The food was great portion and very good, we ordered the Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Sandwiches.

Cubano Sandwich with Sweet Potato fries - meh

Two Sisters is the restaurant inside the Hyatt Coral Gables. I ordered room service and was so excited to stay in, relax after a long conference and enjoy a meal from the comfort of my room. But then the food arrived and I was sorely disappointed. I had ordered the Cubano sandwich which came with slow roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickle and mustard on Cuban bread with fries that I substituted for sweet potato fries. The $12 sandwich with an iced tea was $20 after room charge and tip. Fine, no worries but it was barely edible - for twenty bucks!! The roasted pork was not tender and the pickles were soggy rather than crisp. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries also arrived soggy and were cold. I was tired and hungry so I ate half of the sandwich and tossed the rest out. There are SO many amazing restaurants in the area - please don't make the same mistake I did and waste your culinary experience dining here!

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Coral Gables and dined at this wonderful restaurant, Two Sisters. Sorry for this late posting as I just started Yelping two days ago. Anyway, what I had was a big glass of california red, and the seafood paella. Wine was great! The glass was big enough for me to not only enjoy the wine but to smell the aroma as well. The Paella tasted very fresh and tasty. I will certainly go back to Two Sisters when I go back to Miami this winter or early spring of 2009.

I was a guest at the hotel, it was the 4th of July. Called the front desk to find out what time they were done serving breakfast, "12pm madam", it was 11:30am. We came down to the restaurant to find out they were done at 11, I had my mind set on those cuban Benedict. Long story short, the host seats us and gives us the breakfast menu, waiter comes tells us breakfast is done but he will make it happen as long as we don't mind waiting a bit longer. No problem, I want those cuban Benedicts, lol. Food came out, not even that long of a wait, and it was delicious. We also ordered the banana pancakes which were amazing, obviously we couldn't finish, it was too much food. Props to the waiter who accommodated us and booooo to the first host who turned us down! Fight for your cravings people!

This place was very pretty!!!! Its located inside the Hyatt Regency in the Gables. If you are staying around one night or want some peace and quiet this place was great for Sunday brunch. There was different stations, meat and cheese, breads, cereal, fruits, oatmeal, breakfast wraps, eggs, potatoes, bacon, French toast and a la carte menu if you want something different form the buffet. The service was attentive and please try the mimosas.

Took 45 minutes for my $18 avocado toast to come out and the place had only a few customers, most of which ordered the $25 buffet. Avocado toast had a smear of avocado and a huge pile of micro greens. Should have been called micro green toast.

Came in with a Groupon and left with a great experience! I hadn't been inside the Hyatt Coral Gables in ages. It's been beautifully renovated, with an elegant, modern and very Coral Gables touch. It was early , around 530, so we had the restaurant pretty much to ourselves. Two Sisters is beautifully renovated too with marble countertops sleek and very in tune with the Alhambraish decor , we started off with a charcuterie that included chorizo, prosciutto, olives, grapes, strawberries, Brie and Manchego (too thickly sliced) along other unidentifiable cheeses and water crackers. It was a generous portion and varied selection for $22. I was actually feeling pretty full after the platter so I went ahead and order the mahi-mahi with risotto and shared it with my boyfriend. Resort it was a little low on salt but then my he my he was just right. We also ordered the Romaine salad which had slices of chorizo and Parmesan cheese very tasty. I would definitely return even without a Groupon!

    Sunday brunch!

My husband ordered the Basic Omelette with ham, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and they absolutely loaded it with veggies. It was packed with flavor and very satisfying! I ordered the churrasco gyro and it was delicious! Generous portions of meat, fresh veggies, and plenty of tzatziki. The salads were also surprisingly good with just the right amount of dressing. A few disappointments: the potatoes are fried rather than roasted, there's no gluten-free bread option, and they don't offer decaf coffee. Overall though, the food was flavorful, filling, and worth trying if you're looking for hearty breakfast/brunch portions! We will be back.

The food was fantastic as always, and the sangria was delicious and tasted genuinely authentic. A special shoutout to our waiter, Eduardo, who was wonderful. He and my dad instantly bonded over being Costa Rican, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. The only disappointment was dessert. The pavlova sounded much more exciting than it actually was. It was overwhelmingly sweet, and everything on the plate (the vanilla ice cream, vanilla pavlova, and vanilla whipped cream) had nearly the same flavor, color, and texture. It ended up feeling very one-note and lacked the contrast and freshness that makes a great pavlova memorable. Overall, I'll keep coming back again and again. The food is excellent, the service is warm, and it's just as perfect for watching a match as it is for a great meal. Skip the pavlova, but absolutely don't skip this place.

The service was good, our server was very bubbly. It got a bit busy and I think she forgot about us towards the end when we were waiting for her to come around again with the check. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and I will say the grilled cheese was to die for. The cheese had bacon melted into it. It was such a filling meal for me, I absolutely loved it. I had a side of hash brown as well and it was perfectly splendid, it had a crispy finish to it. My brother loved his avocado toast, he ate it all to the last bite. Parking can be tricky, there is street parking. If not there's a garage a couple blocks down. I guess since it's in the heart of the gables it can be kinda busy. It was cute inside, it had a very welcoming vibe. I started off with the Mongolian Beef Pastelito. Loved it. It reminded me of a Chinese food Cuban fusion. I would get this again, but I'm really kicking myself for not trying the Guayaba y Queso Pastelito. The Malanga Latkes were AWESOME. It came with a guava apple sauce and a saizon sour cream. These are must get when you visit. Thank me later. The Bao con Croqueta was great. The kimchi slaw paired great with the ham and shrimp croqueta. I also loved that it was in a bao. I'd get this again, but I really want to try the Duck. And you know I had to get the Cast Iron Pancake. It's legit, it's not just a viral menu item. It was soft on the inside and soaked up the syrup, the outside had a nice crust on it. The flaked sea salt was a nice touch. I'm STILL thinking about this pancake and I'm upset that I don't live in Miami because I would have gone back the next day for this. LOVED IT and you will too. I tried my friends breakfast sandwich. I don't remember which one it was, but it was terrific. I had the Short Rib Boliche, which was braised short rib, white rice and an egg. It was great, but honestly, with everything else on the menu I was just whelmed.
