I found a roughly one-inch translucent foreign object in my food. It appeared to be plastic, but I could not determine the exact material.

I found a sharp, approximately one-inch foreign object in my beef empanada. Fortunately, I felt it in my mouth before swallowing it and was able to remove it. The object had a pointed end and could have caused a serious injury if it had been swallowed. What concerns me just as much is the lack of response from the business. I called to report the issue, provided my name and phone number, and expected at least a follow-up call or an apology. More than two days passed, and I never received any response. Mistakes can happen in any kitchen, but customer safety should be taken seriously. Finding a foreign object in food is concerning, and the complete lack of follow-up afterward was disappointing. I hope the business reviews its food preparation and quality control procedures to help prevent this from happening to someone else.

I'd you want real Argentina food go somewhere else. The Chimichurri blando, not enough slices and honestly taste more like parsley . The fries ,half burned no seasoning or salt more like over fried (like when you bite into a fry ,it's greasy). The cashier a Kid on his phone ,feet propped up with chanclas grabbing your plates not using any hand sanitizer and handing out key buzzers ugh. The meat to the churripan is not real stale but more shaped like spam/hamburger patty So the Speacial for OcktoberFest $15 fries, soda and a churripan sandwich . No I do t recommend it ,I did not taste the empanada ..and chances are I will not.

The empanadas were very good and crispy! The person was super nice and had us try some of their samples. It was delicious enough to entice us to get some. The food came at a reasonable time and the meat and filling was very good. The empanadas was packed with meat and juices, the empanada was very flaky. This is a nice shop to eat at while you hangout at steel craft for a game or some beer or boba n coffee.

    Chicken empanada was just ok

The chicken empanadas are ok but the beef one is much better . Be aware they charge a $1.15 for a teeny tiny portion of chimichuri. Which is pretty crazy not just that it's a small amount but the fact that it's not included with the empanadas is insane !! They also don't give cups of water . This place really nickle and dimes you for EVERYTHING!

I had a party of 3 so we decided to order family style. We got enough food for 4 just in case lol. Service was good and I was surprised at the all of the options available. Definitely a must visit spot as the quality of the food in relation to portions and price is great. I will be back for sure.

Drove 25 minutes expecting the same quality empanadas that I used to get at their Downey imperial location. Unfortunately the empanadas here are fried to order instead of baked. While it does provide a warm empanada, they are overly greasy. Make Empanadas Baked Again.

I noticed on the menu that there's a vegetarian section for their empanadas. Two of the options seemed to be plant based, but to make sure I approach the cashier and asked him if the Champiñones Empanada and the Papas Con Cebolla Empanada were vegan and he confirmed that they are! I had one of each. When I received my order, I instantly noticed that the dough is different from other empanadas that I've had. This one seem to have a more flaky crust, possibly fried. And let me tell you, I loved it! The Champiñones Empanada had a really good flavor. The mushrooms were chewy and spiced boldly. It even had some red bell pepper and black beans for protein. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/un-rinconcito-argentino-bellflower?select=29aw-4HT_hAt-15TYrQNvw The Papas Con Cebolla Empanada had a perfectly fluffy filling, and the taste of onion reminded me of onion rings. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/un-rinconcito-argentino-bellflower?select=zxBHFKnx17opvemFhUcELA This place offers very solid vegan empanadas. I would easily come back to Steelcraft Bellflower, just for these empanadas.

I love empanadas and Un Rinconcito Argentino, located in Steelcraft Bellflower, is a pretty good choice for empanadas. It's crispy and fried, the fillings are moist and juicy, and flavors are on point. I definitely think that their chimichurri gives an herby punch that brings the fried treat to another level. Cost is about $4 for each empanada and the Chimichurri is a $1 addendum, so I think that the cost would be my only deterrent from coming more frequently. I think that there's modest discounts for buying in bulk, so there's that. If I were to come back, then I think that I'd definitely like to try their choripan. Having an argentinian chorizo hot dog sandwich with chimichurri sauce and fries is never a bad thing. Flavors are definitely pretty good and it's a good option at Steelcraft Bellflower!

    Jalapeño ones and beef.

So delicious! I wish the jalapeño one had more stuffing but the beef one was definitely more filled. I loved the flavors of the jalapeño one more tho so I highly recommend! Parking for steelcraft on the weekend is so hectic so I recommend coming here on a weekday date inside. I love the ambiance of the place, it's the new mall type food court but better.

