Arrived 1 min late - first time trying this place - and the front receptionist was so incredibly rude telling me she couldn't let me in. I understand late policies but for someone who's trying to get back on the health kick and to be told I can't come in so rudely was definitely disheartening. I admit im not the most punctual , but I arrived at 6am and she turned me away. This is a nice little space. The staff is very friendly and motivated, the classes very good. Only issue is the smell. Both the studio and the dressing room reek of sweat and humidity. Serious ventilation is needed and also maybe air fresheners and maybe an couple of oil diffusers? I really want to keep attending class here, I hope they fix this. read more

after reading johns review, I would just like to say that I don't think he understands what hot yoga is supposed to be because all of the other yoga studios in San Diego every single one of them is not hot even if they claim to be hot they're not I finally have found a place that I love because they offer hot yoga the way it's supposed to be offered super hot can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen go to a different complain to these people that their studio is not hot enough because then they're gonna turn the heat down and I'm gonna be unhappy. I don't appreciate people who don't like hot yoga, coming to Corepower and complaining that it's too hot. If it's too hot take a different class stop about the heat. I like it hot in fact it's not even hot enough I at 108 to be where I'm happy and all you complainers need to just go somewhere else and stop telling the management that it's too hot because if they turn the temperature down, I'm not gonna be happy anymore and I appreciate you guys leaving the temperature up for us hard-core students who love the heat. I was really unhappy going there for two reasons. (1) They keep the room cranked above 100deg and a humidity machine on full. Sometimes it is not so bad, and other times by the 45min mark half the class is just collapsed on their mats looking at their watches waiting for the session to end. When you ask the instructors if the room has to be SO hot, they smile and shrug and say that is the policy. (2) I stopped going but waited until two days before it was time for the next monthly payment to cancel. They sent me a smug email saying "you should have read the small print in the contract - whenever you cancel, we will then charge your credit card for ANOTHER 30 days." read more

I love coming to this location and the Mira Mesa one occasionally, i usually take the hot power fusion or the yoga sculpt but I decided to take the 5:30 at UTC on 5/5. It was a good class but when the class was ending I decided to take my blocks away to leave because it was already 6:30 and I needed to go. Before I could get to the instructor told me to wait until the class was done so I didn't disturb the class. I never get up early but I've seen many people do so without a problem and if you pay $20 for a class why can't you leave when you want? I've gone to many different types of workout classes and this just left a bad taste. I won't be returning with that instructor and will be going to the Mira Mesa now as much as I can. read more

I've gone to a number of CorePower studios and have always enjoyed the classes. This studio I think is one of the older ones and it shows unfortunately. I'm not asking for a fancy studio, but just a clean one. The yoga classes themselves are good- the instructors are great. But the studio needs better upkeep. There's a stench in the studio which can be very distracting during practice. It's not a bikram studio so it shouldn't smell since there's no carpet, but it does. I really think they need new flooring or they just need to really do a deep clean to get rid of the smell. Again the yoga classes and the instructors are great. read more

I didn't visit this studio for a few months, so to my pleasant surprise for my most recent class, they updated the locker rooms! The storage cubbies are much nicer now, and I feel like the space is much better utilized. I always thought this studio was clean, which is why I'm wondering about the other reviews marking the cleanliness down. Then again, I usually go to the 6am classes which would be the first of the day, so that could be a reason. The 6am classes are always so much more popular than later times, so definitely come early if you want to snag your favorite spot and get settled in. Staff is usually friendly - I'd say some more than others, as a few yogis definitely make the effort to make you feel recognized and taken care of throughout the entire class. Some also bring a lot more energy and positive vibes that definitely make the class fly by. Overall, I've always gotten a good workout from CorePower Yoga Sculpt classes - I'd definitely say it's worth a try! read more

Be prepare to sweat! I have been going about once a week for 6 months. I attend yoga sculpt and hot power fusion classes. The instructors are always energetic, enthusiastic, motivating, and with excellent form. I have been feeling amazing and getting exceptional sleep from these classes. Just did a Spartan race, and the recovery was very quick. Was able to bike the next day due to my conditioning and form from yoga. There are showers with soap and lockers (bring your own lock and towel). The parking is great. I'll continue going to this location. It's changed my life! read more

