I told them I was moving from Albany to Keizer, and yet they didn't give me enough miles to even get there. Fuck them! Never have I dealt with a more incompetent worker! There was a new lady there who I've never seen…read moreor worked with (this was the last weekend of May 2021), Martee I believe, and she had no idea what she was doing. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.

Smooth experience renting a truck here to move some furniture. I booked online and we arrived to…read morepick it up; the app was a bit of a pain (kept asking me for info that I'd already entered the previous night), so I just went in and got the keys the old-fashioned way by speaking with an actual human being. The guy working the counter was friendly and efficient. The truck was surprisingly nice - it was clean, only had a few thousand miles on it, and even had a backup camera. (I'd rented a truck from home depot previously, and it felt like an old clunker.) Note that u-haul charges by mileage (on top of the $20 base fee for a pickup truck); home depot charges by the hour. (So in our case, it was nice not to have to hurry back to return the truck.) Highly recommended!

I went to U-Haul on 12th Street in Salem Oregon to get my propane tank filled. A sign said ring…read morebell for service so I did. An employee came out helping another customer and told me there was a long line and it would be a while before they could help me. As I was waiting several people went in and came out with what they needed. After 45 minutes I went in and told them that all these people in line had come before me and I had been waiting for 45 minutes. The employee told me I should have come in and waited in line. I told him that the sign said to ring the bell for service and he had seen me outside waiting. I went back outside and waited another 15 minutes before going in and standing in the line. When it was my turn the rude employee told me he would not help me if I complained about the service because he was only doing his job. I then kept my mouth shut and when he saw my tank he said it was too old to fill. So after waiting over an hour I still was left without any propane I had come for. VERY POOR SERVICE!!
