Mark at Coastline answered his phone before the company's stated business hours. Now, when does that happen anymore; right? He gets a star for that. And despite the fact that he was feeling under the weather, he still took the time to help me out. I really appreciate that. He could have easily said, no, we don't carry that part and I'm unable to get it to you when you need it, but he helped me find the part I needed so that I could get it today. Wow!! That's customer service. I could tell that Mark was knowledgeable about computers and peripherals, after I explained what I needed, he actually understood what I needed. Our entire billing system, financial system was in a local server and it was giving us issues. The software company we use for our billing, didn't know what was wrong or have much advise for us. We then called the team at integrity tech. Not only where they: Responsive and professional. But they had options. Replace server, loaner server to get us back online etc.. They responded quick, loaded all the data, and got us back in running in 24 hrs. complete change over and back in business. The system has not had a hiccup since.
