Majid wasted me and my wife's time. I called him on a Friday and asked if they work with bad credit and he said yes.....and told him we had very low/bad credit and he told me to fill out the app online for the car we were interested in...so we did. We showed up on that Saturday evening after my wife got off work and he acted like he didn't recall our conversation, so he pulled up our online application, ran our credit and acted surprised when he saw it, and I clearly told him again that we had bad credit and that I was behind 3 payments on my car loan I had....but he was sure saying that since I have a good paying job, and with my wife just starting her job that we would be ok and he doesn't see it being a problem with us being able to make the payments on the car that we saw, and that he could get us approved with the deal he wrote up for us....which was a good one for the 2011 Jetta and price...he told us that if we wanted to put a deposit on the car then he will hold it so one else could get the car...so I gave him $1,200 cash which was most of the down payment and he assured that he would get us approved and to come back Monday with the proof of residence and employment. We came back Monday and he looked as if he was dumbfounded and stressed out....he basically couldn't get us approved and questioned me asking if I was behind on a previous loan which I clearly told him that when we went up there the first time and it was on my credit report and he kept nagging asking when I was gonna pay money on the other loan saying that the finance company wouldn't pay him until I brought the other loan current....I've never heard of such foolery....anyhow he said he would forsure be able to make the deal happen and to give him til Weds...he had high hopes....long story short he couldn't get us approved and wasted our time. I went back up there and got my money back. I wouldn't take his word....all he had to do was be honest and upfront from the jump instead of taking my money before he got us approved. On a good note we ended up getting a newer 2013 Hyundai Sonata with low miles from Hawthorne Auto Square in the city of Hawthorne...they were honest about financing and we got a good deal on the car.....so I would suggest to anyone from bad to good credit to make the drive to a more reputable car lot that is honest...PERIOD read more

I purchased 2014 BMW 428I CONVERTIBLE in March 2016 and Majid provided me with excellent service and perfect condition car. Before I went to Ultimate Autoline, I was little bit worried due to quality of the used cars are not always in good condition. I had 2012 M3 used before which I purchased from Orange County, after couple of days I started find damages on the car and places you can't see like inside the rim was broken under the hood was damaged, car stirred and much more trouble. However It's been a little more than a month now since I owe 428I, car is doing great. As some of you know convertibles have problem with sound and have a lot of problems, however it's all in good condition. Engine, Transmission, Rims, Tires, Systems all in excellent condition. Also cars that Ultimate Autoline have are mostly low miles with excellent condition. Lastly, I would like to share my personal experience with Majid. When I purchased the car, there was only 1 key. I accepted that and did not expect anything else. However, Majid called me few days later telling me he called the seller and asked him to send him the extra key and the book. Majid prepaid shipping and sent me the key and the book. I don't think any other used car dealers will take care you like Majid. (After care service was excellent.) You can trust this company from my experience. And for the price, I don't even have to comment on it as you guys are see the ads on cars.com or his website. I bought a truck from them and it is the biggest regret I have. A couple days after I purchased the truck I had a flat tire because the tires on the truck were so bad. I had to purchase new tires and a couple weeks later I noticed the transmission was leaking ...700 dollars for tires and 900 for transmission... that is very unjust! This place is called ultimate Autoline. This place I bought my car here, within a few months trouble started. Very expensive trouble at tht. I noticed a sound coming from the sunroof the entire time I had it and think it needs lubricant and that's causing the sound. After doing just tht, it still made this noise then started to move much slower. I tried calibration tips and noticing helped. Finally on tragic night , it completely fault to close. I had slept in the car tht night because it was unsecured. Following day I go to ford to get an inspection, they notice the problem IMMEDIATELY. Some had attempted to do a quick fix by screwing bolts in to it. The bolt scraping the metal was the sound I was hearing prior to the fail; the cost of parts plus labor is 3,000. Parts alone are 1,000. I've checked junk yards for the part and can't find it. I was also promised a space tire and 2 years later I'm still following up with this nonsense and still no tire. The tags for the car never came despite me asking him time and time again to using my mailing address tht I've had for years to mail anything dmv related because it's secured and he did not and I didn't get the tags. So I got pulled over In November for not having the tags when they never cam and it was about 2/3months, I so decided to call and ask why they tags are on the car if I'm not Gna get them by mail. They said "come in and we can get u a tag for $50". I do just that at 8pm at night I go they simply wanting the tags. I swipe my car and got a receipt now just need tags and ready to go; now this man wants to too to me about how they sent it even tho I didn't receive it. I'm ready to go and I make tht gesture that I need the tags so I can hurry and leave. He didn't like my response and started yelling" I'm not giving u anything, get out" he still remembers that day. Then the other gentleman joins in with him screaming and yelling in my face because now I refused to be robbed of my money and have no tag. I did a trade in and did right on my end as best I could. Now as a 5"2 female 100lbs wet has to men screaming because they didn't like that I said I "don't care if u mailed if prior I need it that's why I paid and I need to go" I have pictures and proof of everything. He made threats to sue me because I told him I'm recording this convo because I'm so I'm scared as hell to go there. PTSD. I went yesterday to my spot I go to work on my car and saw the second man tht works there that was screaming in my face it he can talk to majic and he says he doesn't want to deal wit him but wants to take his pictures for the car. I'm said I'm only asking a few questions in regards to the car u sold me because he was the salesman I deal with, his response simple " can you move so I can take my pics I'm running out of sunlight" ok cool. I sit in my car then I see him get on the phone. I recorded him say "the police are on the way". This mf called the cops on me for asking questions about my car that he sold to me when I saw him over there, not even his property. read more

