I do yoga. Although it was more mellow indie songs I found it extremely hard to focus and it was kind of loud too. I would prefer just non lyrical relaxing music. At least for the part where we just sit/lay down towards the end. In summary, I don't think I would come back. I am used to donation based yoga around San Diego. If you want more traditional yoga I would just stick to the free classes around town.

The studio is clean and light, and they have a lot of nice equipment to use as far as blocks, bolsters, and blankets. I've been to a variety of types of classes here, but most recently I did a deep healing class taught by Tiffinie. It was pure magic and my body needed that. 75 minutes of slow postures that are held for a little bit longer, mobility exercises, and breathing. I will definitely return and I'd like to make it more of a habit to visit the studio. Plus, there's a great smoothie shop next-door and tasty coffee available at the brewery just down the street!

His playlist is also amazing with music that will get you flowing! I was dripping in sweat after his workout, which is a great indicator to how amazing the sets were! Yoga box in Hillcrest is always clean, organized, and has the most friendly staff. They provide mats and towels (free for first time) and $2 thereafter. The room is heated to around 90 degrees and it feels like a warm hug whilst you are working out. Occasionally, the instructors will open the doors to allow fresh air in during the classes. They have cold filtered water as well as a bathroom inside the studio. They have weights and blocks for you to use depending on what class you're taking. There is free parking, but it's shared with other establishments in the plaza, so make sure to get there early enough to secure your spot. They recommend you come 10 Minutes earlier than your scheduled class to settle in. That feeling you get after finishing a tough workout does wonders for the soul! She was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire class. She explained the poses well and offered adjustments so everyone could get the most out of the session. The only downside was how many people were in the class. It was super crowded, but they did a good job spacing everyone out so that you still had your own little area without bumping into anyone. The studio itself was very clean and had a calming, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a refreshing experience. If I was not moving to Chicago, I would definitely sign up for the membership.

Something to note is that there is only one park, so big dogs are combined with small ones. Theres a small obstacle course for dogs to jump and run through. And for the humans, there's also a few benches on the side to sit at.

There are four big pine trees with separate retaining walls around three of them for owners to sit down. With it being so close to the bay, there's often a nice breeze that goes through the park. There's no divide between small dogs and big dogs, so it's best to just keep an eye on your dog, and many owners around here are usually respectful. The street parking immediately adjacent to the park is free, however, it has a limit of 30 minutes, and the parking meter workers are strict on it if they're around. I bring my dog here around lunch time because those who live/ work in the area tend to bring their dogs during their break time and my dog gets his socialization time. They close 8am-11am MWF for maintenance/ cleaning. Currently, both gates are broken so it's not as secure as it should be, and who knows when the city will actually fix it. There're a few agility structures and a water dispenser. The children's park itself looks pretty cool for kids with a lot of structures with slides and swings. There's also another separate area with fixed exercise equipment that looks well- maintained. The water feature in the park is a water feature, not a pool.

I recently had the twins upgraded and, as a result was experiencing lower back pains from sleeping just on my back, pretty much immobile. I was in serious need of a massage and some relief. I didn't think a massage was an option because there was no way; I was lying down on my front. A good friend of mine referred Joanni She was completely open to doing whatever it took to take care of me and after a few attempts was able to find a position that completely worked. One of the things that impressed me (and that I have never seen before) she educated me about my body and that was pretty cool, she also gave me advice on how to alleviate the soreness on my own. She is awesome to say the least, and not just relieved the soreness in my lower back but found knots and areas on my upper back as well that really needed some work (did I mention I was lying on my back?) As a competitive athlete and a massage therapist, I am extremely picky about massages. I had been searching far and wide for a good massage therapist in San Diego, and was mostly underwhelmed with the massages I was getting. And then I found Joannie! Joannie gives the perfect blend of a massage that is both therapeutic AND relaxing. She knows her anatomy and is able to find and release the trigger points all over my back and neck. You are in for a real treat with the massage that you will receive from Two Hands Mobile Massage. I have been a client for a while now and I can say that not only do I feel fabulously relaxed after a session, but it has helped with joint and muscle stiffness that I have been experiencing for the last couple of years. Not only did I choose Two Hands because they were the most responsive and professional during the planning of our event, but the two therapists we used could not have been more talented. As an athlete, a great sports massage is integral to my training plan. I am REALLY picky about who I use as most therapists either don't listen or don't apply proper pressure. I knew in the first 5 minutes of the Two Hands massage that Joannie really knew what she was doing. She can find the flared up spots in my muscles without my saying a word. Fantastic. Iv'e had quite a few massages ranging from amazing massages at the Spa Aquazul to street massages in Thailand. Joannie is my absolute favorite by far! She knows how to listen to your body and find how to massage muscle groups most therapists miss. She does these amazing stretches that really help with my marathon training. Their website is easy to schedule and Natalie is great to communicate ahead of time with any questions. First, we hired Laura to help do mobile massages for our employees on 2 different dates. Natalie was so helpful as I was trying to figure out how to make it work for 10 people and do 45 min massages. It was quite the task to do back-to-back massages for our team of 10 but Laura was so personable and caring. Our employees were so elated with the massages! She brought her table in, got set up, dimmed the lights and the room was transformed into a private, relaxing room. I realize this is a unique way of scheduling as a block of time but it worked for our needs. Super happy with how it went! On my second time, I had Laura come out to my house for a 90 min Swedish massage and it was exactly what I needed. My neck and back were so tense from work. I made the appointment the night before. Laura was right on time and was attentive to my areas of focus. I usually get 60 min massages but after getting this 90 min massage, I think that's all I want now. Highly recommend this place because they do travel, even as far south as I am!

It's so nice to have them come to you so that after the massage when you are relaxed you don't need to get up and drive home but can just stay in a relaxed state at home. The tables, heating pads, sheets, blankets, etc. make the experience very similar to what you'd get going out, and they bring the music, essential oils, everything needed-I'm always so impressed at their efficiency! She started not too deep, and got deeper with time, which was great because some therapists go super deep from the start and that is super painful. Lilia's massage was a bit uncomfortable at times, but she was very responsive when I said it was a bit too deep. She found knots I didn't even know I had. I waited a couple of days to write the review to see how everything felt after a bit, and it feels even better now. I had a few real problem spots, and they are SO much better. I will definetely come back!