I attend the corepoweryoga studio in 4S commons. They have several really excellent instructors that I highly recommend. Kinjal P is the BEST for me! She really knows the yoga and her voice is calm and she knows the names of all the poses and her music is good too. I highly recommend taking any class that she teaches ANYWHERE. Shawn (I am not sure how his name is spelled). is really great as well. He is patient and his voice is also calm and he is encouraging too. Sandra M is a great instructor as well, and I hope to take more of her classes. I enjoy her teaching and her voice and music work well for me. However, today we had Joanne G as a substitute and although the class itself went well, at the end, when we were supposed to be lying down QUIETLY in 'corpse pose' she had bumpy music playing. I could only take this for a short time after which I picked up my mat and stuff and went out the classroom door. She kind of tried to block me but I said the music is to thumpy for this resting part. She said I should have left quietly and I said I DID but she then said that I should have left all of my stuff in the room. I said NO, if I cannot stand the loud thumping I cannot lie down and rest and I am leaving. She was rude to me, saying that no one else was complaining, but as a paying customer I don't agree with how she spoke to me or what she said. I found that THUMP ....THUMP.......THUMP to be overly stimulating and I could not relax. Since she was a sub for this session, I hope I don't have her again. read more

3 weeks ago was the first time I went here and they actually gave me a free one week pass and the second day I wanted to go the pandemic happened! But my first class was just amazing! The instructor was amazing, super experienced and you can feel that she knows her stuff. They offer you free water, towel and a mat. Showers and locker room is extremely clean and they have everything you need from shampoo to mouthwash. I can't wait to go back here and get a membership and get on the healthy lifestyle again! Their prices are pretty reasonable and they offer the best services. Keep it up! read more

This is coming from a stubborn non-believer of yoga before she actually took the time to really try yoga: COREPOWER YOGA IS LIFE CHANGING! Really though.. I was going through a pretty tough time in my life mentally & my thoughts were always chaotic. It felt like I wasn't able to control them & I felt anxious a lot of the time. But, I finally wanted to do something good for my mind.. so I said hey why not? & tried the one free week at CorePower Yoga since I see signs about it everywhere. Within that one week, I went every single day for my free trial. I did the yoga sculpt class 6 out of 7 of the days & then the CorePower Yoga 1 class one day. The yoga sculpt class is very intense & a fast paced cardio version of yoga in a very warm room, but it was one of the most fulfilling feelings ever after every class. I was sweating my butt off, but you really test your endurance & mind! It's really nice too because the cool down part incorporates breathing techniques & the yoga instructors really help you with relaxation techniques while also reminding you about philosophies about staying in the present. The CorePower Yoga 1 class was more of a calm beginner class that teaches you steady yoga poses & is a lot more do-able than yoga sculpt, if you like your practice slower. Out of all the classes I experienced, all the instructors were really confident, knowledgeable, & encouraging too. Side Note: First day of your free trial, they lend you a towel/yoga mat & give you a water bottle for free! Otherwise, you can pay $2 for these items, or bring your own in the following days. Overall, trying CorePower Yoga out jumpstarted me to really, really enjoy yoga. I really mean it when I say that after about a month of doing yoga more consistently now, it's changed the way I live, think, & focus in a more positive route. For anyone looking into simply trying yoga, definitely take full advantage of the free week & who knows.. you might even commit to being a full on member after the great experience. FYI: Only sucky part is that they have absolutely no phones at any of the locations, so you're gonna have to go in to ask any questions you may have.. but doing this actually only pushed me to try the week trial & I was hooked! read more

