It needs to be stretch back out - Trash Service that you pay for in your rental agreement. They don't do there job yet you have to file a complaint with the front office. (how many complaints before they get fired or fined cause tenants get warning then get fined yet there is no repercussions for them not doing their job and something that you as a tenant are force to pay as part of your rental agreement. ) Over all I have not had an issue living at Centro. The biggest reason I would even re-new my rental agreement for another year is due to Ed still being the maintenance. I've watch him manage this location even though he isn't even the manager. The Behavior was borderline aggressively flirty, after asking for personal information Instagram account to be specific. We decided to end the tour promptly and walk back to our vehicle upon doing that Charlie became emotionally aggressive. One bad apple ruins the entire bunch. Absolutely appalled by the behavior and will never do business with the company.

They're all broken and/or nasty. Walls are really thin so stay away unless you're a deep sleeper. They use some weird third-party phone service thing that results in a delay during phone conversations. That coupled with the fact they try as hard as they can to get off the phone as soon as possible means you don't get time to respond to what they said before they interpret the delay as silence on your part and then just hang up on you. Update: After living here for a couple months this place is way worse than I previously thought. There is dog poop everywhere on complex grounds; it's in the parking lots, sidewalks, and even in front of the mailboxes. Somehow there's also a huge puddle of pee, presumably from a dog, right at the top of the stairs in my building. I told the front office about it and 24 hours later it's still there. People should be cleaning up after their pets, no doubt, but for these rent prices, the grounds should not be this disgusting. If you ask why the rent is so high they'll say "it's market price." But what's going on is all these corporations just hike up prices together and than blame "the market." The people who own this place should be ashamed they charge people so much money to live in a dump. If you're going to price gouge, at least hire more maintenance staff and groundkeepers so we're not living in squalor. Another thing they need to use our rent money for is to fix all the doors. The doors are old and don't function right so people are constantly slamming them. It can't cost that much to just do basic quality of life maintenance. The doors to the building need door closers to keep them shut on their own and prevent them from being slammed. The doors to people's individual apartments need to be padded in some way so that even if they're slammed it doesn't wake everyone up at 5:30 a.m. If the owners can afford to make the main office look so nice, they can afford to improve the quality of life for their actual customers.
