Wasn't really in the market for a vehicle when I came across the most beautiful 2020 Mercedes CLA 45 AMG. I've seen many beautiful vehicles in my day but the price listed was TOO ATTRACTIVE. The phone number was right there on the listing but next to it it said "call or text". I'm not a big caller but I don't mind texting. So I shot over a quick "inquiry" to Chaz. Chaz messaged me back quickly (messaged... not the pushy salesperson phone calls you usually get). Chaz spoke to me like a regular person... again... not the pushy salesperson I'm use to. Chaz shared a bunch of information to with me and turned my window shopping into a full blown purchase. I live out of state and he also arranged shipping and everything for me. I was nervous about buying a classic Porsche sight unseen, and out of state. However, Ultimate Powersports made the whole process very easy! The salesman I spoke with was Chaz. He was knowledgable, personable, and professional. Signing the documents via email was easy and hassle-free. The car was delivered to me in an enclosed car transport trailer driven by a professional driver, and only took a couple of days. Do not buy from here! They buy used cars from auction, put cheap and/or used modifications on them, and then try to rip you off. We found the exact vehicle we were looking at from a private seller for $8K cheaper! This place is a scam, and Chaz is a shady salesman. READ THEIR REVIEWS. We had cash in hand, and he continued to push us away from a vehicle they just received from auction because they hadn't modified it yet. Trust me, they will rip you off! And take this from someone who is in the car industry. **Adding to review: Since seeing their reply, and receiving a rude call from Chaz after posting my review, I thought it might add further details for any future car buyers attempting to do business here: I found a vehicle listed on FB market place listed for sale by a private seller (Kevin). I requested to see the vehicle. No reply. I messaged back after 24hrs stating I was in the area (zip code listed on listing) and asked if I could view the car at a specific time. I was then sent an address. Upon arriving to the address did we then realize this was a dealership, not a private seller. No where on the FB listing stated this was a dealership. In fact, the car photos were taken in front of a home as well. We arrived confused. We were welcomed by an employee named Chaz. As we arrived, a group of 5+ people arrived with vehicles to be dropped off that appeared to have just been purchased from auction. Chaz had a lot going on, and it was also 30min to closing (again, we did not know this car was listed with a dealership). But Chaz seemed to be aware of what car we were interested in and knew we were coming. The car we wanted to look at was not even on property. Then why send us an address? However, Chaz pointed us to 3 other 4Runners right there on property. We requested to look inside one of the 3 that he pointed out. We asked for the dollar amount to which he said "I think around $18K but let me run inside and check". He did also say they just got it in and had plans to upgrade it, before selling but would be open to making a deal. We told him we did not want any upgrades, and asked for the price as is, and said we have cash (not a loan). Chaz came back and quoted us $15,500 as is. He chuckled and said "I'll just need to return my Amazon order" (the mods he ordered for it). He said their mods were around $3K. We countered at $14.5K. A fair offer considering this was overpriced as is. Chaz said he would need to call the owner (Kevin) but to come back tomorrow to make a deal. He never said this was unavailable for purchase nor did we ever discuss budget. There is a difference between an offer & a assumption. He gave us a card with a # to schedule an appointment for the next day to test drive it. We scheduled an appointment for 2pm the next day. Upon arrival Chaz continued to push us towards the vehicle we initially requested info on, on FB marketplace. We told him that we were somewhat interested, but more interested in the vehicle he showed us yesterday, which is the whole reason we booked this appointment and asked for carfax info prior. He wasted our time. Chaz and Kevin did not speak prior to us arriving. Nor did he have any interest in selling us this vehicle. Chaz lead us to believe we had a deal the night prior. He then quoted us $19K the day off (a completely different price). JJ then took us to their warehouse offsite to view the other 4Runner. The mileage was higher than the posting and priced too high for the condition. It did not look like the listing. JJ stated "Our vehicles are priced fairly for a VIN that begins with J since they are manufactured in Japan". 