The classes get very crowded, it seems they do not cap their classes at all. Their booking website doesn't indicate how full each class or the capacity of each class either. The people who walk in a few minutes before class struggle to find spots in the studio and people have to move close enough to where it's uncomfortable for completing the workout. I think im having an affair with Corepower, she's my mistress. - I go there every day - She has me in these crazy positions - She gets me all worked up and sweaty for an hour - I'm left tired, spent, relaxed, and euphoric - I take a shower there, then go home if she let me sleep over and made me breakfast she might be GF material. CorePower is the 24 Hour Fitness of yoga, the big dogs in the business, yoga with corporate backing. They have their own style or brand of yoga which incorporates an ab or core workout in a heated environment. All of the classes are done in varying amounts of heat and humidity (becomes noticeable in C2 and above). This was my first experience of doing yoga in that type of heat! Drip, Drip, Drip... Phew its like being in an oven but oh how it feels so good. Such an awesome workout, i feel so relaxed and euphoric after each class. Pros: Beautiful facilities, showers, locker rooms, classes almost every hour untill 9 at some locations, and lucky for San Diegians we can choose from many locations, so there is really no excuse for missing a class. I also like that there are different levels of classes, usually in studios the classes are all levels, which can be intimidating for for beginners. Cons: Being corporate means you loose out on that small business feel of personal ownership. Adjustments are offered and done from time to time, but i don't see all the micro adjustments that i get with a private studio. You won't get asked "What feels tight, what pose do you want to work on today" like in a studio and less focus on proper alignment. The crunches, sit-ups and core strengthening portion, gives it more of a gym type of feel, but thats their style. Building a powerful core! Iv'e been to the C1, 1.5, 2, 3, Fusion, and Restore Classes, and been to most SD locations, ive never left disappointed. The best thing about this location is there is always parking, which can be an issue at other locations. Tips: Bring lots of water, a towel for your mat, and one to shower with, a change of clothes. If you're unsure how hot a particular class is, pick a spot next to the door, they will sometimes cool it down by opening the door, that cooling blast will be a much welcome relief. Yeah its pricey but you can save on your water bill, soap, shampoo and conditioner by showering there. read more

CorePower Yoga is a good yoga studio to get your Yoga Fix. This is located near UTC off of Regents Rd with plenty of parking nearby. They offer plenty of classes and the studio is clean and offers the basic amenities such as showers and a locker room. My only gripe here is the shower situation because a line forms quick with everybody getting their workout on in the morning then headed to work afterwards, busy busy locker room/showers. I really enjoy Sonny's class as he is a great instructor being very helpful and motivating! =]] read more

CorePower Yoga - La Jolla - Before 6 am class this morning.~ - Yoga Near Me - San Diego, California

As you can tell by my number of check-ins, I love it here. I've only been practicing hot yoga since August 2012, but after that first week, I was hooked. At the time, I was doing barre method Pilates and running to stay in shape, but was experiencing major setbacks with running due to a recurring knee ailment. I also had some acid reflux issues as well, so I was hoping that hot yoga could remedy these problems somewhat. I was a little nervous to try CPY, because I'd been to other studios in the area that I felt were too stuffy or preachy, and I never returned after the first class. But at CPY, everyone was so welcoming, and I was impressed that the instructors always made an effort to learn my name, my first time in their class. The space is small, but cozy, with a comfortable seating area around a fireplace. They have a great selection of retail, with brands like Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, and Alo Yogawear--not to mention, they also have a sale rack! The studio and locker rooms are super clean, and they mop the floor after each class so I never need to worry about hygiene. Would love the ladies locker room to be bigger, because it can get ridiculously cramped after class. But hey, all the more reason to stay in savasana a bit longer until it clears out. :) They offer all types of classes here, and there's always a mix of levels in each class--i.e. beginners in C2, advanced students in C1, etc. My favorite flow is Hot Power Fusion--aka the hottest class--but beginners, make sure you're well-hydrated, and prepared for a class at 105F. If you're dizzy, take breaks! My only wish is that they'd offer HPF on the weekends at this location. I can't believe how much my body has benefited from my practice. My knee injury has improved dramatically over the past few months, and my digestive problems are completely managed by the yoga. And overall, I notice that I'm getting more restful sleep, eating better (with all the emphasis on the body in yoga, you'll find you'll want to treat your body to better food), and I very rarely feel stress (which, as a person with a full-time and part-time job, I'm the perfect candidate for it). They did raise the class/membership prices again, effective 1/1/13, but this studio (like all CPY studios) offers a Yoga for Trade Program, where you can get unlimited free yoga for cleaning the studio twice a week, for 1.5-hour shifts. They usually have signs up in the studio explaining how to enroll if you're interested. read more

If you're looking to get into yoga, or have been practicing for a while, this is the place to go. CorePower has such incredible teachers and a variety of classes that I really enjoy. The only downside to this particular studio is they only have one yoga room, so there aren't as many classes offered during day as some other CorePower locations. They only offer C1, C2, HPF, and Sculpt. These classes are good for me, but if you want a bigger variety you should visit another SD location (North Park has two yoga rooms and offers more classes). I go to UCSD so this is the most convenient studio for me, but it gets the job done nonetheless! The instructors are incredible too and really try to give you a good experience and get to know you, especially if you come regularly. read more

