Chk chk boom Taiwanese popcorn chicken. So good!!!

They have such a large menu of delicious looking drinks so it was so hard to pick! But the owner was such a sweet lady and so helpful. It's tough to find a boba shop that serves Taiwanese popcorn chicken with actual basil especially down South so if you have a craving you don't have to drive all the way up to Convoy! I'll be sure to come back to try out the other drinks!

Everyone working is so sweet!! They always know my order when I go!! A side from that the food/drinks are incredibly amazing I really like all of them!

Heard about this boba spot that does kpop inspired drinks and events and have been wanting to try it! They have an extensive variety of kpop inspired drinks and lots of events for different groups' comebacks and anniversaries. You get your choice of cup sleeve and banner with every drink. The lady at the cashier was sweet and gave us some freebies! I had the Fall In Love Again (raspberry lemon cream smoothie with strawberry jelly) which was pretty good! My sister had the Romance: Untold (mango vanilla milk tea with strawberry jelly) but it was kinda light in flavor. Both drinks were not too sweet. They were on the pricier side but the cups are huge! I love that their drinks are kpop inspired and they have so many kpop events there, so cool!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and was in the area, very easy to find parking. Service was great and very friendly, and they gave us our choice of Kpop banner and cupsleeve with our purchase. The lady at the cashier was very kind and also gave us some extra freebies! I ordered the Romance: Untold (mango vanilla milk tea with strawberry jelly) and it was yummy but could use more flavor. I also enjoyed the Fall In Love Again (raspberry lemon cream smoothie with strawberry jelly) my sister ordered. They are a bit pricier but the size is big. I love how their drinks are kpop-inspired and would love to visit for more events!

A random stop in this shopping center off the freeway turned into a nice surprise. We felt so welcomed by the owners of this cute, well-maintained K-Pop themed, drink, and dessert shop! The charming and delightful woman greeted us right away and asked if we had any questions about the many offerings they had. There is so much to choose from! My company made their choices from the pictures posted on the windows. Freshly made Hong Kong egg waffle ice cream cups, with their choice of ice cream and chocolate or caramel drizzle on top, and for drinks, Fruit burst with rainbow popping boba. I couldn't decide at first, but she suggested some things, and I told her I wanted something not overly sweet. I went with the Coco Nuts about You drink. Everything was made to order and tasted sublime. We will be back to try more from the menu, like the Jiggly Cake. Thank you, U Dessert Eats!

This boba shop gives off college dorm room KPOP lover vibes! The menu was a bit overwhelming; you have to look at 3-4 different screens to see what they have, so it took us awhile to order.. Drinks are a tad pricy, and we waited over 30 min for our order -- we felt bad as there was only one employee and of course everyone showed up at once. Drinks were pretty tasty, but the ice cream waffle was my favorite part of the order! It was light and fluffy, plenty of ice cream options, and big enough to share between 2-3 people.

Cute place, inside seating. Friendly service. The owner was kind and explained waffle to us. Very helpful and informative. So many variety of drinks and desserts to choose. I ordered the Klaxon- Mango cream smoothie with condensed milk. And my Son ordered the cookies n cream with chocolate drizzle waffle. My smoothie was a good portion size. The mango flavor was so intense. I am a mango lover and it was definitely delicious. A refreshing drink for sure. My Son had the waffle dessert and he said he loves it very much. The waffle compliments with the ice cream. You have a choice of different flavor ice cream to choose. Or you can order the waffle alone. You will not be disappointed

Seen this place on Instagram and I'm so glad we were finally able to go! The place was pretty empty so we were able to place and receive our order pretty quickly. We ordered two drinks and a HK Egg Waffle with ice cream and they were all tasty. Our drinks were Lalalalala and Back For More and they were delicious! I would definitely try it again the next time I'm in the area.

Everything is so yummy! Everything was clean. The staff is very friendly and gave suggestions on most popular flavors.