35% of Toyotas are made in Japan. These are not anything special. A 2000 4Runner with 160k miles is not worth $19K + taxes/title/licensing. Clearly there was miscommunication. If a vehicle is not for sale, then just say "This one is not for sale right now." It's as simple as that! Don't lead your buyers to believe it's one price, and then give a much higher one once you have their interest peaked. This was the worst used car experience of my 43 years of driving life. To say that Kevin and Chaz are dishonest, shady, and unethical would be an understatement. Here are the "lowlights" of my experience. 1. I'm in Los Angeles and my biggest mistake was in thinking their self-professed "we're a family business" line meant anything. They did not tell me the front bumper and right fender had been damaged and poorly repaired. 2. They lied and said all four sets of brakes were replaced. 3. I soon discovered there were several things wrong with the car that the inspection they performed after buying the car at auction would have immediately discovered. Suspension components were cracked, loosely connected, and worn out. Oil pain gasket had a leak. Driver window regulator was faulty. Headlights were intermittently functioning and there was a warning on the dash display as soon as I started the car. One of the wheels was damaged and made a high pitched squeal that was immediately audible. 4. The very worst part of the experience was that they quoted me an extended warranty from a highly reputable warranty company but then switched to a cut rate warranty company that would not cover repairs, took four days to respond, etc. They quoted me a price for the warranty and told me they were not marking it up. 5. I sold the car to a BMW mechanic who knew exactly what was wrong, so I sold the car for several thousand less than I paid. But to make matters worse, the warranty that I had paid $3,500 for two month prior refunded me $1,300. That's because the warranty was worth much less than I was quoted, and the company was so disreputable. Again, the warranty for which Chaz sent me documentation was a superior service provider and would have remedied all the issues that were found. When I tried to reach Kevin and Chaz for help with all of this THEY IGNORED EACH EMAIL, TEXT, and PHONE CALL. I thought about saying them for fraud but it isn't worth my time. I'm going to leave them as many bad reviews as possible instead. Stay away from these crooks. I have purchased more than two dozen cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience ever. read more

I wont mention the sales person(s) I have been trying to make a deal with, but he is the one that always answers the phone. I show up for scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle for sale. Greeted by a salesman named Chaz. He had questions on whether or not I was going to pay cash or finance. I answered honestly and told him I'm here to look at a car, not deal with financing. I told him this car he has is one of three I'm interested in. He shows me the car and denies me a test drive stating that when I'm ready to purchase he'll take me for a ride. I stated I'm not making a decision on purchasing anything I haven't test drove. He told me to go to the Maserati dealership and test drive one. lol I told him i test drive the one I'm looking to purchase not a random vehicle. Kevin is as fake and greedy as they come - failing to return a $500 deposit when I decided not to purchase after I had friends drive out to inspect it. This was a phone deal and I sent him $500 on Apple Pay to hold the vehicle. Once I decided not to purchase and found something else, he wanted to negotiate price, anything to keep the deal. When I asked him to send the money back he refused saying it took up a lot of his time. Well Kevin, that is your job. You're a car salesman. Mike Faltushansky is a con man. This guy lies about anything and everything. Bought a car from Mike and not only did he lie about the history of the car but also lied about the actual year of the car. He mailed me the title because "he had misplaced it." He gave me a bill of sale with incorrect year on it. Title arrived by mail. Title had it as a year older and when confronted he said it was buyers responsibility to know what they are buying. He went on to lie and say the name on the title was his father (he floated the title and never registered it in his name) . I tried to serve this known scammer with multiple lawsuits and he dodged process servers repeatedly. I beg you to do your homework. Kevin and Mike are bad news. I ended up losing over 10K dollars and spent countless hours trying to sue him and file fraud charges. He uses many different names. Please do yourself a favor, search Mike Skyy on Facebook and look at how many of his post have comments turned off. He post something for sale, people call him out on all the damage he doesn't disclose, so he turns comments off then deletes the negative comments. I know personally from buying a $200,000 car from the guy that came with 33k in undisclosed damage that he has no integrity and all he sells is things he buys cheap because of damage, covers it up as best as possible, then resells. Please please please do your homework before you deal with this dealership or him personally.