CorePower has been doing an amazing job supporting the yoga community here in San Diego. They are limiting class sizes, spacing mats out, sanitizing rooms between sessions, and requiring masks for indoor classes. Yoga is about serving and supporting the community, and CP is doing an amazing job putting the community first during this global health crisis. All of the teachers have been great, and we are especially fond of Billy and Charlie. Billy is a fantastic studio manager (and teacher!), and Charlie is our favorite way to wind down our weekend on a Sunday morning. read more

Im so sad right now . I usually LOVE core power and how hot these classes are . I just got back from a trip and I was exhausted but really needed a stretch . On my way over here there was a small accident that delayed me a little but I got here right on time , by the time i got my shower bag because I have to go right to work after it was 1 minute past class time . The door was locked alreddy, and instructor was inside and makes eye contact with me and I'm standing at the door and she just walks away and doesn't let me in!!! I understand the class start time but come on!!!! Accidents happen and I was ONE MINUTE , she freaking looked at me and she just walks into class and leaves me standing there in the rain . How rude! I would never do that to someone , so now I'm going to be charged and now I don't get the much needed yoga my body and mind needed before work and it's a very unfortunate start to my day as I sit here in the parking lot now having to wait for work to start and I was expecting to shower and everything . So messed up , I just would never do that . I will most definitely never be taking I think it's Natalies class again. I just can't believe she looked at me and just left me standing there . So I write this as I'm sitting in the parking lot just looking at core power really wishing I was in there . What a waste of credits and time, I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Went here while visiting a friend. I had a free week from the Huntington Beach location and they found me in the system no problem so seems like you can use your membership at any location which is great. I think there's only one classroom at this location but it was big and spacious which was nice. I attended a yoga sculpt class which are always challenging but this instructor focuses more on cardio which was enjoyable and torture at the same time. Not sure if I'll continue after my free trial week but CorePower is a great place and very beginner friendly! read more

I've been to the UTC/La Jolla & Clairemont studios 10+ times. I purchased the Groupon for the one month unlimited yoga classes. Since I was a new member, I also got a free week of their classes. I am taking mainly evening classes and usually came at least 30 minutes early just to get settled and get a nice spot in the studio room. I suggest to get there early. It seems like the 5:30pm classes are always packed - when I say packed - I mean it (30+ people in the room). Weekend classes are not so busy, space is never an issue, so you don't have to come super early. The heated yoga definitely makes you sweat, a lot... It's a cool experience and I feel great afterwards. GREAT INSTRUCTORS at both studios!! My Favorite classes are C2 - CorePower Yoga 2- the room is 95-98 Degrees C1 - CorePower Yoga 1- the room is 85-90 Degrees I don't think I will purchase their monthly Membership for $149/month but I will definitely buy individual classes. $119 - 5 Classes $209 - 10 Classes $379 - 20 Classes I 100% recommend checking this studio out! read more

Been here about 10+ times. It's a pretty clean studio. I'm bad at Yoga and I only tried the C1 so far but the instructors seemed all pretty good. I don't know much about yoga but I personally like some instructors' music choices better than others...(I've heard some top 40 music which really didn't help)..but I guess it comes down to preference. Overall, it's close to my place. It's not as personal as I would like but it serves its purpose. All instructors are pretty similar in style in C1. Maybe I should try C2 soon... read more

I have been here for a while now, and I have never had a bad experience! I'm still doing C1 but definitely looking forward to move up sometime this year. The studio is always clean and the ventilation is good. Lots of lockers in the changing rooms! I also have never had trouble finding parking. What I love about this place is that the instructors really care for the students and they always do a good job fixing postures. The crowd is also amazing, everyone is really respectful and there's no judgement specially in the beginner classes. Definitely highly recommend anyone to check out this place! Prior to CorePower Yoga, I had only done yoga in gym rec classes or apartment building rec classes. I never actually went to a yoga student until I moved into my off campus apartment near UCSD. One of my then new roommates told me to come with her for some FREE yoga. FREE? I had to come take a look. This place offers a week of free yoga so you can come check out all the different classes they have to offer. I love the heater power yoga. Some people can't stand to be sticky and sweaty but it was an extremely popular class every time I went. You always found yourself moving over to make room, and guys enjoy this class too! The candlelight yoga class is another favorite of mine. I think that for the amount of college students they attract, the studio is a bit small. I've never seen the class empty, which is great for their business. And they've even got a free class on Saturdays. Nothing wrong about that! From the first moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The ladies out front (who are also the instructors) are always so nice and welcoming. Oh, and the restrooms are nice, which is always a plus in my book! read more

I took Charlie's C2 at UTC La Jolla, one of the best C2 classes I've ever had at CorePower.

