Ok so I've been coming here for years and I love it. I always get the hair treatments. However today was by far the worst experience. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 but she was working on someone so she didn't start until 1130. Then when she did my hair treatment she put something in my hair that was supposed to sit for 5 minutes... she left me there until 1155.. then when I came out I realized it's because she had another client. Then the treatment I come with doesn't include blow dry but when I say she left my hair soaking and dripping wet because she didn't even take the time to towel dry because she was rushing to get back to her other client. I understand being busy but you could've at least spaced out your appointments or rescheduled or something. Then I go to checkout and the girl at the register is helping 4 people at once. Opening up a new register just to check people out. It's Saturday morning at ULTA, we know it's going to be busy. Jumping from customer to customer is not good customer service and it causes mistakes. There was a customer that wanted to return something and instead she charged her for it because she wasn't paying attention. Then I go to express my concerns to the manager and she's just like oh I'm so sorry about that. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this location because this was extremely disappointing. read more

Staff here are friendly, when in the area I to stop in to treat my self for a treat of lipstick / gloss . I asked one of the employee to help retrieve a perfume in the glass case. She says she will be back with the keys , waited over 10 minutes at the same spot. She never came back . Luckily another sales lady ( Cindy ) was in the vicinity assisting another customer with their perfume inquiries. Cindy proceeded to help me collect two perfume bottles . While helping me at the register, she informed me to log in to Ulta to utilize the 20% off discount . Appreciate any form of discounts where possible. . we purchased a few skin care products, foundation and concealer. purchase of two perfume products miu miu (miu tine) , Valentino (green stravaganza ) both smells fruity floral. Bought items on Oct. 10th tried to return today Nov 10 but after a bunch of BS the manager finally hung up on customer service. Then she got her little calendar out and said it had neen 32 days so too bad. Even the first manager said they have a new system that glitches when the month has 31 days in it. They have everything beauty related! Love racking up points whenever I shop here. Displays are always nice and the store is clean. Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. It can be a little tough when they're busy but overall never had an issue of not getting assistance. Haircuts are horrible here. I am not saying all of them hairdressers are bad here but the lady that did mine was terrible! If you want a nice haircut, really don't come here; you'll lose your time, your hair, and your money.I asked for a V cut and instead I got two haircuts in one head, that's the only way I can explain what they did on my hair in here. I wanted to leave feedback about my recent curl cut experience. This was my first time booking a curl-specific service, and I went in expecting a stylist who regularly works with curly hair. During my appointment, my stylist let me know that she doesn't typically work with curly hair and wasn't very familiar with curl-specific techniques. Throughout the appointment, I explained which products to use, helping with styling, parting my own hair, and even diffusing. That being said, I want to make it very clear that this is not a reflection of my stylist as a person. She was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people I've ever met in a salon. She was incredibly open to learning, asked thoughtful questions, listened to my suggestions, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire appointment. Her energy alone makes me want to return to this location. I truly do not want her to be reprimanded for this feedback. In my opinion, the issue is more about training and education surrounding curly hair than the individual stylist. She did her absolute best with the knowledge she had, and I greatly appreciated her honesty, kindness, and willingness to learn. My disappointment is with the service I received, not with her as a person. She was wonderful, I believe cosmetology school does not specifically cover certain sections on curly hair, which most stylists either have to learn themselves afterwards or if they specialize in that section. I went to purchase a couple of items but left with much more. A lady seemingly was kind and helpful but in the end she played me which was so weird. I don't have the receipt but once I find it I will edit this post to include her name. On 9.2.25 in the late afternoon I purchased over $200 worth of beauty products. I was supposed to receive a gift from Clinique for some of the items I purchased. This heifa feigned looking for the gift and said they were all out of the gift. I was annoyed and asked why they didn't have anything to honor the gift I was supposed to receive she was so nonchalant and just said that sometimes they run out, I was annoyed but I moved on from it. As I left I looked at my receipt and realized I didn't receive the discount on a Clinique purchase and I was erroneously charged full price. I returned to the store less than a minute later and I told the girl what happened and this crazy female tells me to get back in line and they'll fix the erroneous charge . I frowned my face up like girl please! The line was twice as long as when I was there a minute ago and it's your f'n error! I told her um no but I can wait until you're done with the current customer. This idiot of a girl had the audacity to look annoyed at me and then she spoke into her tiny mic requesting backup. A couple of people came but a guy. maybe a manager or I believe his little name tag said team lead--he quickly helped me and he was kind and courteous. I asked him for the free Clinique gift I was supposed to receive and I watched as he retrieved it from a f'n surplus of gifts right where this stupid girl faked like she looked for it and couldn't find it. Guess she was holding out for whatever stupid reason, maybe she didn't find me worthy of the stupid cheap gift that I have yet to open. Idk, but 2 weeks later I'm still annoyed by the incident which is why I decided to Yelp about it. If you're ever told a gift you should rightfully receive is depleted, call a manager because clearly employees are holding out for whatever stupid reason, smh!!!! read more

After standing in line and cashier not requesting backup I went to my appointment only to be told to wait which I did for another ten minutes. Left out the store with no lashes. Went to the salon to get an all over hair dye . The hairdressers work was like a 6 year old. She left me with hair dye all over my face , I had to ask her for a wipe . When washing my hair water went down my back several times . When she was "done" with washing my hair she left hair dye on my HEAD! I let her know and she continued to wash my hair and back literally! My "blowout " was the icing on top , most horrible blowout of my life . I went to Ulta in Fontana and the people there are very rude. I went to buy my makeup and I asked if they could help me and a girl said may I help you and I showed her my makeup and she said hey we don't sell that here. Well, I went with 5 different people and one person said to me look go to one that has headphones in her ears and I went and she said hey go over there those are on your left hand side and ask the lady there. I asked an old lady and she said oh no I don't work to look for that brand I only work for Maybelline and she made me mad. I asked her again if she could help me find the color I needed because they only had Tester and the lady said omg I told you I don't work for that brand and I said but you work for the store and I left and they still tell me have a good one and nobody helped me. I'm writing this review specifically for the salon, I came in to get an "all over color" done, I asked for the darkest shade of brown closest to black, my hair looked pretty decent when I left the salon however when I took a closer look outside my hair was 3 different shades my roots appeared to be red/brown tone mid hard was darker and the ends looked a lighter brown shade. I called in hopes to get it fixed right away went back and had it touched up again, however it ended up being the same result, I truly don't understand how one can completely ruin one shade of color, especially a dark color request, unfortunately my hair is still 3 different shades after "being fixed" read more

I came in a few weeks ago, and had some time to kill, so I was walking around taking my time, pretty much looking at everything, and as soon as I walked in, was followed as if I was stealing.
