They came out on short notice to diagnose my refrigerator and quickly identified that the main control board had failed and wasn't powering the unit properly. They ordered the part right away and returned just a couple of days later to complete the repair. Everything was resolved exactly as they said it would be. I also asked them to check on an LED light inside the refrigerator that wasn't working. They initially explained it might be related to the control board, but after the board was replaced, we realized it was a separate issue. He advised me to purchase the light part directly and call him to schedule the installation. When he came back to replace it, he didn't even charge me for the labor.
