From the moment I walked in, he was not only incredibly kind and calm, but also felt like a true gentleman and a deeply caring human being someone who goes far beyond just doing his job as a vet. My bird had fabric tangled around his toes from a blanket, and I was honestly terrified he might lose his leg or need to be put to sleep. We had been struggling for days trying to carefully remove it ourselves, even using scissors, but nothing worked. Dr. Molnar handled everything so calmly and efficiently--it took him only a few minutes to do what we had been struggling with for so long. I still don't know how he managed it so quickly and gently, but I do know my little bird is now completely free, safe, and happily back to himself again. I left feeling so relieved and so thankful. It's rare to meet a doctor who treats your animals with this much care, patience, and heart. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Molnar to anyone who loves their pets. He was a rescue as a puppy and had some sort of issue his entire 14 year life but I was lucky to have the means (and pet insurance) to treat any and all issues. That being said, paws and claws has been through with Renly: intestinal blockage surgeries, cancerous lump removal, epilepsy treatment, liver treatment,Osteoarthritis treatments. And because of them my husky lived 14 happy, pain free, years with amazing quality of life until literally his last day. We've been through several vets in the many years of patronage but Dr.D has been our vet for the last couple years and without a doubt her treatments are why my dog lived to 14 pain free and happy. Yes they are expensive, Woodland Hills, but pets are expensive. I highly recommend pet insurance for all pets as that is the reason I was always able to treat my dog. Last: the staff. Everyone at the front desk and the techs are amazing but I have to specifically point out Xavier, who has gone above and beyond for us more than once, and was the one to help renly pass, as they had their own special bond. and Bailey who has been there for us for many years as well. Now I have brought home a 10 month old east valley rescue who had kennel cough and several other shelter related issues and Dr. D has treated him appropriately and he is recovering quickly. I'll never go anywhere else. Love you guys!

This morning, I had to bring my 18-year-old dog, Sunny, to be put to sleep. I was very emotional and I was placed in a room shortly after our arrival so we could have privacy. Sunny had late stage kidney disease but for the past year, Skyline provided us with excellent care. They were always available for questions and allowed me to come in on short notice for multiple appointments. They didn't immediately push me to see a special internal medicine doctor, which would have prolonged Sunny's suffering as well as my own stress. The Skyline staff was with me every step of the way. I can't thank Dr. Messri enough for his kindness today. He explained everything clearly and was so gentle to Sunny as she passed. I can tell Dr. Messri, Dr. Cyrus, and the staff work really hard and truly care about their patients. I look forward to receiving care for my other dog, Mona, for many years to come.

I decided to do so to share my experience and allow an opportunity for growth. I wanted to be proactive so I am thankful this wasn't an emergency. My pup has extreme allergy issues. I recently moved to So Cal from No Cal and started a new vet relationship. I explained to Dr. C what the pups experience had been and what I needed. I thought that went well. Scheduled a follow up visit to check in and review protocol as this is when his allergies take a bad turn. I specifically requested Dr c again and was told to come on a Tuesday. I arrived 10 mind ahead of appt to give them time to check me in and to be respectful of their time. First - Dr C wasn't even scheduled to work that day. It appears they may have double booked as there was another couple waiting with their pup. We both were taken to a room and the other couple were seen right away. I waited over half an hour and nothing. When I stepped out to ask if the vet tech could at least vaccinate the pup that seemed to throw everyone for a loop. Please no it is a large and appears to be quiet office. Many people seem to have not a lot going on and it appeared as if I may be disturbing then rather that being a paying customer with a request. When after standing around and nothing seemed to be happening other than just wait around. I thought this wouldn't work and left and got what seemed not of pure intent with a have a good day. If you are a parent you know what I mean when I say tone wasn't genuine. Now I am not angry just disappointed at people lack if care and kindness. I chose to drive further looking for a responsive and kind business. For me, this is not it. I was able to start service with a new vet within 2 miles from where I live. My message, be kind but expect the same in return. If not, go somewhere else. That is all we can do.

