I had a really frustrating experience at this Ulta. When I first walked in, I asked an employee about a fragrance. Instead of listening, she started talking to me about makeup. I had to correct her and say I was looking for perfume, and she just looked at me like I was stupid, even though she clearly didn't know what I was asking about. After that interaction, I went over to the fragrance section and walked around for a good 10+ minutes. The store was not busy at all, and not a single employee came up to help or even check in. Because of how that first interaction went and the lack of help after, I ended up just leaving. Overall the staff came off as rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in actually assisting customers. I would honestly recommend visiting a different Ulta location. In my experience, other locations tend to have staff who are much more warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. read more

I love Ulta and when this location opened up I was thrilled. I like to order online here since they are well stocked and I don't have to get items shipped. The turn around for pick up is quick. The artists are very friendly and helpful when I shop in store. It is always very clean and organized which I like! Another great experience in this Ulta location. I was looking for an item which I couldn't find. One of the employees approached me and helped me. She was really nice and approachable. During this visit, I noticed they had a lot of new products. Productivity that I did not see during my last visit. Cashier was really nice too. You use the link they provide you with to notify store when you are on your way, upon arrival, you head to the online order pick up desk and the staff helps you out. This location appears huge inside and everything is kept tidy and all organized. The store was not crowded nor long lines when I visited. I went to find a new foundation. I am currently still in my winter Shade meaning, I'm a little bit lighter.. I asked to get a shade match and I had great service from a lovely lady named Sabrina.. She could've been the manager or the manager on floor that day. I'm not sure. She took her time grabbing multiple foundations to figure out what my undertone was. She also recommended a new setting spray that I ended up buying. She was overall really sweet and did her best to try and get me the exact match that I needed. I feel like every employee should give the energy that's Sabrina gave because she was amazing. read more

I've had a couple really great experiences here so far. I had a brow wax here and I forgot her name but she was fantastic and had blue hair. I also wants to give recognition to Rodrigo for taking time with me today to color match me and suggest/let me try different products. I had gone to a couple other ulta and they didn't even bother trying the product on me but Rodrigo took his time to find me the right color/products. The minute we opened the door and walked in side we get yelled at "the registers are closing in three minutes", not a hi not a hello. We turned and walked out. I've been to this location twice now. The first time in November 2024, my experience was pleasant. Today, Cindi helped me, she gave me push back about not providing the boxes of the items I was returning. Her demeanor was also unpleasant which was uncalled for because I didn't give her any attitude to have reciprocated to me. Alma, the Lead cashier was helpful in educating me on how to find my purchases on the app and also reassuring me that the proof of purchase was sufficient to process my return. Love this Ulta! I was a bit hesitant about it, considering that it's at The Plant, and near a school, I would assume that the testers would be a mess. Surprisingly enough this location is so neat and clean! I always happen to get there when it's slow in the store, so the employees are really able to help you out one on one with any questions or concerns you have about any products in the store. Girl's were also really rude when they couldn't find my order I had called in and had received an email that it was ready, when I got there, they said it wasn't ready! They were very unorganized.
