This is my third time seeing them and I can't speak highly enough about these people. Egidio and Santiago are my go to's anytime I need anything related to Mercedes; and I'll say it again... literally anything. I went to the dealership to schedule my last oil change service and the dealership literally quoted me and eye and a leg. 5-1-23 after the 100 year flood in Fort Lauderdale and my car went through two feet of water. Told them that my clock changed timed. Was charged $805. for service ie oil change, cabin filter and transmission service. Owner test drove car said it was fine to take on a road trip later this month. 5-5-23 started car to find the electrical dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree. Was told after being hooked up to computer to come back on 5-10-23 they can take a look. That day they took the tire out of wheel base and sent me a photo of it being in water now for a month. Note storm was 4-12-23. I called State Farm who was to pick up car and total it. They contacted the shop with me on the phone saying I have released the car to them. Next the vicious verbal attacks they call me to say they can fix the car why did I do that?! I go later that day to get my personal belongings out of my car. Just to get harassed and saying what time are they coming will I be there and they need to pay him for his 1 hour stinking evaluation after he charged me $805. the week before and said my car was ok after driving it. 5-11-23 I call State Farm worried if they don't pick car up quickly that car will probably get conveniently stripped and told them I took extensive photos of the condition I left it in. My husband drove by before it was towed out assuring me that nothing happened to it. 4:30 I get a text from this place with a receipt that they were paid the $518. for their hour worth of work upon tow as well as my $805. the week before. Nice job assholes for collecting $1,323. on a water logged vehicle. You know what they say about people who take advantage in a disaster. So sorry I ever came here what to save a couple dollars from the dealer. Next Mercedes back to the dealer I go. read more

No ads, it's all on word of mouth. That being said, I took my E60 for repair there. Had the usual Valve Cover leak. I can say, they are not cheap, but definitely cheaper than the "stealership".... So you can't really complain. I can honestly say, I usually leave there feeling better, knowing that it's fixed correctly. You will pay, but not outrageously. I would and have recommended Santiago to other people, and they have not complained back to me, so that's a good thing. If you need a quick fix, and want to go cheap cheap then this place is not for you. It's for customers who actually care about their BMW, Porsche, Rover, and Benz. read more

I've owned three used BMW's and a used Mercedes since moving to Florida in 2005, and after trying a couple different repair shops, I've been going exclusively to Ultimate since 2006. The owners (family-owned) are friendly, fair, and above all someone that you can really trust to be honest about what is wrong with your car and explain it to you in a way that you can understand. They are not the cheapest, but they won't bill you 2 hours for a 1 hour job like some other shops. I've been billed very fairly for work they do. One thing to note is that they are not open on weekends and while they are open early, close promptly in the evening. Whether you have a 15 year old 323i or a six year old 760iL, I would recommend them! read more

It's always hard to find a good mechanic who you trust & I trust this shop. Recently, my BMW had an oil leak that destroyed my alternator along with a few other things. The bill was over $1000 to repair. The guys at UER suggested I call Mobil (where my last oil change was) they convinced Mobil to foot the bill for me! Saved me $1,000. So thankful for that! This shop came recommended by 2 of my friends. I brought my 1999 323ci in when the head gasket went bad. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Santiago performed a full diagnosis of the entire car and gave me the options. It was a hard decision because this was my only vehicle and was very enjoyable to drive but even after I decided not to do any work on the car (because the head repair would cost more than the car was worth for me) the shop offered to diagnose any used cars that i was potentially going to buy so I didnt end up with a crappy car. Although these guys didnt work on my car and i didnt spend one penny here, I will recommend them to anyone because they are honest and professional. In the auto repair field these are 2 rare characteristics. I ended up selling my bmw and getting a honda because of my financial situation. And the only reason I got a honda was because Santiago counseled me and advised several used car options that would benefit me at this time (not a bmw haha). These guys did not have to help me like this but they did and I am writing this review because customer service, honest ethics, and professional courtesy seem like a thing of the past, but not here!!! I have been taking my beloved Mercedes to Raul for many years. My E-Classes, CL, S-Classes and now GL have always been serviced at Ultimate. They make Mercedes ownership enjoyable. These are complicated cars, and can be expensive to fix when they need something. The worst part of luxury car ownership is potentially being taken for an unpleasant ride at a shop. I have used independents and Mercedes dealers in the past, but have been dissapointed. I know my cars very well and know whats wrong before I bring them in. In all my years with Raul and Santiago, they have always been honest and straightforward. They have always saved me money on parts and labor in addition to having the best techs do the job. Good techs are critical, they have had theirs for years. Its a great crew over there. When I go buy a new Mercedes I never worry because I know these guys can take care of me no matter what. I have been there multiple times with multiple vehicles. Santiago, the son is nice but Raoul, the father, is extremely rude, disrespectful. He talks to people in a degrading matter. This has been my observation on multiple occasions. On top of that, service is horrible. CHEAP PARTS and POOR JOBS. You will end up spending more. Take your vehicle anywhere else but there. I own a 2003 BMW 530i and just had it repaired by Santiago and Raul at Ultimate Euro Repair. I can't say enough about the service I received at their shop. I was given a full and complete explanation as to the problem and a very fair price. In fact, a local dealership quoted me $4050 for the repairs. That was a huge repair bill for my budget and I spent a week looking at newer model cars. Then I found Ultimate Euro. Their estimate was under $1000. Santiago knew the problem before I could even show him the documentation I received from the dealership.
