Fun packaging with a cloth bag. I had been a customer for about 1 year and once got some bad coffee so I chalked it up to an accident. but recently a got such a bad batch that I contacted them and offered to send it back so they could see what went wrong, after multiple contacts with them they ghosted me. NO REPONSE. That's it they fooled me twice. I am back with Sweet Maria and love the coffee. I have been roasting for over 15 years. Yup an early adopter of coffee roasting, started with a popcorn maker and now use a Fresh Roast 500 for about 10 years. Works great!!
