The instructors are always energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, and with excellent form. I have been feeling amazing and getting exceptional sleep from these classes. Just did a Spartan race, and the recovery was very quick. Was able to bike the next day due to my conditioning and form from yoga. There are showers with soap and lockers (bring your own lock and towel). The parking is great. I'll continue going to this location. It's changed my life!

Despite their 5 min grace period, I missed the yoga portion due to trafficy streets + rough parking. That being said, add 15 min or so to your commute and you'll be solid. Upon arrival, the place is peaceful, breezy, and welcoming. I enjoyed my first guided cold plunge and followed it with a sauna. While there's open showers for rinsing, would love a closed shower for the full thing. Overall nice spot with a bit of it all.

The class gave us a really deep stretch and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed in a way I wasn't expecting. The space also has a big yoga dome right next door and a restaurant serving up a great selection of healthy food, which is a nice bonus before or after class. Just a couple things to keep in mind: parking can get tricky so give yourself extra time, and spots in the class fill up fast so make sure to book ahead. Mo was our class instructor, and she was very patient, as most of us had never taken Pilates before (I was one of them). We learned the basics on exercises to strengthen our core muscles, with and without the equipment. My favorite part of the class was using the equipment to stretch my legs and back. Mo was a great instructor and was very sweet. As a reward for our hard work, she brought small bottles of champagne and sparkling water and cookies for us. That was very thoughtful of her! If you live near this area, I highly recommend Club Pilates. The place is clean and the equipment is new. It smells fresh and is very tidy. Don't have workout clothes? Not a problem! They have a display of clothing and gripping socks for sale at a decent price. They offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory class if you are new. Come check it out!

One incident involved a member being removed from the studio in a way that felt discriminatory, with comments made about her "smelling like strong spices," which I found incredibly inappropriate. I also saw situations where members' cards continued to be charged even after issues or cancellations were raised. From my perspective, the way management handled these situations felt dishonest and unfair to members. It's unfortunate because the instructors and staff who actually run the classes are wonderful and create a great workout environment. My issue is specifically with the regional manager, Marlena, and how situations with employees and members were handled. I hope corporate takes a closer look at what's happening here, because the instructors and members deserve better leadership.

There are lockers for belongings and a water fountain as well. There is only one studio inside and they are located upstairs on the second floor with colorful changing lights that dim. I love taking the Power Vinyasa Flow and Sculpt classes for the extra challenge and push with weights and cardio. Instructors are awesome with great instruction and good music as well.
