We love going to Two Shy Brewing, lots of beer to choose from and a few ciders and or sours. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, there is lots of outdoor seating with heaters. There is a good truck usually every day that offer different items, sometimes Asian and or burgers. read more

This place deserves another star that yelp will not allow. It's the real deal. The owner/brewer serves up his beers and is as friendly as they come. It's a family affair as his wife is cooking in the food truck outside and their daughter Ella is the sweetest greeter (she is 4yo? And adorable). And then there is the beer. Each beer is perfectly balanced and represents the best of each type of beer. We tasted each one and I was pleasantly surprised that we enthusiastically liked all of them. Visiting from out of town and went here with family. EXCELLENT bneer selection!! I am NOT an IPA person and was happy that ofthe 24 beers, ony 8 were IPAs. The variety was amazing. Daniel behind the bar was most informative and helped me navigate the many choices. I had the nut brown and my wife the porter, both were VERY nice. The Burger and Q truck was on site to provide food. I believe they have a different food truck every night. If you like a good variety of micro brews, try Two SHy!!!! read more

Awesome little brewery right off of the freeway. Got there a little before they opened on my road trip but they greeted me with a friendly smile and great knowledge of there beer. Wow, can't believe I'm the first to review this cool little spot. Stopped by with a good size group for the first stop on celebrating my son-in-law's birthday and its perfect. Influence IPA is excellent, the bar keep/ brewer is super friendly and the tap room, well it's a tap room. Feels good. Sounds good, good classic rock and looks like a tap room. This is exactly what yelp was intended for, finding a hidden gem like Two Shy Brewing. Absolutely loved this place. We found it on Yelp and stopped by on our way up from California to OSU to see our daughter graduate. The staff was very welcoming and experts in their craft. They introduced us to a few of their different beers helping us find the perfect beer. Mine was the Scottish Warrior. The atmosphere was very cozy and the food from the food truck on site smelled amazing. My only regret is that we couldn't visit longer or try the food. Unfortunately we had to get back on the road, but we did buy two growers to take wish us. In summary this was an amazing find, we were greeted like family the beers were all fantastic. I will be visiting again on our next trip to Oregon and making plans so that we can stay longer and enjoy more beers and the food. read more

Two Shy has really matured into a fantastic place. I had not been in there for quite a few years. I was in town and some friends suggested we meet there. I was not disappointed. They had a large selection of beer to choose from. Their IPA was solid. I was pleased they offered their brew in cans as well, so I bought some. Julia the server was fantastic, she was very friendly and knew a lot about their beers and the styles. Two Shy does not serve food directly but has a rotation of food trucks come through nightly. It is really unfair the way this establishment is listed. We drove up expecting a BBQ/brewery. Not so. There's a brewery but the food is whatever food truck happens to be there the day you're there. My man and I took a random trip from the bay area in California to Portland...decided to head to bend then eugene (which btw Ninkasi is only beer togo right now) we decided to take the coastline home and looked up breweries to hit up on the way home. Never heard of this place but happy we stopped. I forgot to ask for the girls name but she was sweet and friendly. Grabbed Chinese food (odd to have with beer but we're on a spontaneous trip so why not hahaha) beer was amazing and it takes a lot to impress my wanna be beer snob to actually buy beer to go after a sampler. The people here are so genuine and sweet. It's honestly one of the nicest hometown feels I've been to in a long time.

Well, it's the first time I've logged onto Yelp in a few weeks, since our little ordeal,and its asking me for a review of the last place I looked up. That happens to be TwoShy Brewing. We went there in mid-July for "research" for our party later that month. We were aiming to provide some local craft beers at our party to complement the selection of local wines we already had. .On that occasion the Dylan James band was playing (always a fun time!) and food was being provided by Tomaselli"s Pastry Mill out of Elkton. They were doing pizza, and it was good. TwoShy doesn't provide food of it's own, but for special occasions they have various mobile food trucks and the like come in. The place itself is delightfully roadhouse-like in its decor. A campy, fun, friendly feeling all around. I'm a novice to craft brewing, but to me the beer seemed great, especially the "Chocolate Milk Porter", of which I wound up taking a growler home. I tried one of the IPA's too, and it was bright, refreshing and citrus-tasting. We had a great time that night, and I'm sure we'll return in the future! read more

Thank goodness for Yelp! What a relaxing yet unique place this was to kick back after a long day! I never though we'd find something so fresh and welcoming, yet edgy in Roseburg! This is an adventurous twosome--one great guy in the very cool tap room selling 20 or so craft beers and another terrific guy in the primo food truck next to the patio that serves as the kitchen. Great sandwiches--we had the caprese (fresh mozzarella, pesto sauce, fresh basil and grilled tomatoe panini--so lovely and special--and a yummy Cuban sandwich--both served with thick cut ripple kettle chips, pickles and peppers with a mandatory homemade buttery chocolate chip cookie set on top of the pile, all brought to your table with a friendly smile! Great place when you want something after work that'll never get old. The 2 shy guys are very service-oriented so make sure you get here and tell your friends about them!