It feels like you're at a college dorm room blasting K pop music with BTS all over the walls. They have so many choices on the menu that I didn't know what to get. They had March favorites, April favorites, signature drinks, top 10 drinks, HK waffles. I normally get some sort of milk tea but decided to do fruit tea this time. I got winter melon ($6.89) from the top 10 menu. It came with coco pineapple jelly bits already. It's flavored winter melon so it had that syrupy earthy herbal taste. My BF got Happiness which was mango kiwi green tea with coco pineapple bits. This one had a mixture of sweet and sour. They sell desserts like HK puffle waffle with ice cream and jiggly cake ($12.99). I didn't want to get the cake but my BF wanted to support a small business so we ended up getting the cake which I regret. It wasn't good. Yes it was jiggle when you shake the box but it was a dry knock off version of Sara Lee pound cake. Parking in this plaza was easy. Tapioca Express is a few doors down. For the price, I would say it's worth it because you can get the same mixture at another place in Clairemont for $8-11. I find this place just average and feel like we need to give it another try because I just don't see the equivalent of 5 star review that others wrote.

Phenomenal dessert spot. I personally love the Chamber 5, which is a blended taro and coconut ice drink. It is so tasty, and a huge portion! My friend ordered the Hong Kong waffle, which looked great and was also a large portion. Very cute indoor seating and quick service.

People in the southbay are sleeping on this cafe! They have a lot of unique flavors like their Rose Blossom - rose citrus drink with rainbow jelly and basil seed and strawberry popping boba and their Laguna Waves - butterfly jasmine milk tea. There's tropical drinks, smoothies, milk tea and also cakes and egg waffles!! Milk tea is made with non dairy milk for those who are lactose sensitive. Stumbled upon this place while waiting for my dental appt (next door ) and boy, what a nice sweet treat! The staff who helped me select my drink was super friendly and patient. All of their drinks can be customized in terms of lvl of sweetness. I don't like my drink super sweet so I ordered the strawberry mojito with low sugar. It was delicious!! Super chill and refreshing but popping with flavors ( too bad I couldn't add any booze to it. Hmm now that's an idea ). I would totally come back to this place again. I dunno and don't care how my dentist feel about me consuming "dessert" before a deep cleaning 'cause it's just that good!! read more

After getting L&L, my sister and I were craving boba and the closest one was U Dessert Eats and Tapioca Express. Tapioca Express at Eastlake is usually our go-to place but we were feeling adventurous and wanted to try something new. I've been craving strawberry mojito ever since I came across the beverage at Lollicups in Irvine. With that being said, I was surprised to see one on the menu. On top of that, it came with strawberry popping boba (they ran out of strawberry boba so they replaced in with mango - which I didn't mind at all). My sister, on the other hand, ordered matcha milk tea. Overall, both of our drinks were perfect (not to sweet like some places) and it satisfied our craving! I'm looking forward to trying out the other drinks on their menu and would recommend others to give this place a shot! read more

Best boba milk tea in town! All of the drinks I've tried are home runs. The exterior doesn't scream boba / Asian desserts but it definitely runs circles around Tapioca Express, which interestingly enough, is in the same shopping center. read more

Found this small place yesterday. They specialize in teas and drinks with boba. The owner is so sweet she's a little nice lady. And her son is sometimes there to help her out and he's so nice. A great kid. The drinks here are so perfect. A lot of times when you go to places like Kung Fu tea the tea is really way too sweet. But here it's absolutely perfect it's not too sweet it's not too sour. And she comes up with amazing combinations that taste exactly right. And they also sell Hong Kong waffles and you can get them plain or with ice cream. in fact when you walk into the store that's what you smell are the waffles and it smells so good. In addition the store is a really super clean and it's got everything mapped out so that there's no crowding and you don't have to worry about whether or not your 6 ft away from someone. I will definitely be going back here. I've already been twice in 2 days! read more

