At the beginning of the appointment, we talked about what I was interested in doing and I showed her photos of the look I was going for. She took the time to explain what her plan was step-by-step and even mentioned what she thought the final cost would be. I appreciated this SO MUCH! So many times stylists are mum about the price and then you're shocked when you get the bill at the register and it's much higher than you anticipated. Lauren took her time with my hair and I have the results to prove it! My hair came out beautifully- she knows what she's doing. I can't wait to go back! The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted. I walked out of there very happy with my haircut. If I didn't live an hour away from here, I would definitely return to make her my primary stylist. Thank you, Sarah!

I got a young woman who had some really weird art on her nails, and she seemed to be very concerned about her nails when washing my hair. Not all of my hair was wet, the base of my scull was still dry. She combed it all straight and just cut along the bottom. Then she put a bunch of product in my hair and blow dried it, after that, she brushed it straight and trimmed it up again. I have had many haircuts and have not had layers in my hair and probably 20 years. But they did not start with cutting in layers on my hair. My son said it looked a little uneven in one spot in the back. You can see in the picture that on the right there is a little bit of a longer spot than the rest of it. The Salon reached out to me the same day. I posted this wishing to make it better and apologized. I do appreciate that, but I won't try it again.
