Don't bother with Zale's or Jared or Tiffany's or any of the other well known names. You can get much better quality work and custom pieces with clearer, more beautiful jewels from UDE. Because the big names market themselves so much, their pieces have enormous markups that are only so high because of the perception of the brand. The quality of the big companies jewelry does not equate to the extra money you'll pay. A friend of mine recommended Dennis for a custom jewelry piece. He is so friendly, it seems like you are friends from the first conversation. He is a very trustworthy guy, he gets fantastic work done with way better prices than the absurd mark ups from retailers. UDE gets directly from wholesalers so you will save a significant amount of money and it won't be because the quality is lower. There aren't several middle men wedging themselves in between the source and the distributor, adding extra price and not adding value. They are also a small business so they directly speak with you to make sure every detail is exactly what you want. They can make a 3D render of your jewelry piece and go back and forth with you to make sure it's exactly what you want. My fiance and I were referred to multiple jewelers through our friends and met with most. We went to UDE, met with Ben, and were immediately introduced to the whole team.