First off, a pathetic amount of ice cream that you're given. I had gotten the Hong kong ice cream waffle and was only given about half a scoop of ice cream with a dry waffle. Found this spot when my boyfriend and I were craving a little late night ice cream. We both both got the Hong Kong waffle cone with salted caramel ice cream for me and the black cherry ice cream for him. We both were pleasantly surprised by how much we both liked it. The ice cream was super cream and the waffle was nice and crunchy. The ratio to ice cream was nice too. We're planning on coming back again! read more

My daughter and I went to U Dessert Eats in the South Bay today and got the "Rose Blossom" drink w/ strawberry popping pearls. We shared it and I was seriously regretting it afterwards. It was a delicious and refreshing drink and I wanted my own! The owner was so nice and friendly. He explained what was in our drink and told us about some of the other drinks. This will be my new go to place. I can't wait to go back and try the others! read more

Giving this a 4 star for now since this place is fairly new (Nov '17) and the menu isn't complete yet. * Store employee: Lady; friendly and eager to chat with you * Drink options: Currently about 10 drinks, one size for now. You can also order 2 drinks and have them in a split cup (literally a single cup with two halves) and there's also the light bulb cup for photos. * I ordered: Laguna Waves (jasmine tea base with complimentary sweetness from the hearts), Wintermelon (sweet but refreshing), Queen B (light lemonade taste), Purple Romance (taro/ube taste with coconut). * Other foods: ice cream and churros (most days). They'll be expanding their dessert menu as well. Tip: U Desserts is a branch of M.I.Tea Express in Convoy. So if there's a drink you like at M.I.T, the lady at U Desserts can hook you up and make that same drink for you! read more

I ordered 3 boba drinks and 35 minutes later, I still had nothing. My number wasn't even on the top 10 people of drinks they still had to make. It was awful. The owner/older gentleman running the back was rude when I asked to be refunded my money. I just left and I got a text that evening with the refund of the drinks I didn't get. I am only giving this place more than just 1 star because I ordered a soft cake to take home and it was pretty good. Wish I had a different experience. I saw all the great reviews and was even excited to try this place out. Will not be returning. Too many good boba places around to be upset over this one. read more

Stopped in here on a whim and it was a delicious treat. I got the queen b lemonade, my wife got the rose blossom. Both were extremely aesthetically pleasing and tasted just as good. Would absolutely recommend this place to a friend. It's in kind of an odd location so you'd have to look for it but it's worth the searching I can assure you. read more

I usually call in because I've been here twice when Yelp says it's open and it wasn't. The owner is super friendly and courteous, no complaints on service. The drinks are unique and delicious. My favorites are the Queen Bee lemonade and Laguna waves. I recommend this place when you're in the mood for something different. read more

My name was spelled properly, a short conversation reassured my dessert choice, and as I walked up to retrieve my dessert, the lady met me halfway with a smile (thank you for wrapping so it didn't fall over). The smallest of gestures and niceties are what make leaving the house worth it. GIANDUIA. This cake is nothing you can be prepared for, yet everything you need without setting expectations. The boysenberry was the perfect separation for the waves of chocolate and the subtle crunch of the hazelnut toffee type of layer on the very top. The chocolate mousse was the exact mouth feel needed to separate the rich layers of chocolate cake. One would think that, in such dark times, one could still find even a glimpse of hope in an ice cream cone. I was proven wrong, and my outlook on the current state of affairs only dimmed further. I ate my ice cream in two bites. Twenty dollars for two cones, four bites total. I didn't even bother feeding my son the pup cup. He deserves better. The world deserves better. Bigger portions. Bigger smiles. Makes perfect sense, in my humble opinion. I suppose your employees do not agree.

There are a few tables inside and tables out in front outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful San Diego weather. The decor and tables definitely gives you an old school Italian neighborhood vibe with Italian markets right next door. If I am in the neighborhood again, I would definitely come back here to try the gelato and/or a piece of an excellent looking lemon pie bar I spotted.

It was later in the day so they were out of or running low on some flavors. Nevertheless, the two flavors we tried were incredibly rich and flavorful. A little goes a very long way.
