    Before--bad haircut. Asked original salon for a Stevie Nicks 70s inspired cut with curtain bangs and this is what I got.

    Kristy is a LIFESAVER at the salon. I went to another Ulta Salon and got a terrible unfinished haircut that had me in tears. It was the opposite of what I asked for. Kristy was so kind and professional. She took the time to listen and reassure me, then gave me exactly what I asked for when I thought all hope was lost. I finally feel like me again. I really appreciated the supportive attitude and amazing hair cutting skills that saved the day!!! I highly recommend Kristy as a stylist--she is so talented and cool!!! Thank you!!!

    Kylee is amazing! She is confident and conservative. Which I love. I left without redness and without my brow bone being bruised. What a novel idea. My brows look the best they have in two-plus years. And it was nice not to be told I was old and that I should have my brows tweezed and not waxed. Thank you Kylee for listening to me. I will see you in 4 weeks to try some tinting.

    The woman at the front desk was HORRIBLY rude to my grandmother, who was apparently "too slow" for her. We will NEVER be returning here.

    Dear Ryan, I am…read morewriting to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my wife's recent appointment. My wife originally had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM. However, your office contacted her via text message--not even a phone call--and requested that her appointment be moved to 1:30 PM. We found this approach unprofessional, especially given the inconvenience it created. To accommodate your request, she adjusted her schedule despite already having a personal training appointment around that time. In addition, our wedding is just one week away, and our time is extremely limited as we manage numerous commitments and appointments. We are doing our best to coordinate our schedules carefully, so last-minute changes create significant challenges. After rearranging her plans to accommodate your office, the situation was handled poorly and caused unnecessary inconvenience. We made every effort to be flexible and work with the change initiated by your staff, and we expected the same level of professionalism, communication, and consideration in return. What was particularly frustrating was being told by the front desk staff that the appointment was being moved due to staffing shortages. While we understand that staffing challenges can arise, it is difficult to understand why that issue should become the patient's burden after we had already scheduled our time accordingly. The explanation provided did not seem reasonable given the circumstances and only added to our frustration. This experience fell well below the level of customer service we would expect from your organization, particularly in how the matter was communicated and handled by the front desk staff. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and addressed to help prevent similar experiences for other patients in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. The gal that answered the phone said that Abby makes her own appointments and gave me the cell phone # of Abby. Immeadiately, I called Abby and left a VM. About a week had passed and still no return call from Abby, so I called again and left another VM. She then TEXT me about 1.5 hr later stating she had an availablity the next day @ 2pm. Well, since I work full time, that really didnt work so well for me. So I text her back stating that Tuesdays and Thursdays work best, NO RESPONSE! SO I text her again the next day asking if we could get a date on the books and I gave her 4 different dates/times I am available. She responded that she would text me back when she has her schedule nearby. That was on 3/18. Finally, she text me back today (5 days later). I didnt realize it took someone FIVE days to get their scheduling book! Her text today said "Hello, I have 2pm tomorrow." So in the mean time I have scheduled some other treatments for my face. I told her this. And she states I request a refund from Groupon since I am getting treatments. She clearly didn't want my business. I wouldnt want to go to her after all this unprofessionalism anyways.

It was meant to be a relaxing part of our celebration. When we arrived for our 2 PM appointment, we were informed that one of the massage therapists had been sent home sick. While we absolutely understand that health and safety come first, the way this was communicated to us felt abrupt and impersonal. The staff member who delivered the news was nonchalant, and while she repeated that it was about "our safety". Considering the context of our celebration and the planning that went into the appointment, the delivery felt dismissive rather than empathetic. We were then offered a facial and massage combo or to split the time with just one of us receiving a massage. That suggestion felt out of touch for a couple celebrating their anniversary. It made it clear there was little thought or care behind the service experience, despite my husband being in communication with the location well in advance. When we declined the facial offer, the front desk assistant kindly wrote down numbers for sister locations that might be able to fit us in. While we appreciated her effort, it would have been far more helpful and service-oriented if the team had called on our behalf, explained the situation, and tried to help us get rescheduled - especially since it was Mother's Day and last-minute availability was unlikely. I am giving two stars instead of one because the front desk assistant at least tried to help, which is more than we can say for her counterpart, and the space itself was clean. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing experience for such a meaningful day.
