I also didn't want to risk waiting another half hour for mediocre food and service. a family came in and they were seated right near us even though the restaurant was empty so that was also weird seating. when our meals were over and plates taken away eventually, we waited again for 10 minutes for someone to come by so we could get our bill. it's a weird layout because it's like the restaurant wants to be boujie but the service and food just don't meet the criteria. Next, came the crab cake, which was generously filled with crab and paired with delicious house made butter. It was not too salty and cooked perfectly to a medium-rare. I managed to have leftovers as well since the portions were overwhelmingly good. Finally, the star of the night was definitely the chocolate soufflé for me. I loved the rich bitterness of the chocolate paired with ice cream on the side. I don't think this place is the best representation for fine dining. After all, they do not serve any alcohol. However, I think it is a great deal and accommodating to my taste buds. After waiting 45 minutes for the 3rd attempt at cooking a steak, we decided to pay the bill, tip the server and we left. They didn't even bother trying to fix their first two mistakes. Overall, I would say this was probably the worst meal I've had the displeasure of having at a steakhouse. It was disappointing especially for a chain of steakhouses.