When Sol Yoga shut their doors, I was rocked. I hesitantly went to Core Yoga in UTC. Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything great. Boy, was I surprised. I was welcomed with open arms from the minute I walked in. I was made to feel like family immediately. Like seriously...what instructor runs over to give you a hug when you are leaving before the closing meditation? Truth be told. Lauren not only taught a great class, but ran over to hug me before I skirted out the door. Best person ever...jus sayin. Losing a place that felt like home was hard, but honestly.. it has turned out to be a blessing. Thank you UTC peeps! You have made this transition incredible. read more

Eh. CorePower Yoga is a chain of Yoga studios across the country, which should tell you just about everything you need to know. It's run with a mentality that I personally think misses the beauty and spirituality of yoga, but for this they are unapologetic. One of the first things you see about CPY is "Have you dreamed about a more sculpted body?" Yep, it's little more than a 24 Hour Fitness approach to yoga. "Mindfulness" is very low on the list of the priorities of what they teach. It's far more important to focus on having the perfect physique. Their business practice is kind of sickening. It is very apparent that Corepower is in the business for the money, not for the yoga. Most of the "instructors" come from the Corepower teacher training class which is only 200 hours long. They are opening as many studios in as many states as possible. They look for smaller studios and build near them so they can try to run the competition out of the area while poaching customers. They spend so much money on advertising to lure customers with free offers, knowing their independent studio competition can't even compete. Hey, it's the tried and true Barns and Noble method. Drive out independent booksellers or independent yoga studios and you'll thrive. I don't knock them for succeeding in their business, but I do critique them for having a completely superficial approach to the spirituality of yoga. To me, they've missed the core value of yoga - entirely. It's a **perfect** fit for the La Jolla / UTC area with a very superficial approach to the spirituality and heavy concentration on merchandising. It will appeal to yuppies and women who wear jewelry and makeup to the beach. It's more important to be seen in a place with "style" than get the core value of life. The majority of people in this area are all about money and style over depth or substance. It's really a perfect fit. I've only come across a small number of studios around the area that really are worthy of being considered a true yoga studio. Unfortunately, one of them was driven away by CorePower. If you're looking to Walmart's equivalent in the world of Yoga, this is it. They've ripped out the soul of yoga and replaced it with shallow junk and plastic instructors all while driving smaller studios out of business (or acquiring them and changing their class offering to 95% Core Power aka yoga for Cheerleaders). Corepower is the exact opposite of everything yoga stands for. The instructors are okay, they just follow the script. The studio is far more interested in maxing capacity over emphasizing quality. class that is all about speed and nothing about alignment or a solid foundation in the core of yoga. If you like being distracted by music and an "instructor" who has been practicing for only a few years and follows a fast paced cookie-cutter script, then you will love CoreYoga because you are likely unable to sit still for more than 2 minutes of your day anyway. CorePower's core is - faster is better. The more people we can squeeze into the studio, the better, the faster we can turn classes over for the next group, the better. read more

Dear CPY, why do you have "teachers"? I suggest you to save your money and just play a CD with a voice that says "Chataranga, Dog, Warrior, Chair, Dog, Chataranga,..." This is what we got at La Jolla/UTC on 8/13/12 at 7 PM. The "teacher" was even not in the front! She was only talking and talking and talking on the back. Ah, she was dealing with the music a lot. I guess that her dream job is being a DJ. I also remind you that this class is called "1 - Intro to Power Yoga". For an "Intro" class I expect a teacher SHOWING the poses not only calling its names! Fortunately I had good yogis in front of me and I could sneak an eye on them to understand how a warrior or a dog or a chair should look like. I will say that I didn't maximize the unlimited month I had to take classes, but the ones I did take I really enjoyed. I took mainly evening classes and usually came at least 20 mins early just to get settled, though most people usually came 5-10 mins before classes. The classes I went to were not overly crowded, but a decent amount of people, so space was never an issue. The heated yoga definitely makes you sweat, a lot... I really liked the classes and wished I could have taken more. My recommendation or reason i am not rating higher is a new client I never felt welcomed. When I first signed up, I was not given any information- where the restroom was or anything. I actually didn't know when I could get set up in class and was waiting in the lobby. It wasn't until maybe a few people entered class I realized you can go in. This location, and maybe Core Power in general, just didn't seem to try to motivate me to sign up for membership or continue going. read more

