Painful- cleaning wasn't needed- but I had to get rid of the moths. I paid to have them taken down, cleaned, and reinstalled. When reinstalled several panels had a hem missing. Installer apologized and took them back. I was unexpected charged for hemming, based on legal language "if due to age or humidity,..." blah blah. Not my case. New drapes, perfect conditions. I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Please.... find anywhere more honest, with better customer service and communication.

We spent over $1,000 here, and the best they could offer was $35 off both of the damaged drapery, which cost $140 each. I was not aware of how low the discount was until after speaking with them. We were told that because of the age and sun damage it caused the tearing. The one area where the seam is damaged does not even face the window, so saying that was the issue is not true. Since we signed a waiver that they make every customer sign before, we are fully responsible for the damage. I understand, but to give us that small a discount is a joke for the amount of business we gave them. When we received the drapery and installed it again, the damage is very noticeable. Now I have to find somewhere to repair the drapery since they did not even offer to fix it. For the price, this place is a joke! I have gone across the street many times and never had an issue for a fraction of the price. I will never return here and make sure anyone I know never goes as well. Update: Found a place to repair. It is over $700 to repair, and they noted that the drapery did not look very clean either. We are now paying to clean again and repair because this dry cleaner SUCKS!

My job obliges me to dress up, even post-pandemic. So I have a stash of shirts I keep in this neighborhood. Westwood is competent. They are efficient. They notify you via text when the job is done. Although I selected them based on the ease of walking there from where I stay, there were two options in the vicinity. Westwood had the better ratings on Yelp. I was satisfied. I have no reason to go elsewhere. I don't have more to report, because a dry cleaner is utilitarian. I want to be a regular. This is where I will do that. I'll post again if anything changes.

Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items. Turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my clothes consistently come back clean, pressed, and looking fabulous. :)

Never bothered to look at it, which is my fault until about 3 weeks ago (it's been a very mild winter) I took it out to wear and noticed that the lining of the coat was grey (black coat) and looked like it got way too much heat as if it was pressed. This was in the lining of the sleeves and pockets. I called and John said he needed to see it. I came in so he can take a look and I've never been so disrespected by a man in my life! He yelled at me repeatedly saying me my coat was worn out, and that he didn't want to hear my bull shit and walked away! Why on earth after giving you my money for over 10 years would I lie about a coat! I don't think Canada Goose would be in such high demand if a coat looked like that after a handful of times being worn. He was incredibly rude and didn't want to take any responsibility. My earmuffs are sticky on the outside and my coat is covered in lint. I will be calling to have these items re-cleaned. I do recommend them for their customer service but bear in mind they are pricey; for 2 skirts, one trousers, one coat, one sweater and earmuffs I paid over $80.
