After my daughter asked a question, an associate with pink hair stepped in to help, and she completely transformed our experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the products. She took the time to explain several items in detail, demonstrated products for me, and even showed me how to properly layer them. I've been shopping at Lush for years and still learned things I never knew. What impressed me most was how well she read the room. She never made us feel pressured to buy anything. She made us feel comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for. Talking with her felt less like interacting with a salesperson and more like chatting with a friend I'd known for years. We ended up spending well over $250, not because of a sales pitch, but because she took the time to educate us and create such a positive experience. Originally my target destination was Hollywood Costume since I knew for a fact that they would have some funky wigs, but on our way to the helium tank rental place we spotted this little gem of a store on the left and said, "let's do it!" We then ran in to find a ton of awesome wigs that looked really good. Not like most wigs I've seen where it's like, "Hi, I'm a wig and I am eating your head" Newp, these were awesome and they had them in a ton of really natural looking styles and colors and as soon as I spotted a dark brown one, bam, it had me at, um, well, it was coming with me. They also have a ton of awesome colored extensions here and they do professional extensions as well. I really got a great vibe from the owner and he was super helpful and gave us really honest opinions about the zany stuff we were pulling out. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you need a natural looking wig or even a pink one, they've got em and they are pretty reasonably priced for what you are getting.

BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT HYGENIC AT ALL…read more I am extremely upset and concerned after my experience here. Not only was the service disappointing, but it has now turned into a health issue. After my visit, I developed an issue on my right toe, which is completely unacceptable and honestly alarming. From what I observed during my appointment, hygiene practices were not being followed properly. I personally saw tools being reused on multiple clients without being properly sanitized, despite the fact that they clearly have sanitation machines available. That alone is a serious violation and puts customers at risk. When I brought this issue up, the man at the front with the thick eyebrows did absolutely nothing to help. There was no concern, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the severity of what happened. Because of this, I will be reporting this salon to the Board of Cosmetology. No one should have to worry about infections or unsafe practices when getting something as routine as a nail service. Please be careful if you are considering coming here. Your health and safety should always come first, and based on my experience, this place does not meet those standards.