At the time when I was trying to finish this review, I was trying out my one week free trial and had taken a few classes at Core Power Yoga already. Signing up for your free trail is really easy! I just suggest you come at least 20 mins early before your class to fill out a form and for the staff to explain to you how it'll work. The showers/locker room/bathroom area is really clean. I like how they provide tampons, mouthwash, lotion, hairspray, and recently, I got a band-aid here. They'll also provide you with lock for a locker if you ask. I do like how considerate the teachers are here. They make sure that everyone gets what they need here. If you don't want to be adjusted you can always raise your hand to let them know. They also ask if you want the peppermint spray sprayed on you. It's a pretty clean studio. But during my first class, I was a little grossed out because this girl stationed herself right in front of me, when we had the whole room basically to ourselves. There were less than 10 people in the class. During one of the poses, she was not standing at the top of her mat, and her foot almost touched my face. I was really just thrown off balance, and that happened like twice during my practice that day. I was super annoyed that the teacher didn't do anything about it either. She was standing right next to me when this was happening. I also am really turned off by the 5:30pm weekday classes. They're usually C2, which is one of my favorite classes offered here, but these classes are JAM PACKED. The studio continues to allow more yogis in when it feels like we've definitely reached MAX CAPACITY. Please stop doing that, because it puts the safety of yogis at risk! The 5:30pm C2 class I went to yesterday, people were kicking each other right and left. One of the girls lost her balance during her inversion and totally fell on the poor girl right next to her. :( I was also a little scared to fully savasana because I was scared my hands would be touching someone's foot or something! I am also not a fan of their Hot Power Fusion classes. I have noticed that they do cancel a lot of classes and subs are looking like a regular thing. They also don't have a variety of classes to take, which is not that I'm used to from my old studio. The only courses that I enjoy here have been their C2, Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga classes. Other than that, the staff are extremely friendly, and I appreciate that they try to get to know your name and you! I recently bought a Groupon for Core Power, so if you're hesitant about the hefty monthly fee, wait for a Groupon! I will most likely be buying more months in the future after my Groupon ends, because this studio is conveniently located near me. I would just avoid the after work classes from now on. read more

Take advantage of the weekly pass so that you can see if this is something you are interested in. I Loved the Sunday classes which incorporated weights. It is a hard workout but you feel so accomplished after completing it. The instructors are great and give detailed instructions. read more

I've given 5 stars to the Hillcrest and Point Loma locations, but the newly La jolla location - waste of my chi unfortuantely i'm going to have to knock down their La Jolla branch. their staff there for some reason did not represent the attitude I'm used to at the other locations. Yes its primarily UCSD students there, and I as a 30yr old was quite intimidated with these long, slender atheletic girls weighing no more than 100lbs soaking wet, and then the teacher paid no attention to anyone older than 25. I've tried going back to give them a second try, but to feel unrelaxed and even more self conscious about myself than when i came in, I feel like its not worth my time there. I'll all about the holistic, hippy, granola, yogi attitude of gratitude and consciousness, but La Jolla ruins it. read more

I've been going to the location in Huntington Beach and enjoyed it very much, with their flexible schedule and variety of classes at all hours for yogi's of all experience levels. They offer hot and heated yoga, pilates yoga, sculpt yoga, candlelight yoga, and the list goes on. Take advantage of their free week trial. You will get addicted like me. Initially I joined to tone up and lose the muffin top and love handles, but now I go because I love the workout and the sweat! I enjoy doing the hot yoga classes here. It is not as long or intense as bikram yoga with classes only lasting for an hour and temperatures are at a heated, but still enjoyable level so my noob friends have all enjoyed their first times here and plan on getting memberships. This location is smaller than HB, with only one classroom. HB had 3 studios, offering a more flexible schedule. All instructors are nice and chill, and assist you with your poses if you have any trouble. Bathrooms and studios are so clean and nice. They do not smell like bikram yoga studios. I think they febreeze the room afterwards or run PineSol through the AC. Two thumbs up for keepin' it so fresh and so clean!! I noticed that prices do vary by location so check out their website for packages or just single drop in sessions. They also offer teacher, military, student and other discounts! If you don't have a mat, rentals are about $2. Try it out and your body will thank you for it! read more
