An employee came out helping another customer and told me there was a long line and it would be a while before they could help me. As I was waiting several people went in and came out with what they needed. After 45 minutes I went in and told them that all these people in line had come before me and I had been waiting for 45 minutes. The employee told me I should have come in and waited in line. I told him that the sign said to ring the bell for service and he had seen me outside waiting. I went back outside and waited another 15 minutes before going in and standing in the line. When it was my turn the rude employee told me he would not help me if I complained about the service because he was only doing his job. I then kept my mouth shut and when he saw my tank he said it was too old to fill. So after waiting over an hour I still was left without any propane I had come for. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

In May of 2025, I made an online reservation. I received an email from Bryson Dizon and a follow-up call from him confirming my reservation. He was very helpful, and my experience was great. He explained how the lift gate worked and was friendly and personable. In July of 2025, I called to make the reservation. Bryson was again very helpful in getting my reservation scheduled. A customer call is so important to them that they cannot answer their phone and they cannot manage to do callbacks, either. Talk is cheap, actions are what matter.

This one was one I won't forget, and won't return. She had an attitude from the start, demanding I relocate my truck out from where I always have parked in the past to pick up trailers. After a discussion I told her I would just cancel the rental. I relocated my truck then came back in to insure the trailer reservation was properly cancelled and the attitude kept going. I don't think I have ever been treated with such disrespect. At the end she asked do you want to rent it or cancel it. I said I would like to rent it, and she said, well its cancelled and added refusal to do business or something to that effect. I did let her know that I had read the reviews and now understood why they only have a 2 Star rating.

The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. Hats off to you guys!

I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.

It was a hassle.They said truck would be ready by 11:30, I got there at 12:15, was told they do not rent trucks after 11:30. Too much paperwork, showed them my reservation confirmation., they did rent me the truck. Other issues as well... do not recommend them.

You think a simple call could have been made to inform us. After talking to a customer service agent then a supervisor named Andrew we were informed, "a reservation with a confirmation number doesn't guarantee a truck will be available." They were very nice to offer us the same size moving truck for $150.00 more. Shady business practice!! We simply asked for them to honor our original price and we would change our date. I was told by their competition who earned our business that this is a common business practice with Budget. They knew who I originally booked the moving truck with without asking.