Magid, who is the owner, wasn't very friendly to me. He is everything I was afraid of in a car salesman - talks the whole time you are trying to think about and listen to the car, made me feel childish for calling my boyfriend to ask a few questions before making an offer, doesn't even look you in the eye, keeps saying "everything is perfect, you are getting a great deal" instead of actually answering your questions. If I hadn't known to check for all the tools to change a tire, he would have sold me the car without that equipment! FOUR DAYS after I bought the car, my "check engine" light came on. Conveniently, my warranty is for the engine for 30 days/1000 miles EXCEPT for sensors. He was short with me on the phone and offered no help and was annoyed that I would ask for the most recent smog check. Are you kidding me? I understand that buying a used car is always a risk, but people like Magid are why car salespeople have such a bad name. AVOID!!! Edit: Month or so later: Magid called me because he was checking up on my title and wasn't happy about this review. So I should clarify: he did sell me the car I was looking for. I didn't like his style, but I did get the car I had been searching 6 weeks for, and I was able to talk him down in price a little (he still sold me a salvage car at a "good condition" KBB price; by the way if you are negotiating with him: he says KBB isn't correct, just fyi, so good luck!) Since I was coming from far away, he did offer to pick me up at the train station (though this was during our negotiation, and he lowered the price only after I explained I can just ride the bus from the train station, but he still picked me up from a mile away). But, even since then, when I got a flat tire a month later, I found out that the lock that the car was sold didn't fit the wheel, so I wasn't able to change it (though, this is my fault for not checking it at the dealership). And when I received my title and registration (which we thought was going to be salvage, but ended up not being - which is good!) has the wrong address even though all my other paperwork had the correct address. What a headache this has been for me. When I told Magid this on the phone, he said I could just change it if/when I sell it, but how am I suppose to get my mail from the DMV from the wrong address? Thankfully the neighbor with the address he registers knows me and was able to stick it in my mailbox. Maybe I'm too much of a rule-follower, but I like to have the vehicle and registration with the right address. If you are a car person and know to check EVERYTHING, this is a fine place to buy a car. If not, this is a rough place to learn what could happen, at least it was for me. read more

Paul was our salesman, and he was not the annoying, high-pressure type we found at the other small dealers we visited. We felt relaxed while examining and considering the car, and he was sensitive to the fact that we had a 4-month old baby with us and couldn't be detained for long stretches of time with endless sales pitching. I will absolutely never come back here. I bought a car here last fall. It seemed alright during the test drive. I asked if there was anything I should know about the car, and Majid told me his mechanic had gone over it and that everything that needed replacing was dealt with. If I remember correctly the front brakes and the oil had been changed. The car also had a "clean" Carfax that I still have a copy of. A couple of weeks later I went for a longer drive and the front wheels started making some noise. That noise only got worse, and the right front wheel started jumping and shaking. When I took the car to the mechanic it turned out that it had been crashed into a curb or something and that I needed to replace a large portion of the front suspension. The grand total was more than $2000, not covered by warranty. There's a bunch of stuff I could have done - asked for the mechanic's report or taken the car to a third party mechanic. But I was brand new in the country and naïve enough to believe that a car dealership would at least sell me a working car. I also paid way too much for the car, even if it had been in good condition, but I didn't know about KBB at the time. That is of course my own fault, but as others have pointed out this really is a place where you can learn how badly you can get ripped off. read more
