We appreciated that they called us 15 minutes before we needed to pick up the van saying that they wouldn't have the size for us but willing to let us have the larger size at the same rate which was awesome. Luckily when we were there, two trucks came which was the size we wanted. Feel free to negotiate the mileage rate as they might be willing to lower it if you're lucky. It was an easy in and out and they're conveniently located off of Montague and Oakland.

Long line and appointment was at 830 for hitch install. I can wait, but there are other customers on moving schedules.

I have a tow install at 830, and I have been waiting inline for the past 30mins. There is about 10people in front of me to pick up trucks. Management, NOT the workers needs to manage the workload spikes. Daniel Marcias please look into this. I will call you on your cell per the sticker on the door. It took 50mins to check my car in, and find out the hitch installer is not in for 1more hour. Why make my reservation at 830am and ask me to come in earlier. That doesn't make sense. I'm calling the General Manager Daniel Marcius at 4087121386.

Besides being on hold for over 40 minutes when trying to talk to a person, let me tell you about…read morethe tank removall fees. Being fed up with outragous pricing for their propane, I decided to buy my own tank and contacted Amerigas to pick up their tank. They charge $299.99 tank removal fee AND another $119.99 dispatch fee for a total of about $420 to pick up their tank I have been renting since 2018. By comparison, Blue Star charges $160, total Suburban charges $150, less credit for whatever fuel is still in the tank, total, and Ferrell charges nothing. I see absolutely no reason to ever do business with this company again, barring a change of ownership.

I manage a 4-unit rental property in Scotts Valley, and we've been using AmeriGas. The shared tank…read morefor all four units is medium-sized. AmeriGas consistently drove tenants away by issuing outrageously inflated bills. One former tenant received a $5,500 bill for May 2023--even though they weren't using the wall heater. Another tenant was billed $3,700 for November. To put that in perspective, a city inspector from Santa Cruz confirmed that $3,700 is way more than the annual gas cost for all four units combined, closer to the cost of two year gas usage by all 4 families. The only way to combat this scam is to get the city involved, forcing an AmeriGas employee to physically read the meter, or to spend endless hours on chat or phone calls with AmeriGas--both of which are exhausting and time-consuming. After inspection, the actual meter readings are nowhere near the thousands of dollars they claim remotely. But if you don't vigilantly monitor your bills, AmeriGas will hit you with $4,000-$5,000 per month, and they're lightning-fast to send those fraudulent bills to collections, wrecking people's credit. Bottom line: AmeriGas's remote meter readings, which inexplicably add a few zeros to your bill, are a complete SCAM. We're switching all tenants to FerrellGas this month and hoping they're not another scam like AmeriGas. If you want to destroy your credit, waste countless hours battling a dishonest gas company, or drive away good tenants, by all means--use AmeriGas.

I paid the bill but with the discount of a hundred dollars 377 dollars I paid to cover the charges still pains me .the invoice reflects o propane delivered. the handwritten amount on top of my receipt is fraud. in the same handwriting it says mailed. the technician does not mail out bills. I kept my word by paying the bill to keep off any adverse collections on my credit report. the fact remains that I was disregarded as being a disposable customer after seven years of loyalty. technicians came took my propane regulator rendering my tank useless. the tank I have I own . lease fees were charged and paid for for six of seven years. $67 a year for a regulator. which was the main reason I started service with mountain propane. very disappointed with the business model. I would not recommend getting involved with the manager Patrick he is out of his mind. time to be put out to pasture Patrick. I do prefer to leave positive feedback. Matt was most helpful in trying to resolve our differences I know he is only going by what Patrick insists is true. To this day small claims court is my resolution. Mountain propane has left me bitterly out of money for service not rendered. The first red flag should have been the amount said delivered was 114.6 gallons in my 115 gallon tank. Which is impossible to do. 90 gallons is maximum capacity if I was empty which I was not. Have better communications with technicians ,don't allow written amounts on invoices from management and faith in customers and you might be able make it in this small town.
