Horrible! I wish I would've read the yelp reviews on this company and not just the google reviews which are very miss leading. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We made reservations for 2 adults and one infant and we also requested a infant car seat for our trip. About an hour or so before our scheduled pick up we receive a call saying the car that was en route to get us was having mechanical trouble so they will need to send another car. Ok no problem, however the other car will arrive about 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time which is incredibly inconvenient and puts a lot of extra pressure on us at the airport to get through security and everything with an infant (for anyone that's ever traveled with kids would understand) ! On top of being late they now stated they can't provide an infant seat anymore but can offer a booster seat. A booster seat to a 13 lb baby is useless and incredibly dangerous, might as well just sit her on the seat and buckle her in.... the gentleman on the phone was very rude and basically said this is what we can offer.. take it or leave it. While I can appreciate them having mechanical problems I don't appreciate them not being able to accommodate a basic reservation that was made with out making us late, possibly missing our flight and putting our childs life endanger. They cancelled our reservation after we hung up the phone saying "dispatch cancelled reservation due to customer being very angry over the phone"... yea I'm angry what do you expect. Rebooking a car service literally last minute that has a infant car seat available and is available itself is not the easiest. Customer service for ultimate town car is non existent. I will not be booking this place ever again for personal use of for any future travel needs for the company that I work for. read more

Myself and my two kids (10, 5) used Ultimate Town Car service on 12/7 for transport from MCO to the Cabana Bay Resort at Universal. We are not frequent travelers and I was quite pregnant so I was really hoping that booking a private car would make the incoming trip easier and faster. It certainly did just that. Our driver was easy to find and waiting for us where the instructions indicated he would be. He walked us down to get our luggage and straight out to the car. There was a booster seat available for my 5 year old. The car itself was clean and comfortable and we wasted no time getting to our destination, which was exactly as I had hoped- no more waiting around after an already very long night and day. Our driver was polite and we arrived at the hotel before family that was already in the area. They commented about how fast we made it from the time we landed to arriving at our resort. My children and I came to Orlando to visit Disney Land. The team at Ultimate Town Car was our saving grace because we didn't want to rent a car but we needed transport from Sanford Airport to our resort and transport from our resort to Universal ((remember we were on site at Disney). The 3 different chauffeurs we had Jose, Isabella and Eduardo were wonderful and made our drive very pleasant and didn't make any of us uncomfortable. More importantly, Eduardo was always accessible and they were always on time. He gave us great tips which helped make our 1 day trip at Universal most enjoyable! When I finally came across Ultimate Town Car, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the positive reviews and comments and after using them, I can see why. Our trip was of the highest standard of a true luxury limousine. The car was spotless, beautiful and BIG, more than enough room for our family. My experience was very positive from making the reservations to delivery at my destinations. Each time the drivers arrived on time, were professionally attired, and drove safely. I booked Orlando Ultimate Town Car for my mother and two boys (ages 11 and 8) this week round trip between the airport and our hotel. The service was convenience to book online (less than 24 hours in advance) and reliable. The driver texted my mother when he was in transit and when he arrived, making the overall process convenient and hassle-free. Traveling with an autistic child can be a challenge, so I appreciate the level of service that they provided to my mother and my boys. Exactly what my family needed after a crazy day of delays. Our driver Jason was caring, thoughtful and extremely helpful. Helped us wait out the luggage claim , helped with our bags, gave us great recommendations on dinner ideas. Chit chatted with our children and even threw on some disney themed music to get us to our hotel destination. He even posed for a photo with us. Extremely happy with the service we received from Ultimate Town Car. I was concerned about making an 11 AM flight in Orlando upon returning from a cruise docking in Port Canaveral so I booked a car to pick us up at 7:30 AM. We disembarked much quicker than I'd anticipated and were off the ship at 6:50. I called Ultimate Town Car and the driver happily picked us up 30 min. early so we didn't have to sit around and wait. Excellent Job. This Orlando Limo company si simply the best in customer service, we felt like stars in a red carpet. We hired one of their limousine goint to port canaveral from the orlando airport and back and had no problems at all. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! The cost is the same as a taxi or shuttle so don't let that stop you! We used them 3 times during one trip. The help from the airport to our resort was incredible.
