Other person comes in at the same time looking to buy an iPhone. He starts with me, but also able to handle other person looking to buy a late model iPhone. I say she can go first, since it should be pretty quick - but ends up that he can handle us both, professionally & with courtesy. They ("Ali") definitely know what they are doing. Bright, intelligent, skilled with his hands. Says he loves his job. Had the iPhone apart and pulled the battery as quick as I can type this review. Has a new one iPhone on hand for the other customer, and talking to the other customer as she tries out their iPhone. She decides to come back since she doesn't have funds in hand, and he takes back the phone after they try it out. For me, he finishes up mine, shows me that the battery life is now 100% - and offers me a screen protector, and sure- why not (Cheap!). I have the iPhone back, and he offers to put a screen protector on my iPhone as well - no extra charge. Nice! I'm in and out in under 20 minutes total! Even as he's working with the other customer. Hard worker, good deals, knows his stuff - confident. Can highly recommend, but call first to work out the time and deal beforehand. Also, cash or paypal are best.

I got my screen replaced on my iPhone, the screen started glitching shortly afterwards but I decided to give it more time... I thought maybe it just needed time to adjust...but still... I have a lifetime warranty right? 2 nights ago it glitched then blacked out. I took it to them and they immediately asked how much I paid then demanded a receipt... where's the receipt? On the phone with the broken screen... I asked little lispy if they keep records and he answered with a short "no".... Luckily I had an old iPhone with me that I had access to my email via WiFi... pulled the receipt up and then they said they'd look to see what was wrong... then said my screen was scratched and there was nothing they could do... I gave the screen time to adjust and instead it blacked out and they refused to honor the "lifetime warranty" they promised. The scratch had NOTHING to do with the screen blacking out. See the picture of the scratch they claimed voided the warranty then see the video for how they lied and tried to sell me a new screen with the same trash warranty. Don't go here. Pure scammers. He was…read moreable to recover documents from an old hard drive when Geek Squad and Micro Computers (advertised as the best) were unable to recover (some said "we may be able to do it, but it will cost a lot of money; no guarantees and the hard drive may be completely destroyed in the process"). Current "technical professionals" do not have the knowledge and experience known by their elders. I have visited Pro Computers over more that 20 years. Shafiq was recommended to me by a former employer. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of interest. Many of his clients are also exceptional. His diagnosis has always been knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He solved my problems, and exceeded expectations. Those who I have recommended to him have all been pleased and impressed.

This place is horrible. just like most authorized Verizon retailers but worse. They cut you off…read morethe phone, you can't set up a meeting for simple things like just dropping off a set top box for TV. I just wanted to drop it off. I was told to go to another authorized Verizon retailer in Alexandria and was hung up on. Then I called back again and no one answered. Then, I tried to set up an appointment to drop off the set top box and was refused. That's crazy, rude, and unprofessional. Note: All "Verizon Authorized Retailers" are basically franchises, individually owned, not Verizon company stores. I don't know if VERIZON company stores are any better. It was difficult to set up a time as well. I finally found an authorized retailer in Washington DC and was told that I could go in without an appointment and just drop off the set box for TV. What a nightmare, but this store in particular has been rude and unresponsive, even though I live in the same neighborhood. I tried to get something done with my Verizon covered IPhone cellular phone a few years ago, and had the same pretty rude experience with the Annandale store.
