The drive alone felt unreal -- winding through towering red canyon walls with views changing around every corner. Easy access from Moab, but somehow it still feels peaceful and tucked away from everything. What made this place special wasn't just the scenery (which is incredible at literally any hour of the day), but the feeling of it. Quiet mornings, glowing cliffs at sunset, stars at night, campfires, river views... every direction looked like a movie scene. And honestly, the people here were genuinely kind. Not forced "tourist nice," but warm, relaxed, welcoming people who seemed to truly love where they work. We came for the views, but left remembering the atmosphere. Definitely one of those places that stays in your head after you leave.

If I was perceived to be intoxicated why was I allowed as a disabled person to leave on my mobility scooter into a dimly lit maze with poor signage and lost on this property where wild animals roam. Never once cleaned or attempted to clean any of the three showers, sinks or toilet's. The little store they have closed nightly at 7, sometimes sooner. Which really wasn't convenient if you wanted a treat after dinner like an ice cream or adult beverage. You really have to plan ahead. We just went to town, but would have rather supported the camp ground and stayed there. Overall - this could be an AMAZING place. Just needs more staff, and a little more TLC- We would go back if we heard of improvements.

Our room was spacious with a sitting area that included a comfortable sofa, and a chair and ottoman. The staff is incredibly friendly and jumped in to assist with any needs or inquiries. The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

The delay itself was frustrating, but the lack of customer service was far worse. There was no apology, explanation, or effort to address the inconvenience. When I spoke with a manager and requested compensation, he was largely unresponsive and eventually said he would call me back. Even more concerning, management disputed the timeline of events despite me showing the timestamp of the hotel's own phone call notifying me that the room was ready. Rather than acknowledging the issue, the focus seemed to be on defending the property's records. Delays happen, but good customer service is about how you handle them. Unfortunately, WorldMark Moab failed on that front. This was the worst hotel/timeshare check-in experience I've ever had, and it significantly affected the start of our trip. I expected much better from a Wyndham/WorldMark property.