Great service and fast! They have a variety of flavors for drinks, food and desserts. It's inside the steel craft, plenty of parking and free!! Would be coming back!

Un Rinconcito Argentino is an Argentine spot specializing in empanadas at the Steelcraft in Bellflower. Came here on a Saturday evening and it wasn't busy. My friend and I both ordered two empanadas each. I ordered one Carne (Meat) and one Champinones (Mushroom) empanada. We were given buzzers for our orders so we could walk around while waiting for our food. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. We were given a very small container of chimichurri to share. It definitely wasn't enough for four empanadas. The empanadas were fried, but not oily which is nice. They were filled well, which we appreciated. The meat in the filling for the Carne one was tender but lacked flavor. The Champinones empanadas was more flavorful. Overall, giving a 4/5 for Un Rinconcito Argentino. The empanadas were okay for the price. Wish they gave more chimichurri with the empanadas as well. Might be back to try other flavors when visiting this Steelcraft in the future.

Came to check out steel craft and to try out the Argentinian Empanadas. The area was nice and relaxing with lots of places to sit and other places to order food, and drinks from. I bought half a dozen 3 chicken and 3 carne con papa. I was throughly impressed with the carne con papa empanadas the meat inside was flavorful and had a good crispy outside, the sauce they serve with them was very good as well. The chicken empanadas weren't as good in my opinion but weren't bad. I did unfortunately find a hair embedded in the dough of one of my chicken empanadas..and the employee replaced it and offered a desert for the incident.

A dozen empanadas - $37 - Complete with busted one
    Vinh N.

The empanadas were pretty good, they are fried and not baked, done well so they aren't very oily. What I don't like is that they don't include chimichurri with their empanadas. That's like not serving marinara with your cheese sticks, ranch/blue cheese with wings, soy sauce for sashimi, tarter sauce for fried seafood, salsa for tacos, etc. I get that costs are up and chimichurri can be expensive to make so either add it to the price of your product OR ask the customer if they'd like to purchase some!!!! But then why did you just give some to the lady that picked her order up right before I ordered?!? Also why are you giving me a busted empanada as part of my dozen? You guys are supposed to be a mom & pop shop that takes the extra steps to take care of the customers and make it worth supporting and paying a little extra. Shame on you for your bad service and shame on me for not checking my order before I left.

I've been coming to Pampanga's Bakery in Artesia for a while now, and it's long overdue that I actually give them their flowers. If you are looking for authentic, comforting Filipino baked goods and kakanin, this is the gold standard. Every time I walk in, the shelves are loaded with staples. Their selection of kakanin is also massive. The **Puto Assorted** and **Puto & Kutsinta** packs ($3.90) are always perfectly soft, vibrant, and fresh, and they have massive trays of **Biko Pandan** and **Cassava Cake** if you're feeding a crowd. For the savory side, the **Chicken Empanadas** and **Fried Lumpia** always hit the spot. And of course, there's the **Turon**. Yes, the price has risen to $1.05 a piece, but honestly? It's just modern economics, and it is still worth every single penny. It is still the absolute best of the best--shattered-crisp, perfectly caramelized on the outside, and packed right. The staff is always fast, the bakery smells like heaven, and the quality has stayed incredibly consistent over the years. Don't be like me and gatekeep it...if you haven't been, stop by!

One thing they have always been consistent about is the quality of their turon--and unfortunately, the long wait times as well. There have been several occasions when we had to pay and come back later because of the high demand for their product. Because we live about 30 miles away, we were advised to place our orders by phone before making the trip, which is exactly what we've been doing. Yesterday, however, we experienced one of the most inefficient customer service experiences we've ever had. We called multiple times to confirm our order, and the staff who answered assured us not to worry because they had plenty available and that our order would be ready when we arrived. When we got there, the exact opposite happened. We were told they had run out of turon and that we would need to wait another hour. While discussing the situation with the cashier, we watched another staff member assist the customer behind us, who purchased 60 pieces. We had preordered only 30 pieces, yet somehow they were able to fulfill that larger order while failing to honor ours. Poor customer service will eventually drive customers away. Yes, the product is excellent, but there will come a time when the product alone is no longer enough to keep customers coming back. Given the popularity of their business, they should be focusing on improving their customer service and honoring preorders to maintain customer loyalty. Good products attract customers, but good service keeps them.