The staff are friendly, unhurried, and coordinate well with one another and with the doctors. Now for the stuff that matters most: Compassion. I think of compassion as understanding someone's suffering, and then acting to soothe that suffering. By this definition, Dr. Sheahan is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. When I first brought our cat Benny to her for a swollen eye, she used books, photos, videos, and a whiteboard to give me a clear idea of what she was thinking. She gradually unfolded the possiblity of cancer, so that I had time to process it both mentally and emotionally. She outlined the testing options step by step in plain language. She gave me some privacy to collect my thoughts, and then returned to complete our conversation. She called *after hours* to convince a radiology company to expedite Benny's CT scan. When the tests confirmed her suspicions, she didn't announce the bad news and then walk away. Instead, she spoke with gentleness and sat with my daughter and me in our grief. When we asked about next steps, she didn't tell us to go find a cancer specialist. Instead, the following morning she called *before office hours* to speak directly with the oncologist she trusts, to start Benny on treatment and get him scheduled. And Dr. Sheahan did this on her *own day off,* keeping me in the loop by phone and text. All while tending to her garden, and making me laugh. As a retired pediatrician myself, the highest praise I can give her is this: I wish she were *my* primary care doctor.

Dr. Sheahan explained everything thoroughly as she examined Pebbles and actually showed me pictures of the complications to look out for. She was frank about the high risk of rupture with any impact and detailed the precautions that the we needed to take. She was straightforward about the low odds of healing without surgery due to the severity of the ulcer. Although 1:3 odds of healing with medication sounded grim, with Dr. Sheahan's guidance and recommendations, we got the miracle we needed! Now, 7 months later we got the best news possible!! Her corneal ulcer which was initially 99% deep had fully healed! I knew from reading other reviews about Dr. Sheahan that Pebbles was in the best hands with the Veterinary Eye Clinic. I am happy to be able to relate my wonderful experience and immense gratitude for Dr. Sheahan's kindness, frankness, and sage advice. I love that there are three locations, so that when Pebbles needed her medication refilled, we were able to go to a closer clinic in Alhambra. For checkups though, it has absolutely been worth the long drive to Pomona. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

I asked how much and she seemed very annoyed her reply "idk it depends on the size of the dog" I told her he was 5lbs and she let out a sigh because she had to look it up. She gave me a price range. Then I asked if the cremation was done individually or in a group she told me it was in a group so I told her I'd give her a call back because I wanted to talk to my fiancé about if that's what we wanted to do with him. I then told the woman that we were already patients there and her whole attitude changed, her tone of voice got soft and was then apologetic. It rubbed me the wrong way so we took our Leo else where to say goodbye. The vet techs and the vet who did our acupuncture were always so kind but their receptionists always seemed annoyed to be there and after this experience over the phone I will no longer be recommending this vet. Leo really liked the vet techs, so unfortunate. Saying bye to a pet is not easy, especially to make the call to set up the appointment so you'd think they'd have SOME compassion for these situations. Very disappointed.

I was sooooo lucky to get her at the last moment. We've been referred by a good friend, and we called in and despite their busy schedule, they were kind enough to take us in with the last minute appointment, because our cat was in a very bad condition and our previous vet could not determine much. Jennifer was the one who answered the phone and she's been an angel from the moment we spoke to her on the phone to the moment we left the office. What a kind, compassionate human being! I don't have enough good things to say about the Doctor P who was so intelligent, experienced and did not BS around giving us false hopes or torturing our cat with extra tests/procedures (and pain and suffering along with it) to prolong his life. In a very delicate way, she confirmed what we've been suspecting for a while now and made this decision a little easier to make, even though it's never easy, no matter how ready you think you are. Anyway, the whole staff was really cool, the ones doing paperwork and also a very kind girl who was there during the final injections. She came to my home first thing the next morning. I was worried about my younger Golden Retriever jumping on her or interfering with her care, but she was absolutely wonderful with both of my dogs. She encouraged him to stay in the room with us once he was comfortable with her, and I truly believe that helped him understand what was happening. She was incredibly professional, but I'll never forget one small moment. Out of the corner of my eye, while I was saying my final words and paying my last tributes to my girl, I saw her quietly wiping tears from her eyes. As a healthcare provider myself, I know how often we're expected to wear a mask and stay composed. Seeing that genuine emotion didn't make her seem less professional, it reassured me that she truly cared. In those final moments, your mind races. You question whether you're making the right decision. Seeing her emotion gave me peace because I knew she wasn't simply going through the motions. I knew that if she believed my girl wasn't ready, she would have told me. Most of us are fortunate enough to experience this kind of heartbreak only a few times in our lives. She carries families through it over and over again. That takes an incredible amount of compassion.
