I Thank God they came as fast as they did only to locked my propane tank with a Danger Slip, told me my vent was too close to a truss up in the attic and forced me to hire company to raise my water heater off the floor in my garage. But it doesn't stop there, they were charging me $65.00 monthly for a tank rental fee for 2 years until I spoke you a neighbor. Who told me, 'I'm being charged for the same rental $65.00 fee every year. Why are they charging you every month?' After my compliant they stopped, but never refund me. In 2020, when COVID began, Sams Gas started a recurring fee and I paid it for three years. Then I realized I was being charged for services that 'never' took place. As a Latino I leaned toward racism, but decided instead to reach out to the Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi and she put Sams Gas in it's place by forcing them to sell me the rental tank for $1.00. Sams Gas owner with properties in places like Central Florida and off the beachs of on the east coast....gave in and left me with a Toby Keith song title, How Do You Like Now?

Now they are breaching our contract by showing up four months early to refill our tank. Per our contract, we are to have our tank filled once per year. Our annual refill is to take place in August. I received a bill for a refill in April. Not only was this four months early, but the propane cost had gone up by over $1.10 as well. There was no answer as to WHY they chose to refill our tank early, without authorization, in breach of contract, only that there is no way to reverse the charge. I am currently waiting for a call back from Scott, the manager.

You pull up to a small parking lot and and walk up to the gate with your tank. Once you walk into the office, they a call out one of the workers to the gate who then puts the tank on a scale that weights it once then they fill it. They have always carried it back to my car for me as then it is pretty heavy. There rates are on par with the other in the area and I am sure when I need to fill the tanks again, I will return.

Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond. He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
