Not sure how exactly I found this company, but they helped me every step of the way in a very painful water damage situation. They attended to the issue quickly, answered many questions, and even suggested comapnies to help fix things after drying out the place. They handled their part of the insurance themselves. I am leaving this yelp primarily due to the advice and help of sean Vlemons. As someone in the business of house issue restoration, he has helped with advice when others had no clue, or wouldn't even respond. He's explained situational conditions and how to handle with great advice like a friend would do. He responded to ideas when others shut me down, and for this I am grateful, for now I think I have a path to finish up my problem whereas before I did not. We had a water issue in our living room ceiling. I was recommended Ultra Dry by a friend of mine. Although the process isn't done, so far, I am very pleased with this business. Sean was professional and responsive. He helped me quickly get the ball rolling with the homeowner's insurance, lead and asbestos inspection, and water abatement. He sent Leticia to sample for asbestos and lead in the morning. We had negative results by 11 am. By noon, Waldo, Jorge, Edwin, and Joseph arrived for water remediation. The whole team was great. I don't allow outside shoes in my home and they were all very respectful of my wishes. When we noticed a puddle of water in our garage, right below an upstairs bathroom, and water was dripping from the ceiling above the puddle, we called a plumber. The plumber referred us to Ultra Dry. Sean from Ultra Dry came out quickly and assessed the situation. They broke into the bathroom walls and floor and worked with the plumber to find the problem, stop further damage, and dry out the walls and floor. They had big drying machines running 24 hrs/day for 5-6 days to get everything dried out. I have know about Ultra Dry for several years now but fortunately had not had to use their services until a recent flood in a rental property. They made one of the most stressful situations as seamless and worry free as possible..
