Our kids especially loved the outdoor spaces. They spent time playing basketball and enjoyed exploring around the pond and spotting the giant frogs. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and taking in the meadow views. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location made it easy to access both Arches and downtown Moab. We also loved having Horse Thief Coffee right on the property. Grabbing a great coffee and breakfast each morning before heading out on our adventures was such a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. Moab Springs Ranch struck the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Of all the places we've stayed on family vacations, this is one we'd happily return to. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already talking about coming back.

This is a must go to place. I will be coming back with the family. The food at the restaurant is great. The room was very nice and it's a short drive to Moab and to Arches. The bed was extremely comfortable. The added space with the kitchen and dining make rooms more comfortable instead of just a bed. The view is breathtaking to fall asleep to and wake up to. I wish I was staying longer instead of just staying for a single night, but I'll be back.

When a front desk associate heard that I just had a birthday, she said that she was going to send champagne to our room. She didn't just send champagne - She sent chocolate, candles and bath salts! I was blown away by the generosity! Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. They assisted with things being moved and made multiple trips with a cart so that family members could transport items to and from their casita. The location here is just extraordinary. There are 360 degrees views of the mountains. Our second floor room in the Kayenta Lodge had a beautiful view. I'm guessing that all rooms have nice views! The room was large and included a separate bathtub in the bathroom. We had a balcony with chairs and a fireplace. If you are lucky enough to stay in a casita you may have your own hot tub, table/chairs and a fireplace. The atmosphere of Gateway Resort and Spa feels very New Mexico Southwest. It's peaceful and beautiful. There is minimal light pollution which means you can see the stars! There are so many things to do at this resort. There are free bikes, a pool, a spa, a restaurant (great food!), a game room and hiking trails + extras like a helicopter tour, ATV tours and horseback riding. I can't wait to go back!

First I'll start with the good: - The views are incredible and although we didn't hike too much because of the weather, the trails are plentiful. - My kids loved renting bikes around the resort which are included in the fee. -The highlight of the trip may have been the horse ranch about 15 miles away toward grand junction. The kids (8 and 6) got to learn about how to care for horses and ride a couple of ponies. - rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Having a hot tub of our own was an added bonus. -meals at Paradox Grille were huge and food above average to very good overall. - great massage at the spa. - nice gym and fitness area - friendly and helpful staff To improve: -we were here during shoulder season and about half our time the weather was nice and the other half not so nice which we expected. On the rainy day there really wasn't much to do. The movie theatre was shut down, there were no exercise classes offered at the gym, and the spa, while excellent, did not have anything that would keep the kids entertained such as mani/pedis. While I hate seeing reviews mention tvs as I believe you should get out and away from tv on vacation, when we wanted to watch a movie on the rainy day, we found the tv small and also couldn't hook up to stream Netflix or Hulu. - while as mentioned the food at paradox was above average, the menu is limited and it was the only restaurant open, so we got a little bored of the food by the last day. Overall a fun trip and time and I would return. With some tweaks to the offerings and experience this is easily a 5 star stay.

All the RV spots are pull through so no fighting with your spouse on backing up your camper. - haha. Now for the not so good- where to start :( The staff was never around when folks seemed to need them- I always saw people looking for someone who worked there. The women's bathroom was just unreal how gross it was. I truly think the only thing the staff did daily was empty the trash and refill toilet paper and one of the two paper towel dispensers. Never once cleaned or attempted to clean any of the three showers, sinks or toilet's. The little store they have closed nightly at 7, sometimes sooner. Which really wasn't convenient if you wanted a treat after dinner like an ice cream or adult beverage. You really have to plan ahead. We just went to town, but would have rather supported the camp ground and stayed there. Overall - this could be an AMAZING place. Just needs more staff, and a little more TLC- We would go back if we heard of improvements.

We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

Our room was spacious with a sitting area that included a comfortable sofa, and a chair and ottoman. The staff is incredibly friendly and jumped in to assist with any needs or inquiries. The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

The final straw for three stars was the dessert. The ice cream sundae "served with all your favorite toppings" had a choice of caramel or chocolate sauce. The only two toppings available apparently. The pecan pie tasted stale and leftover. The price told to us online was different than the price we were charged for the prefix menu. The amenities were awesome. The soap smelled great and had an amazing exfoliating seeds build in. The body lotion felt so luxurious on my skin. Towels and bed linens were perfect. If you read my posts about food you know I'm a water snob well when lodging in a sheet snob (my husband would say I'm like the princess and the pea). The sheets were soft and comfy. Unacceptable Experience - Reservation Cancelled Without Notice…read more I am extremely disappointed and outraged by what happened at Moab Resort, WorldMark. My wife and I made a fully prepaid reservation for Labor Day weekend (8/29/2025 - 9/1/2025) through Priceline three months ago. When we arrived at the hotel today, we were shocked to be told our room was canceled -- without any prior notification. We immediately contacted Priceline, who informed us that the hotel canceled our reservation last minute on 8/22 due to overbooking. Not only did the hotel fail to notify us in any way -- but we had to find out at the check-in counter after driving for hours and planning this trip months in advance. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As paying customers, we should not be treated like an afterthought. This ruined the start of our trip and caused tremendous inconvenience and stress. My wife and I are extremely upset by this experience. Overbooking is not the customer's problem -- it's the hotel's responsibility to honor confirmed, prepaid reservations.
