Unfortunately, our experiences at this location have consistently been negative. The manager is…read morerude and patronizing, often making us feel like we're inconveniencing the staff just by walking in. The tone and attitude make customers feel out of place and unintelligent rather than helped. The rest of the staff hasn't been much better -- the overall customer service feels unfriendly and dismissive. Every time we leave, we feel frustrated and embarrassed. Because of this, we will be driving to another pool supply store and avoiding this location in the future. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and supported, not belittled.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

They also carried DE in a convenient 6 lb bag and Leslie's makes you buy a massive 20lb bag. Looks like I'll be making the longer drive from now on. We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.
